Very bad. Just disgusting what being offered. Hair everywhere, stains on the carpet, toilet seat broken, no toilet paper and mold in the bathroom. Does not believe in the promises on the homepage. Of everything lied. The motel looked maybe 15 years as on the pictures. 15 years was probably nothing in the motel made. You can with poor facilities and broken furniture life, but with such a poor cleanliness is i think any content. So i can only say stay away. read hotel review

Sleep like in a in a dusty desert nearby motel from a hollywood movie, but in Hamburg ☺ Motel 21 is for you, if you ur-american life and feel of a motel feel to experience want, as many hollywood films, where the protagonists to a autopanne in a dusty, lonely desert in such a stay on: A number clustered einstöckiger low-rise buildings, each one or several rooms contains. I was with the bicycle at the motel checked in and could Hamburg-hauptbahnhof on fahradwegen comfortably in 15 minutes. The new owner of the hotel was just renovated, without the disturbance limited or has been hampered. At two of three days however, i was the only guest at the breakfast buffet. I was at check-in asked, the complete zimmermiete for 3 days in cash, then i received the room key and i could see the room. My room 'a' was with a dark upholstered double bed, an extremely despite their assurances, with chrome legs equipped table, a cupboard in the 'rustic-style', 2 light wooden chairs and rustic-style matching dark upholstered chair, deep red carpet, shower/toilet as well as a tv and a radio. The 37 centimeter tubes portable colour tv 'Philips 17 pd 1666/01 ' with remote control had the hamburger analog cable tv program. In the shower/toilet area dropped used hotel towels were daily automatically by the staff changed. Unfortunately i had to have the impression, that the room after leaving the last hotelgasts not cleaned: on (!) The tv were demonstrative two long, about 15-20 centimeter long (women -) hair, as was the klospülungs -pusher a long (women -) hair almost taped. On the floor in the shower/toilet area i visit also 2 more long (women -) hair. The red carpet was full of white fluff. The main room window was it not possible, in kippstellung - this was mechanically blocked. The attempt, the windows fully open, the window seemed to me 'against' - the upper clutch in kippstellung unfortunately deadlocked had, was with full opening fehlerhafterweise unfortunately released. The only possibility to air the area is therefore at this stage, the door to open. Durchzugslüftung was also not possible, because the back shower/toilet area is no window. Now understood i also, why the room so musty - it was probably for months not correctly aired. Morning 15 minutes the door open, on the geruchtssituation nothing. The hotel has its own website and facebook page. The on hotel portals, the site and facebook page personal usage of outdoor area and the restaurant range the situation realistic again. For my purposes - full day visit to a multiple day meeting from 11:30 a. m. morning to 2 o'clock at night - the hotel was completely sufficient. Tip for all business Hamburg-travellers, especially, if they affordable hotel rooms: you can in writing, that the hamburger culture and tourism tax was included in the price. In the hotel-portals i found only one, which is' the city Hamburg raises from 01-01-2013 a culture and tourism tax for hotel nights, depending on the rate graduated between 0,00 Euro and 4,00 Euro per person per night. The tax all prices already included '. Otherwise you like additional, in e-mails from hotel reads the then automatically inserted text passages with general information so ' prior from 1:00 p. m./ check-out 11:00 a. m. Very shabby room, nasty bed gables. New towels every day must not be. The energy could be used differently. Price/performance ratio (78 €per night) for the double room not justified. read hotel review

The us for the first night allocated "room" was below the level of Judendherbergen known to me. Ancient walls and ceilings, horribly stained carpet was Teppichoden, dirty blanket in the "bathroom" ( in the format 80 x 300 cm! ), HERAUSHÄNGENDE power strip, a "closet" with 60 cm width, wobbly chairs, heating and Aufputz wiring. The wooden door to the outside was down below 20 mm from the framework - welcome bugs! After a night unspeakable custom having demanded we another room. The room for the next 2 nights was a bit more acceptable, but a smelly smoking room for ... a couple of non-smokers, and also with dirty carpet. The windows had even Einfachglas and light proof curtains, hair dryer! Although the description either beds of two x 90 cm or one double bed 180 cm outlet, the double beds in both rooms always only 140 cm wide - of course with saggy mattresses. The "breakfast buffet" was edible but for 9 euros in the surrounding cafes of the town double selection and double quality. The room we booked everywhere, because the "usable" WLAN a "must" for my work as computer-supporter. But this was not the technician, noisy boss in this has been ordered. I even helped him, the provider hotline to describe the mistake. But also on the 2 Day no one came. On 3 Day of our chef will inspire you will regret it changed into aggression, everywhere in the hotel would work, not just in the WLAN our two equipment! Every day I had to go to HH-Centrum, expensive parking and cafes answer my e-mails. The Ausbuchen turned the boss at our courteous desire for fair discount stupid, the chef was rude and noisy: He would have moved us had already, and wanted to know, which we found to be the first not "” could: -O "No cents cheaper I give, and if you ask 1000".
