A great hotel. Very friendly atmosphere. Nice and smiling people everywhere. High level of English.Very very clean everywhere. The quality of the food amazing. Waiters, bartenders, very professional. Cooks also. Staff solves every problem with a smile.Very important to me is the quality of the food. I'm an athlete. I have to eat healthy. Prima Life I had no problems with the diet for an athlete. No stomachacha. Mineral water is used in the preparation of meals and ice for drinks. Important.A lot of greenery. Large swimming pools. Well-organized beach.Nice hotel and very comfortable.Animator is ... very friendly, always smiling and ready to have fun)))) Great dancers.Great Hotel and efficiently managed. We had a wonderful holiday at Prima Life Makadi Bay. We arrived early January 2013 for 8 days. Hotel facilities are great, the food was excellent with different country buffet every day, breakfast was amazing with fresh orange juice and a la minute eggs in all diferent ways, but most of all. the staff is really wonderfull.all staff very helpfull, funny and polite.By this way we would like to thank all those people and in special Mr. Ahmed, the night manager and Mr. Khalifa for the intresting chats and laughs. This hotel is a winner en we would ... reccomend it to any of you.
By the way, the situation in Hurghada and Egypt in general is calm so don't let rumours stop your trip.

Nice hotel and wonderful beach. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The reception will resolve any problems immediately especially Mr. Mohamed, Mr. Khaled and Mr. Ahmed (night manager) they are very nice people! The food and beverage quality is excellent, and the restaurant is clean, the waiters are kind.
The bar staff were very attentive, especially Mr. Amr, Belal and Hassan.
The rooms are big and clean, cleaning every day.

For the 3. time in this hotel, we have the feeling it is every time better. We had a really beautiful room and could from the bed the sunrise over the sea.
Since we pure bathing are, is this hotel ideal for us. The beach is rather small, however more than adequate and the nearby riff is for snorkelling great.
The whole staff was very friendly, courteous and always attentive. So we are definitely gladly going again. read more

Good hotel, with smaller usage.
Very clean held, but unfortunately at a couple of days when we were there any poisons in the hedges and flowers injected, that sometimes unpleasant smell.
In the hotel are mostly russian guests been, not intrusive and unfortunately few german tourists. read more

We where all inclusive which suited us perfectly because whether we stayed by the pool all day, or went to the beach or even the water park all our drinks and food where included it was brilliant.
British guests where definitely the minority, there was a lot of German, Muslim, Polish and Russian guests, we found all nationalities where very friendly except for the Russian guests.
In my opinion Sam made our holiday, he did not favouritise anyone he was dedicated to his job and the Prima Life is lucky to have such a lovely young man working for them. ... He is a credit and asset to the company. read more

Hotel is ok for the price. Lots of russians, but not intrusive. Room change because of view without any problems possible. Our travel agent has repeatedly stated that it was our honeymoon was, at the beginning a room get, with view against a wall, you want the honeymoon spend? Had us this time for a small hotel decided, but we would in Egypt not again make. Cleanliness was not so good. Food was fine, we know but also already better. Cannot really understand, why so many times to this hotel travel, because so great is it not. Will not come ... back. read more

We had a bath and relaxing vacation spent in the hotel.
We were pleasantly surprised from the hotel and their location. The lobby and the front desk were inviting.
The rooms beautifully large and with the standard as we had hoped, the bathroom was also large enough. Also the sanitation, pool areas were clean and tidy. The large restaurant with an outdoor area invited to the pleasant eat. The food was very diverse and varied, so the something there for every taste was. As well as the Makadi café invited to stay a while. The 2 beach bars were great ... and as well as the pool bar. A huge compliment to the entertainment team, it was not intrusive or similar. It was very professionally orientated, the recorded as good the shows looking for were in the evening. Also for parents with children or infants is catered for so that you can get away from it all. A special thanks goes to sem sem, Jasmin, Shona, katia, jay, Sam, charlie and Ilja the really great were.
We will definitely come again next year.
What we didn't like, was the tour operator w-travel no on site - care we had to ask them anything and go afterwards. Appointments of the tour operator/ head to meeting were not complied with and you were again and again comforted. 1 day before departure was a letter under the door pushed where our departure dates mood were, excellence of w-travel.
Then the airline company condor: on the outward we had per suitcase 3 kilogram too much, wasn't a problem.
On the way back we had per suitcase 4,5 kilogram too much since we have 90 €for were unbuttoned to us and they wanted to give us the cabin even buy and charging, only when i violent and with a telephone call with Germany threatened have left our baggage. That was in the speculation arise the pure rip-off by the egyptian staff of condor was, have a handwritten receipt for the 90 €, but without stamp. But one currency in the country and will so unqualified staff ripped off at the last money. Near other airline companies i so yet did not experience. read more

Our family - me, my husband, my mother and my daughter were in this hotel 7th time and really Prima Life hotel is our second house because this time we came with our daughter who is only 4 months old. The Prima Life hotel is smaller family hotel in Makadi Bay with the wonderful beach. This place is fantastic for snorkeling, sports and recreation. Our rooms were clean every day and the service in restaurants and bars were perfect including food. The cooks were very friendly and kind every day. The animation team prepared a good program every day for ... tourists and exactly this animation team was the best what I could see in this hotel. We came back home without problems with stomach what is a good information for people who are worry travel with small children.
I would like to say special THANK YOU for the general manager Mr. Khalifa who was very friendly to us and support for us during our holiday and for Mr. Mohamed Mustafa who prepared for us every days fantastic non-alkoholic drinks and who is responsible for diskotek. read more

Worst hotel what we have ever experienced. Room dirty and totally worn and the supposed to seven years. The cleaning staff did a good job but against years of dirt you also not. Starting from mold in the shower, broken tiles, dirt in the washbasin and water stains on the ceiling. The mirror in the room were partly blind and with stains the not more abgingen. Cleaned with the same towels the guests handing made available are. Are at 8:30 hours angereißt and had to until 13:00 o'clock on our room and where the hotel not even full. ... When we got to our newly cleaned room got had we hair, crumbs, stains and fußeln in bed and in the room first to take. When we went to shower, we had to find out the it at the time from 17 to 19 o'clock simply no water on the rooms gave, what us the entire vacation long the last nerve robbed, also that was a problem in all the rooms and not only with us. Our known had the entire vacation long rats on the balcony, when then Klebefallen been set, were the rats still alive and adhesive through the room born. The whole hotel is in hands of Russians and Arabs the also behavior must like a mess. Perhaps five per cent German. The beach and the swimming pool were very nice and the beach unlike in each description to be read is, rather a gravel - sandy beach is. Bathing shoe are recommendable. This was the first time I'have stayed in this hotel but I would book immediately again, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The overall impression from the hotel was very clean and tidy. The rooms are massive and very nice. Also in the restaurant everything is perfect, and should something fall is wiped immediately and everything was cleaned up. So I can only recommend this hotel we had a relaxing and unbelievable great vacation:-) read more

It is a relatively small area not many possibilities for recreation offers. Apart from the animation team the really all trouble the people to hold. The furniture in the room have the best years behind it and exactly also the condition the bath. Unless you mold in the corners?! The room boy had itself strives given however clean is different. The audience was mixed and tolerable. The outside area was maintained however more also not. read more
