Hotel and room rather simple, in sardinian style. , however everything necessary available. Daily cleaning the room, with change of towels. We booked half board. Was pleasant the feast tischzuordnung, thus forth the seats. The restaurant is clean with material table covers and material napkins. From the restaurant you have a wonderful view direction sea. In the hotel were very lots of German guests from 40 upwards, rather couple as families, for children less suitable. Good on foot you should be ( hotel lies on the mountain and in the hotel there is no lift). read more

The hotel has a whole number of different room: room without a balcony facing the land side, room without a balcony on the seaside, room with a balcony facing the land side, room with a balcony on the seaside, room with a terrace on the seaside, suites on the seaside. We had a room without a balcony facing the land side in the annex, which was very still. It may also be, that you room directly on the entrance area get, it is somewhat louder. The cleanliness was okay. read more

The hotel makes from afar, it is already a very impressive impression and blends perfectly into the sardinian landscape. The architectural style is the smallest detail effectively.
As booked a room with a balcony and a view of the sea and got a great room with large terrace and a partial ocean view, view straight out in the lovely garden. The hotel and the room were always very clean and the cleaning staff worked very carefully.
We booked half board: the breakfast was for italian standards quite appropriately. The dinner included a served at the table 4-course menu. Framed was ... the dinner by live piano music.
The majority of the guests were 50 +, but that was probably also because of the travel time. To 85% were german speaking guests on site, the rest italian and other nationalities. read more

Here it concerns a ageing object, which carelessly as a hotel with class is sold. The fantastic view it can unfortunately not hide. Just the sanitary facilities wise gesbrauchsspuren on, not once for 3 stars hotel. The cleanliness stops a profound test does not measure up. Half board you can save, because the unloving meal locally is all time in the smallest local pizzeria a multiple topped. read more

No modern hotel, but a ' flair -hotel'.

The hotel is rather three stars area at home.
It has a lot of Sardinian flair and less the modern hotels.
It is definitely a rental car available to have, because even when the hotel a bus shuttle bus to the beach offers, as there are a plenty of on Sardinia to see, the paradise beaches and bays. And certainly if you know the name of the hotel ' Rocks' means, because just as it is. In other words rather in the mountains; not far by car one of the dream beaches but of course impossible to reach on foot. ... About 5a 12 kilometer are the various beaches away.
The staff are very friendly and hard-working every desire and the stay enjoyable.
Our room in the 4th floor (no lift) was of normal size, with air-conditioning and safe equipped. Less we enjoyed the counter behind a curtain, which almost as closet serves. As well as the unfortunately very small TV with only ARD, ZDF and RTL as German channels. But OK, not so bad for us.
The rooms were as far as clean and always tidy.
Breakfast is typically Italian but coffee Cappuccino sausage jams Yogurts cereals scrambled egg and rolls amongst others included.
The dinner is à la carte from which one from some dishes can choose.
First there is a buffet with antipasti the hardly change but fresh and tasty.
With the food we were often positively surprised although not always, matter of taste.
Every Thursday there is the Sardinian evening, was very nice variety.
The pool was unfortunately no that appealing but from us because of the beaches also no issue.
There are also two tennis courts available. Not used by us.
During our stay was the guest structure mixed with German, Swiss and Austrians.
However is the average age felt about between 55 and 67.
We are middle 20.
All in all the hotel is recommendable when we admitted the next time a alternative browse.

As we 2010 liked so much, we decided again go to this hotel/ fly. Our expectations weren't disappointed. On the contrary: 2010 still evening buffet, we were very pleased with the offers on the menu. Varied and something for everyone there.
The staff were, as with the 1. Stay very friendly and helpful.
What we didn't like: because of a wedding reception was the pool bar an afternoon not open. Was unfortunately also not advertised.
Also the towels would not every day fully be changed.
To relax and recreation.
This time the roof terrace with the pool chairs was discovered. ... I was unfortunately with the first stay there escaped. Wonderful to evenings still the last sunbeams to enjoy. read more

The hotel is on a hill with a nice view on the sardinian landscape and sea. We had a room with a patio and view of the sea booked. The size of the room was all right, however our terrace the 3 times larger. Crazy. Unfortunately, only, that a concrete wall the view of the sea only stand permits. Were to stormy nights but happy!
The rooms were clean, had visitors ( ants in the hallway), the cleaning lady was there but afterwards! read more

The hotel has a gorgeous area. The view is beautiful. For a swimming vacation very well situated. A car is however a must. From the airport approximately 20 minutes out. The rooms are not especially large, but we had everything you need. It is cleaned really well. We booked half board. Breakfast is rather scant, you have however everything. The dinner is a four course menu, the one in the morning for the evening put together, in addition salad and gemüsebüfett. Price a drink are our surprise not at all high. read more

Hotel in general very good, great food and wines, a lot of variation for the food.
Hotel is located on the mountain, without a car one is really difficult, free shuttle bus to the beach ( really beautiful white sandy beach)
Room was absolutely bad! On the ground floor with a view of the hotel driveway., despite booked room with a balcony and a view of the sea!
The window didn't cigarette butts and had therefore day be kept closed (you could on the ground floor into the room rise). So it was extremely in the room stank (by the ... humidity of the walls, mold in the bathroom)
We have the night the window open, only the odor was to be gotten not out.
A room changing and also against an extra charge and merhmaligen ask (we could anyway something else booked a room with a had) not possible.
In the restaurant a other table (with Steinnummer reserveirten ) was unfortunately only after a Streitgepräch with the restaurant Ladder possible.
For a stay of more than 8 days are available from from the hotel a free boat trip on the Costa Smeralda ( GREAT! )
Apart from that with the correct room we were book the hotel again. read more

The in the mountains located hotel was typical of the country nestled in in the middle of of typical shrubs and plants, Paths, parking spaces ( partially covered ) easy to reach. Highlights of the Sardinian evening and the offered excursions. On the shuttle bus to the great beach was reliable. Europcar -car to the hotel brought/pick up was from the advantage for more of this great environment to experience. Good value for money. read more

The hotel benefits from great view on the far away sea, without a car goes nothing at all. Free shuttle bus the rather poor beach. The hotel complex is on a mountain and far right impressive from, but a renovation. Room small, closet: space with curtain. Only the ground floor room with a sea view have terrace ( Catalog description fuzzy). Expansive park very well maintained.
For the food, in particular in the evening, at the Naturaleinsatz much saved. Taste similar mass caterers. read more

Positive:
Great hotel in really beautiful location, top of the rock between olive trees embedded with a view of the sea. Absolute recommendation however rental car definitely necessary, since shops, bars, etc. Not nearby are. The Sardinian evening was a highlight for all pig-lovers.
Negative:
Unfortunately we had only a room without a balcony, unfortunately! The shower needs getting used to, since the showering head feast from the wall and no hose it is. The setting the right water temperature is to kaltnassen challenge. The breakfast was unfortunately quite simply, little variety and no fresh juice. As we would have ... for four stars expected more. The dinner whereas was good. read more

You should always an rental car take, as the traffic connection rather poor. To the beach enough hotel's own shuttle bus-bus, but around the wonderful area to explore you need a car. With rains one was otherwise a bit lost. This small disadvantage overplayed but easily the gorgeous area between the mountains and with a view of the sea. read more

The hotel is very charming; the location is great (easy to get to and from the airport - easy to get to the beaches - a good jumping off point for destinations in Costa Smeralda) the staff was friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was quite good. We stayed in a room that had some problems with the drain in the bathroom sink and smelled pretty bad but in the hotel's defense they had just opened for the season a week earlier and I'm not sure they had fixed all the little glitches. When we complained they were very quick ... to try to remedy the problem. We had booked a half-board package. The food was good but not great. The breakfast buffet was good and there was always fresh fruit, different kinds of bread, cheese, salami and/or ham, cereal, tea, coffee, latte, hot chocolate, eggs - hard-boiled and scrambled, yogurt, etc. There was always something good to eat in the morning. If we go back to Rocce Sarde we will probably not take half-board again but rather only breakfast. Dinner was fine but it was so much food and the meal took about an hour and a half. This was strenuous with our three-year-old son. We also ended up not trying any of the restaurants for some other takes on local dishes because we had paid for our meals beforehand and didn't want to "waste our money." The dining room is very nice with a fantastic view down to the Mediterranean. There is however one problem here. When you arrive you get a table and you will have that table for the duration of your stay. So, that means if you get not such a great table you'll be annoyed about it your whole visit. We were lucky and had a great table but I thought about how some of the other guests must have felt. I know I would have asked to be moved right away from some of the tables toward the back, away from the windows and the beautiful view. The guests who were there in May were all German as far as I could tell. The only two languages I heard spoken were Italian and German and the Italian was only staff. Most of the people at reception spoke English, so did the Maître d' at the restaurant but the waiters and waitresses spoke Italian only. It is certainly helpful and appreciated to know how to say "please" and "thank you" in Italian before you go! The guest age ranged from people (almost all couples) in their 30s to in their 70s. There were not many children in May and there was no children's program (however there is one offered in the high season). The hotel seemed to be child friendly. A three year old can try the best of waiters' nerves but all the people who served us were very gracious and accepting of the antics of our young son. read more

Very scchönes hotel for a stay as a couple or single. The rooms are very clean, the restaurant is excellent and listed in the Michelin leaders. A car is a must because you otherwise only bad on the beach or in other places. The staff is generally very friendly and especially food, the waiters and the staff very much trouble. One guard but Mrs 'R. at the front desk! The lady at front desk was rather rude to guests as manager and is unprofessional as far as concerns/complaints of the guests goes.
