With the room i was very satisfied! I had one on the top, 6. floor with a great view. As far as i know have all rooms sea view. The rooms in the first two floors but because the palm trees partly limited. Room with a balcony, flatscreen tv, large bed with, for me, very pleasant mattress. Bathroom was a great size and the was clean. Neither mould nor broken tiles were available.

We booked half board and i never had to go hungry. The offered dishes were good, not exceptional, but good. The offer was so varied, that something for everyone was. The bar we love to visit. The barkeepers were always friendly and the beverages had reasonable prices.

Very friendly and helpful staff all fluent german, what for me but no must have was. Is finally Mallorca, not Munich. The rooms were cleaned perfectly. Nothing to fault.

One in front: the evening entertainment was absolutely not my cup of tea! But it was always enough people those their fun had and therefore there is no deduction. Tastes and interests are different. Every evening another program. Music, dancing, magic show... So what. Pool and beach chairs were in very good condition and are also available in plentiful number.

The hotel is large, no idea like many rooms totally. From the outside it looks not very inviting. Looks like a prefabricated building. But inside it is but very friendly and pleasantly furnished, clean and seemed partly even plush. Wireless internet in the restaurant, at the bar and lobby and at the pool with good reception. In my room on the 6. floor i had only on the balcony front desk. At the time there were guests from germany, gb and a present. Average age i would 55 years estimate.

Here there was nothing to complain about. Car or bicycle rentals are in and around the hotel in abundance available. Beach right in front of the nose and from the airport pleasant to reach. Bus stops right next to the hotel. Of course there were my travel time almost all the restaurants and shops were closed, which didn't bother me. A Eroski-supermarket is within walking distance. The offer in the peak season but it seems rich to be. In the middle place Cala Millor most shops open... So on foot, by bicycle, car or bus simply to drive. In the immediate vicinity there is the castello... A great getaway that looks great and semi self-catering family lodges. Directly at the beach in front of the hotel there is also a beachside café with delicious cakes!

We had a room on the top floor to the sea and had a wonderful view and the constant sound of the ocean. Size and the condition of the rooms are alright. The refrigerator itself-stocked. The safe costs 3 €a day. Zímmerservice was alright

It is next to the main dining room was 3 restaurants. The quality the food was alright, but not overwhelming. Plates were cleared away immediately. Hygiene and cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. Once a week there is a malorkinischen evening, otherwise is the food good and offers the usual of a 4 star hotels. The prices are appropriate.

The service is excellent. One speaks german. Complaints were immediately rectified. The front desk staff are on courtesy and helpfulness cannot be beat. Towels could against a deposit of 10 €can be rented. Bathrobes cost daily 3 €and a deposit of 20 €.

It is a medium-sized hotel the blue group, directly next to a 3-star facility operates. The hotel is located in a well maintained condition and offers breakfast and half board. There were only guests over 18 years permitted. At this time of year is the average age between 60 and 70 years and consists predominantly of german holiday-makers.

The beach is right in front of the hotel. To the airport it was about 80 kilometer, so 1,5 hours bus ride. The next larger place is Cala Millor. In february/march is' death pants ', so it was a bit for those seeking peace. Directly in front of the hotel is a bus stop.

Very clean, newly renovated and tastefully decorated.

At the buffet wide choice tasty food.

The service is friendliness was not to beat. The entire staff spoke very good german.

Great spa area with large indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, showers, enough chairs. Well-equipped gym in perfect condition. Massages and beauty treatments. Discreet, unobtrusive very friendly entertainers.

Located directly on the beautiful beach. Location of the town central with good connections to the whole island

We had a double room on the 2. floor. The size was for two persons more than adequate and a small balcony, there was also. The furnishings was about to 4 star level. The furniture seemed not worn and the mattresses were alright. Unfortunately there are, as so often no real blankets, because you can get used to. In the room there was a small flat screen tv with some german programs, a (not stocked) refrigerator was also available. The safe is as already written for a fee. Closets were sufficiently available. The bathroom is modern and was equipped with a bathtub. The typical accessories such as hair dryer, shower gel and so on. Were also available. The air conditioning we had to in february not using them.

On the day of arrival there was a spanish evening, here we found the dishes absolutely not edible and thought but the worst from the 2. day was the buffet then as replaced. For breakfast there is everything you need for a decent breakfast needs. A coffee automat for espresso and Latte Macchiato/Cappuccino is also available. The selection was large and absolutely sufficient. However, if you sparkling wine, sushi etc. Expects will be disappointed but i think that is not wise. The dinner also in the large dining room instead of, if it was warm you can also sit outside. Here was everything available what you from a dinner awaits. The quality the food was during dinner alright. The prices for beverages are acceptable (bottle of water: 2,50 Euro, Cola: 3,50 Euro). For a week stay you have twice the possibility in the à-la-carte restaurant. Here there were once spanish and japanese. Both but we didn't use it, so i can't say much about them.

Here i give full marks, already the check in worked great. Us everything was accurate and understandable said. The cleaning of the rooms worked every day very good. Check-in is normally 2:00 p. m. and check-out 12:00 a. m., both on very kulante kind with us and we could on the day of departure the room until 4:00 p. m. keep. Wifi is as already written free of charge. The safe must one however pay. The wellness and fitness area there is a free water dispenser. Special requests or questions we had no.

The large outdoor swimming pool we could because of the weather didn't use it. In the spa there were but also an indoor pool with two integrated jacuzzis. For relaxing is possible in the entire spa area chairs available. Two saunas, and two steam baths are also available. Steam rooms are not really good set, one is much too warm and the other was too cold, here must be improved. Partly was the spa very crowded, but i think there was also the travel time. In the gym are many sensible equipment, including treadmills. You could also book massages, here i found the price level however somewhat too high. You can but packages and save money. The condition the wellness and fitness area was very well and always clean kept. To the beach there is only two minutes on foot, on the beach promenade can great for walking or jogging. In the evening usually there was a small entertainment program, which we did not visit however.

First, i would like to say, that i this hotel not a destination property, but as a place to stay for a radsporttrainingslager used. Therefore, my impressions a little 'normal' urlaubsbewertungen depart. The hotel as a whole is huge area and from the outside rather the impression a classic 'bunker'. The facade looks at, that they already some years on the embossment. However, the exterior than tidy and clean to assess. At our travel time was the hotel not well-attended and the guests were mostly Germany. For me personally could there no real holiday feeling arise, since it was so like at home works. At the front desk, as well as in the restaurant is also speak german. We have a week with half board booked, which for our purposes (we were whole day with the wheel on the way) absolutely sufficient and also more than satisfyingly was. Very positive i found the free wi-fi, that was there were unfortunately not in every hotel Mallorca.

The hotel is directly at the beach in sacoma, the transfer from the airport in Palma takes about 50 minutes. The region around sacoma is good for relaxing and swimming. If you are in the north the island would like to (Tramuntana-mountains, Alcudia, Pollenca) you had to arrange enough time. To our travel time in february were in sacoma almost all the stores and bars closed, but there are in about 1.5 kilometer away from the hotel a large Eroski-market (supermarket) where you got everything you could possibly need. The next larger town 'manacor' is about 15 kilometers away. Altogether from winkelhaid all places worth seeing the island funky, those who a practical matter, could me very happy to cover letter.

If only these grausligen rooms were not so. Thus this really is my personal opinion. So i think the rooms more than terrible, without attention to detail. Also the lack of wireless internet and the very hard beds were for me as a deterrent. But you are on Mallorca usually only for sleeping in the room. When it rained, could unfortunately the terrace not enter, as the water from the upper terrace directly on my walk. And so, it is then also in the ground floor through. Also the bathroom had nothing with a bathroom to do. The wall behind the toilet is so sporadically ugly. I can't put into words.

There are a total of 3 restaurants. Of them had but 2a easter still closed. The standard restaurant was open. The dishes were despite fewer guests always fresh and diverse. There was a mixture of german and spanish cuisine. Also small things like fresh olive oil, once classic, once with chili, once with garlic were very customer service oriented. Also always fresh spices at the buffet. Also the prices for the beverages were really fair. I personally was the staff much too quickly with the clearing. I wanted my delicious dressing with bread and was just on bread cut. I came back and the plates were cleared away ☺ but not so bad. But to ounkt to bring. Whoever complained here, that it was not wide choice at meals there, the you can't help. Fresh salad, everything always fresh, what else could you want.

The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Staff speaks very well german and also english. The cleaning of the rooms was always very orderly and always perfect. I know of course not, as that with 800 guests looks.

I can of course in february not say much rate, but i found the beach even already in february very clean and the pool is really huge. But i really great felt, was the indoor pool, the sauna, and the steam bath. Is naturally at 30 degrees in the summer not so relevant, but i appreciated.

The hotel works on arrival really so large and so globig, as on the hotel pictures. It makes truthfully from the outside from the street absolutely no beautiful impression, but then inside still change. The hotel is however from the inside very clean and also seemed really up-to-date anymore. I had LTUR booked half board. Noisy hotel facilities also wireless internet promised, but unfortunately was at the hotel nothing more to remember. This weak travel time rather guests 50 and this hotel.

The location to the beach is really fantastic. I was each morning the noise from the ocean's lapping. So you can a hotel not included. You drove outright about 1 hour from the airport in the hotel. Cala Millor and also Porto Cristo beach chairs in the immediate vicinity. Cala Millor in north and Porto Cristo in the south. Directly in front of the hotel buses to Cala Millor, Palma, etc. During this time, you could of course be glad, that it at all one supermarket, but there was a large supermarket, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you from the hotel pool to the left walk, then follows the nature reserve. Fantastic. There is then a castello with a spectacular views of the sea. If you after right walked out, simply ask straight after s'illot go. A sleepy little town with an insane bay...
