For a city break ideal hotel. Tram directly in front of the hotel. This drives to the train station to all of the major highlights of amsterdam past. sightseeing from the start.
Room big enough. We had as friends two large single beds instead of one double bed in the room. Great!
The breakfast class : freshly squeezed orange juice, pancakes, baked beans and so on.

My friend and i have this hotel for new year's booked. It makes from the outside a completely tidy impression. Thanks to the other reviews we did not on the hotel parking for c. a. 25 €on day parked, but 50 meters away easily for 8,50 Euro on the day. (weekend and new year free). At the front desk first time we have learned, that one 150 € deposit must deposit. (in case you extra services wishes to claim, as mini bar, pay tv, hauspizza.)
We were the map given, with the you in its room check in ..., are there and had to then determine, that the card wasn't working. We are then down to the front desk and we were given a new given. This was also not. The nice young man promised, that the repair would. Until then we are first into town. When we 4 hours later completely k. o of the journey, and the many running arrived, the menu not! When we to the front desk are, we were not at all and it has not even looked at, as you with us spoken. Completely exasperated they took us by the card and said, that someone comes. We were then first 15 minutes in the hallway stood. The staff are totally incompetent except perhaps 1 or 2. then our door finally repaired and we were given a coupon for internet and a free drink provided. So far, so good. It is only 2 german channels (i think it was ZDF, ARD). We then everything on english looked. In the bathroom were some dead bugs rum, what really disgusting was! Apart from that it was anyway not really clean, but the cleaning lady was nevertheless kind. The hauspizza was a complete joke! 15 € for a small frozen pizza and a ice tea. Convenient but, that next to the hotel a tram directly to the center for Amsterdam drove. A day ticket has 7,50 Euro cost and you could almost all transport whenever drive, as you want.
Amsterdam was genuinly beautiful and the people in the town were as well very pleasant, the hotel i can nevertheless not recommend. read more

A lovely hotel for a city break.
The stop the Rai (tram) is directly near the hotel -3 minutes on foot.
In 20 minutes one is with the train am hauptbahnhof
So it is absolutely not heavy, that the hotel not directly in the center is.
We had a nice, quiet and spacious room with a large bathroom.
The reception staff were friendly and coming out.
Breakfast was included in the price. A normal continental breakfast with all the important things. read more

The hotel is directly at the station 'Amsterdam Rai'. From here you can the subway ('metro'), the tram ('tram') no 4, night buses, city buses and the train ('nazi') use. With the tram one is in 15 to 18 minutes, with the subway in 13 minutes on the 'centraal station'. Day ticket applies to all public transportation with exception the train 'nazi'.
The hotel is from the airport by train in 10 minutes to reach.
From the stop to the hotel it is even with suit-cases only 2 to 3 minutes. Thus perfect-)
Hotel staff: all persons are very ... friendly and willing to help. Speak at least English.
Lots of them German and french.
Room:
Very spacious large rooms with a beautiful and very clean bathroom.
Also the bed is not too hard. Just perfect for a relaxing night's sleep-)
Negative:
Wireless internet (or lan) costs per hour 4,50 Euro
In our opinion a little expensive.
In short:
We should once again to Amsterdam flies and tell, then it will this hotel definitely again!

Breakfast in the hotel was especially delicious. Over the dinner we can't say anything, because we in the town ate. There, there are many Asian and South American restaurants. read more

Were for a weekend there Amsterdam to meet. Everything was clean and was quick.
Unfortunately is Amsterdam very expensive and so is the hotel parking 25 to 30 Euro per day, depending on, whether you outside or in the parking garage parking. They are with us for the weekend already times 90 Euro %BLANK%. Hefty price. Apart from that great connections with the tram drives from the hotel once through Amsterdam and this ends train station. Great.
To the hotel there are still too say, unfortunately was the coffee machine in the lobby was broken. The water dispenser on floor ... # 8 (where we had our room) unfortunately also.

Altogether recommendable.
Order but not the building offer: Combination - pizza- and small Cola.
The 20 €are outrageously expensive, as you get a small frozen pizza. Ours was slightly burned.
Parking for 25 €is naturally also rip-off. You're better off parking opposite much cheaper and at the weekend even free of charge and go so tasty food! read more

The hotel is near a bigger train station with the metro and Fernzuganbindung. In the immediate vicinity there are no restaurants or shops, therefore, the posting of the breakfast most warmly recommended.
The hotel is very large and has little charm, this 4 star.
The rooms are big enough, silent and in good condition. The bathroom had a bath tub with a shower, what an extremely poor water pressure had. Everything was clean and in well-kept condition. The hotel is recommendable, for families with children rather unsuitable. read more

We were 3 days in this hotel, to look at Amsterdam! The hotel is so far really good and the service is top! 50 meters from the hotel the line 4 directly in the city center! At the central station (across the white small hotel) you can tram tickets for 12 euros buy, 48 hours then are valid! The car you can at the weekend 50 meters away from the hotel free parking! We had room on the 12nd floor and they were quite good. The breakfast well, could be better but fast 2 rolls and in the city center ... there are lots of possibilities what delicious to eat! At the front desk also German spoken and if you had any questions, and problems you get very friendly information. We enjoyed our three day stay at the holiday Inn and Amsterdam and go next possible there again. read more

A large room, nice equipped! Beds large, good mattresses, everything there, which one could possibly need. The staff was very nice and helpful, the-in and check-out were fast and uncomplicated. The breakfast absolute excellent, plenty of choice and there was something for every taste. Absolutely perfect! We will be on our next Amsterdam-trip (Amsterdam is far more worth than a journey!) we'll definitely choose this hotel again, however the be in the summer, because the only, which was not so nice: the bathroom was very cold, because not separately heated, it was only somewhat warm, if you opened the door ... on the heating weekend. More criticism does not exist and that is why we were overall very happy with it! read more

The hotel had about Groupon as a voucher for a night 69 euro for a double room à, we have used for a weekend in Amsterdam. The hotel is outside of the city centre and is reachable very well with the metro and the tram. If noisy, a room on the upper floors are, as the interchange directly on the ground. We have received an upgrade at the beginning, since we had two single beds instead of a double bed. This was possible without a problem. The room in the 14. Floor was okay and clean. Unfortunately, that was at ... the other day, it was not cleaned, only made the bed. The bathroom was also cleaned only superficially. I complained about the right and was very good, apologized and we were given a voucher for drinks. The breakfast is plentiful and good, but it cost per person 22 Euro! On the second day we have breakfast outside. Free Wi-Fi with a high rate to book. Conclusion: okay for a short break, as well reachable. read more

For a short stay in Amsterdam really reasonable. Pricewise the amenities however overpriced: parking on the hotel area 25 euros A day, movies pay per view TV between 10 and 15 euros per movie. This hotel is actually on the whole was okay. I have to disagree with the previous rating a little, at least we experienced something different. I think, the hotel is not really Central. But this is no problem, since directly behind the hotel is the tram line four is, which runs through the city and 15 minutes to reach the center. The staff at the reception was very friendly, English language skills were perfect and on the last day our suit-cases without problems for free for five hours in the hotel completed retained. The room was extremely clean, very spacious ..., the bathroom as well. Everything was tastefully decorated, everything is new, or amazing adapted, on every day very comfortable. The view from the window was not outstanding, it is located in the estate-but it didn't bother us. It was however easy to reach the center of Amsterdam really positive impression in the service department. If you arrive by train at the station RAI 'and get off at the station Zuid', to the information at the airport were wrongly hinverwiesen. The airport is only ten minutes away by train, the travel costs per person only Euro 2.50, -breakfast is absolutely world class, as was everyone. Only the mini bar prices a short shudder, as you can buy the stuff right in the pharmacy and there is probably still cheaper. Amsterdam has so much to offer. If you like us museums, exhibitions, wants to look at udgl, the I Amsterdam card ' minds. There is a ticket for the public transport for everyone, and there are plenty of incentives and, on the other hand, give a kicks. Just read on the Internet!
