Ideal travel time, not crowded, quiet location on the outskirts of patong in a large park, spa in private complex, 20 minutes on foot - 5 minutes via tuk tuk and the party was, but far enough to not to disturb you! Spacious superior room, daily thorough cleaning and bettenwechsel, nestled in the gardens, with a large, quiet main pool and two additional pools, but no slides, no wasseraction, appropriate for peace! When booking excursions make sure picked not super spar mode select - 300 Bhat less, but 100 participants on the boat (we were 17 and they are quickly ... in the water for snorkelling, with 100.) Conclusion: come surely again into the duangjitt resort & spa read more

After complaint and change of the room this was great! 2. floor without elevator with a baby stroller!
But had 500 Bath per day for the room and the view of the pool (locked dirty pool) in addition to pay. The first room was only 1 room with integrated shower & toilet. With a small child, very inconvenient, if you have to at night to the toilet. And room very close to haligalli street. Volume until morning.
So only change and additional payment.
The hotelrezeption especially the ' boss wife ch. ' extremely unfriendly, bad looks, totally annoyed, just a ... terrible rude person.
The vacationers. Extremely many chinese (there were just neujahrsferien ) and lots of russians.
All in all. The area is very extensive and partly also very beautiful, however with the cleanliness, the friendliness at the reception and the service by the pool absolutely not recommendable! read more

Quiet hotel in a vibrant area. In the hotel you get from the hustle and bustle of nothing, is however still close to the action. The beach could have been more beautiful. But the pool is convincing. The majority of the guests would Russia, Japan and China. It was also the breakfast oriented, that but nevertheless still was very good. read more

The favorite -carefree package! Were the 6'. In duangjitt and it is definitely not the last time have been! The location is perfect! The hustle and bustle you get in this well-kept facilities not! 3 wonderful well maintained pools sweeten the complex! read more

We were now to 2 time in this hotel and were very dissapointed what in 3 years so everything got worse. In the room was during the 3 weeks no once dusted. Bathroom was time per week cleaned. With arrival a fats cockroach under my duvet. Really disgusting. The dedicated not wet cleaned, but only briefly with the hand swept. Everything is therefore sticky and it teaming with tiny ungeziefern at the table. Also at the buffet sit everywhere mosquitoes on the food. Fruit is not covered and since the flies, of course, probably. The cleaning lady was every day ... since, but except for beds nothing at all made. Christmas and new year's eve we had to for 2 people overall 440 Euro pay, because a buffet style. Although we only booked breakfast we had to pay for it. If it then at least edible, but unfortunately everything was cold and tough as shoe soles. Drinks, no matter wether alcohol or alcoholic beverages were still extra charged what really an isolence the büfettpreisen is. I think it is really too bad that everything is so sick is. It would be such a nice hotel and you can on foot everything super easy to get to. read more

The lies at the edge of town by padong. It is a huge hotel area with a beautiful well-kept botanical garden. 3 pools leaves nothing to be desired, as well as a great spa area. Breakfast is sumptuous, there is nothing to complain about there, however, on time at 10 o'clock cleared. Our bungalow room was clean, but already strongly worn-for 4 stars you would have to ignore. Chairs and sunscreens were by the pool abundant. The snack bar by the pool and the service is good. It is about 300 meters to the beach - the water quality of ... the sea at the patong beach we didn't for swimming invited. For all the Ballermann beat to patong the right place, here begins the bar at night. The hotel has on new year's eve a great buffet set up, and a colorful show was offered. The fireworks we at the beach looked at, sensational 1st in the lots of small restaurants in the more immediate vicinity you can very good food. We can the duangitt resort recommend. read more

This hotel is surrounded from a super garden area. This is maintained daily and is by far the most beautiful beach in phuket. The 3 pools are very clean and large. You get every day fresh towels for pool and beach. The patong beach did not please us. Very many tourists are close next to each other. The sand is rather grey and the water full of jet skis. You can however with the small trains for 300 Bhat to the other nearby beaches go. The surin beach or karon beach is very nice and much quiet as the patong ... beach.
If you wanted to eat cheap, you should consider when leaving of the hotel right on the main shopping street to choose. This is in comparison to the left-hand side a lot cheaper and you won't be at every store accosted.
Breakfast was very varied. There really was everything you need. Very much fruit, cold, as well as warm dishes.
We had a bungalowzimmer and were very satisfied. The bungalows are very nice location and clean. The only thing which us as friends disturbed, that toilet and shower are separated and there are no connecting door is, so that you no privacy in the bathroom. The size of the room was very good.
The staff are very friendly and well organized.
In the field of hotel lobby you can free of charge in the Wi-Fi net of the hotel dial-up.
Every evening there was there live music.
The hotel is in conclusion for the price very recommendable! read more

Who relaxation, as well as possibilities to go out looking for is right at home here. The hotel is located in a quiet garden area on the edge of patong, but still only few minutes on foot up to the next bars and restaurants. The beach is also within easy reach. It is despite the size of the hotel calm and pleasant. The staff is always friendly and cooperative. The large pool is really nice - the pictures fool you! read more

Very beautiful hotel in a central location from Phuket.
We had a deluxe room the very clean and it was beautiful.
Except the closet could be more spacious.
The complex and the garden is huge and well maintained.
Breakfast in the hotel was also very good.
There is 3 pools one with a water fall the was simply amazing.
Very clean everything.
In the entire hotel noticed one not from the noisy hustle and bustle of patong.
If you from the hotel turn left round one is directly at the Strip
From patong.
The staff are also very friendly and ... helpful been.
At the sea we were not that was too full us.

The hotel area is large and was kept clean every day. Everywhere beautiful flowers and everything was beautifully green.

The hotel consists of a riesiggroßen, very well maintained installations situated between the mountains. It is a paradise. Here you find because of the peace in any case to relaxation. The guest structure was very mixed. Since the complex but is very big, one has little from other guests received. If you during the day so peace and reflection are looking for, is here perfectly correct.
The bar by the pool is great as well as the water fall. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating

We had a room of hotel Kempinski Heiligendamm-room in this hotel. The room was all right! The pool was a sensation, huge and with water fall, never crowded, since everything was very beautifully over the three pools distributed. The breakfast was American. There was much, but only white bread, inconvienent but in such a country is. To the beach it was 5 minutes on foot. However is generally known, that the cleanliness of the most beautiful beach is. We are simply with longtailed boats or taxi to our dream beaches dangers. It is in patong evenings so correctly which loosely ...-) on the whole we were with the location and our hotel very satisfied and this only recommend. read more

We would the hotel because of its lovely area, with great pool and water fall, massive neat garden and very good location to the beach and city options. But, the complete service is so poor, unfriendly, inattentively and partly even impatient its guests opposite, that a recommendation for this hotel not advisable! In the breakfast restaurant, garden restaurant and pool service, no English available, staff all untrained! A good Morgengruss, a friendly hello or nice smile is an unknown to the staff here! read more
