We never have us in a hotel felt so good. The warmth of Carmen, Thomas and their employees is unequaled. From the first to the last moment everything was great. Also the good and diversified cuisine is a reason, the next winter break again in the alpina to spend. We were 2 weeks there and were really great well taken care of. We were already in many hotels, tourists and business, but de warmth in alpina surpasses everything. read more

The hotel is a very family-run hotel, in the hospitality very big is written. As a guest you get the feeling, the family. The hotel forms with its owners Carmen and Thomas, its cuisine, the service and the room service a unit in which you just probably must feel. The service is always friendly and in the location on every meet, the chef is a master of his profession. We had no children for everyone, therefore we could but experience, that on the wishes the young guests the best was received. We can only recommend this hotel. read more

The family p. as well as the entire team is very friendly. In spite of the very short stay we felt very good. The dinner tasted excellent! The breakfast is sufficient and good. The spa area, as well as the whole hotel is very tastefully decorated and you feel comfortable all round in this house. read more

Very clean, friendly staff, small straightforward fine hotel always to book again. Very good food. The skiing area is small downhill run. Cabins friendly staff as clean. No from soft option in another ski area to far away. read more

We have been the 3. time family prommegger. The personal care from all the employees, the friendly warm nature of all people we appreciated very. The food has very high standard - thanks to Hannes the chef and all the employees in the service as Fanny and vicki around only a couple name representatively for all. The new bar and the completely redesigned restaurant the guests' well-being in the house again increased. The alpina as a family hotel absolutely recommend. For kreuzbodenlift one runs about 5 minutes from there one is also fast on the mountain. read more

We were for one week in the vacation and frankly say: it was a very family-friendly atmosphere. The staff inside are extremely service oriented and perform Almost all wishes for the food, make otherwise much. Here absolutely a top marks with 5 stars Just thanks to Carmen 1 + 2 and all of the staff inside. The pool was clean and the atmosphere here reasonable deductions there was for the non-functioning that comprises a massage jet and a circa handteller large wasserabsaugung, the middle swim already longer hair 'flutsch' imbibes. Play area for children in the house was a favorite ... place of our children. Unfortunately 8 not all kids on the conservation of toys, so that the table tennis rackets, and some billiard kö very affected is. Even, if the very good and friendly hausleute Carmen and Thomas daily renewals to, it would unfortunately Maybe a entleih deposit here better. The hotel is conveniently located and in front of the hotel the ski bus. To the small town are it maximally 5 minutes. We will definitely come back and can recommend the hotel. Price-performance ratio was absolutely right. At the end still a very big praise for the kitchen. Varied, also times another court as the menu proposal, unbureaucratic a consulting-and the cook came every guest at least time per week on the table. read more

Very family-friendly hotel. The owners care in a warm way their guests and are keen to, a nice holiday to have. The next ski lift, the access to the whole ski area allows, is only 3 to 5 minutes on foot from the hotel. We had at the holiday never waiting periods at the elevators. We were right from the first day inspired over the hospitableness of the chef and his team. The service was the best, the food excellent. We had a double room booked, got a massive family room we felt very good. After a strenuous hike invited the swimming pool and the sauna for relaxing. All together we had a nice holiday and can recommend 100 % this hotel. read more

In the hotel you feel right from the first day. From the warm welcome the lady at the reception and the owners Carmen and Thomas you could imagine, that one be comfortable is. You will welcomed friendly and this friendliness went through all areas further. In short a big compliment to the whole team. Starting at front desk to check out we had a wonderful vacation. The rooms are spacious and were always very clean. The food %blank% in the morning, as also in the evening sensational. (a compliment the kitchen) The garden is also worth mentioning, because both by the pool, than on the cosy terrace and the playground had my wife, my daughter and i lots of fun and relaxation.
