The hotel is as already so often described of a family hotel. There were a lot of families with small children as, later schoolchildren, since the beginning of the school holidays was. At nationalities i would say, that it would be more dutch and belgian than german, the in this hotel holidays. We had a family room, it was big enough and the sofa was in the living room to sleeping places for children converted. However one had then no real seating more. I already other hotels in the immediate area experienced, where the restoring the sofas daily again, one ... evening just quickly the whole itself beds turned into-went from the construction but simpler than the Viva Bahia. We had a family room, it was big enough and the sofa was in the living room to sleeping places for children converted. However one had then no real seating more. At any rate, but for me a little comfort lost. I missed in the room in addition a few hangers, at which one easily its jackets hang could. Place would be that it is sufficiently available. There are also no in the shower/toilet storage space. The closets in the bedroom and wozi were but fortunately very big and you could easily everything store. Would be nice also been, if within the one week also times someone under the bed/sofa swept. The house is außerde very noisy: we could for example in the first days at night a snoring from the neighbor apartment be heard and in the last night, there was a very annoying noise disturbance by partying dutchmen in the neighbour apartment. However, our nightly complaint -phone call at reception unfortunately no help and no one to fix it, the peace with homestead by default.

We only in the main restaurant fed, in which it breakfast and dinner there was. In addition was available however a pool/beach restaurant, in the you during the day snacks etc. Could buy and i believe, there is an à la carte restaurant. The dishes were but with a few exceptions very tasty and even my mäkeliger son always found something!

The staff i found throughout very friendly, foreign language skills were, at least for german not really available. Luckily i am but spanish and also with english one comes i think good clear. Room cleaning was only 5 times per week instead, i was known before-was then however nevertheless somewhat habituation needy. Especially in the high season i think that not enough.

The hotel complex i think quite closely built, so that in october at the pool only starting from at noon sun came and the water naturally rather cold. The water in the sea was even hotter, but probably by the beautiful very flat sloping beach. There was by the pool always enough chairs, but half also here almost all day in the shade. - at this time of the year is simply uncomfortable, but there was not. There was a kids club and other activities, but the level in my opinion by far for example not the Iberostar-friends over.

The location of the hotel is of course first class, right at the Playa de Muro and as soon as you leave the grounds toward the beach leave a magnificent view on the beach and the sea! At the hotel is a supermarket attached, also with other typical holiday essentials. I would say, it was reasonably priced rather a bit more expensive. We buy mostly in Can Picafort a... - but when you go all-inclusive, which i at least in the summer months would recommend, then the anyway.
