A hotel for feeling good - for us it was offered everything, which we for a successful holiday needed. Beautiful room with mini bar, safe, flat -tv, hair dryer and massive balcony with a view of the sea. Extensive breakfast ( with much fresh fruit, fresh cakes/ Donuts etc., yoghurt, scrambled egg, tomatoes, Bacon, cheese, ham, Salami-everything very tasty, however without variety). In the surroundings there are some very nice beaches ( car is however Duty ), to the hotel includes a nice public bar/cafeteria-the best suitable for the espresso in between or 1 glass of wine in the evening. ... The location in Murta Maria is very suitable for excursions ( for example Costa Smeralda, North coast, Alghero, eastern coast until Tortoli). If you don't want to drive, or it at the sea too windy there was alternatively a very nice garden with enough chairs and umbrellas and a beautifully laid out pool. The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful.
Evenings we can pizzeria la Pergola recommend - very friendly staff - and reasonably priced really reasonable. Gladly again at any time! read more

We are already for the second time here, and definitely not the last time! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is for Italian standards more than enough.
At the weekend often married in the hotel and it can become somewhat louder, to compensate there is one bottle wine. We enjoyed the wedding festivities that didn't bother us.
The access to the airport is also good. Although the bridge to Olbia currently undergoing renovations, but the Umgehnungsstraße is also just to find.
If we the next time to Sardinia travel, we will ... in any case stay there again. read more

The hotel looks very well kept, however the campingzelt -atmosphere in the breakfast area somewhat displeased. We have also a wedding in the hotel with rating, which furthermore didn't bother us-only the staff seemed during dinner very annoyed by us half board-guests. The hotel lies in ideal proximity to airport Olbia and ideal as a base for excursions at the Costa Smeralda used (with rental car). Very pretty bathroom! read more

Wether four stars justified are, like dahinstehen. In any case I had 64 euros per night for a decent double room with breakfast pay and for this price extremely much.
The hotel is appropriations and in good condition.
The breakfast was on a terrace to be taken, from the you look in the very well maintained pool- and garden.
Other meal times are offered.
Also the hallways in the hotel feature stone floors occupied. If someone with a trolley past, you have the impression, that the own room goes, because the door the sound only badly insulated.
Wi-fi beach free ... of charge available. read more

Rental car or own car definitely recommendable. The place Murta Maria is very small, 2 supermarkets nearby and a good pizzeria-restaurant Murta Maria. The rooms with a balcony are nice and very clean. For us was this great value for money. read more

We undertake during the day excursions or go to the beach. So if you just want a decent, clean accommodation as we are looking for, is in the right place here. The prices for the dinner in the restaurant are really high. You get in surrounding restaurants the neighboring towns also decent food for the half price. Thus Better only overnight stay with breakfast book.

Really good hotel in the small village of murta Maria. Without rental car one is however lost. Two nice small beaches in 20 or 40 minutes on foot to reach, 2 supermarkets, 2 pizzeria, apart from that it was the however. The bus after Olbia drives unfortunately only 2 times per day. With car the ideal starting point for beautiful excursions and days out. The rooms very nice and tidy, breakfast very good, at night I only ate there once, good but expensive. Pool and garden nice and with a view toward the sea and mountain. read more

We were only there briefly, in so-so weather on Sardinia. The hotel and staff have a relaxing and pleasant stay made possible. We were very satisfied. A rental car us because of the limited availability of the public transport well, so we could the Costa smeralda meet good. read more

7 kilometer south of the airport, good hotel Olbia. Very friendly staff, partly German speaking. Wide breakfast, very good 3-course dinner, although only a few people staying at this time. The price performance ratio can't be beat. Very recommendable. We have stayed there several times. read more

Very good and nice hotel for winter holidays. Breakfast and the election menu in the evening excellent. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. A lady at the front desk spoke very good German. The rooms and the bathroom were very good heated the hotel is circa 7 kilometer South at the airport and is thus good for nights when arriving/departing. It is however also a very nice vacation hotel with a neat garden area and pool. read more

Good hotel with a good view of the Gulf of Olbia (without Olbia and the harbor) as well as Golfo Aranci. As always, we were once again very satisfied. Highly recommended hotel. the hotel has 57 rooms and it was 2005 constructed, is so new.

Rental car absolutely necessary! In the Internet spelled beach Marina Maria is currently construction noise in a rather bad condition! The village itself makes up for a construction site, as it is not touristic revealed! read more

The location of the Spera OLE is ideal for exploring the north-east of Sardinia. The proximity to the beautiful Costa smeralda and very famous Olbia with its international airport but also the relative proximity beautiful beaches are advantages of the hotel. Furthermore, a well-kept swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers and, last but not least, the excellent cuisine the positive image of the hotel is a must. A rental car, the location is really nothing murta Maria. The (in the off-season only) option for dinner is the contentious pizzeria La Pergola. A little more touristic infrastructure wishes itself the individuals ... of murta Maria (and even Sardinia). read more

Nice hotel. The South from the airport and of the city Olbia lies. Nearby was a nice pizzeria, where we evenings always went. Ideal starting point for the exploration from North Sardinia. Cheap. Breakfast with very many sweets, apart from that there was but also ham and salami. Our room lay in inner courtyard, where the fountain until 23 o'clock ran. It was also next to the kitchen, where in the morning the breakfast open, but with some normal Sleep not a problem and probably silent as the rooms to the street.
We would go back again. read more

We had a fantastic week in Hotel Spera OLE. Our room had a view of the sea, was very nicely equipped, big and had enough storage space. The staff was very helpful and spoke in very good English to answer our questions. In the immediate vicinity there is a beach, but we never visited the-the nearest beach we have met, is about two minutes away (port Istanda) and is stunningly beautiful! Not all ten minutes drive away there is a well-equipped shopping center with large supermarket. The hotel is located right on one of the major highways (from our room ... we could hear absolutely nothing of it)-that is, that you really quickly 'on the road' is, if you-as we were-you want to explore the island.
The garden of the hotel is very nice and well-kept!
The coffee at breakfast was fantastic and the service was very okay (cereals, fruits, flummeries, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, jam, honey, fruit juices, yogurt.).
We were completely satisfied and would recommend this hotel only. Provided you with car and is not a beach right outside the door ☺ read more
