We were satisfied with everything. We are happy to once again and will definitely happy to recommend. One of the most good service, it began at the check-in, we were greeted by the hotel run and got everything shown. The kitchen really impressed us, everything was very adequate portions, very tasty, a compliment the chef. (we are very spoiled!-)) Many thanks for a great great vacation. Also worth mentioning is still the child care, the ski school right on the hotel, in cooperation with the kids club has enabled us to to the ski area and wonderful hour to ... spend, our 3 year old daughter was everywhere felt good.! read more

For us, the Kröller an absolute dream hotel, where we with our three kids (7, 5 and 2 years) a great ski vacation spent there. Especially good we found the cooperation of of the child care of the hotel and the instructors the ski school. We could the two larger in the morning in the kids club are, where your skikleider dress and then from a caregiver across (about 100 meters) in the school were brought. In the evening were the children then from the respective instructors again in the kids club were brought. Michi's children's ski school, we can ... warmly recommend. Both of our kids had great fun and really great fortschirtte made! Also on one night there was a show, with the the children ride could, and the races will be so quick held, that the lessons of the day in no way to short. The dining rooms and the lobby are newly renovated and extremely nice and comfortably furnished. From the first minute you feel as at home and it is everything available, what you could wish for. read more

    We had a family suite, which was ideal for us. The girls had a room with bunk bed and sofa, we parents a large room with bed and armchairs, and small could with the baby cot in the 'closet' sleep, the really was very spacious. So we had no nightly faxes in our room and had in the evening not always just the light whatsoever. Everything in the room was very clean and well cared for, with the daily cleaning we were extremely pleased.

    The food was not only good, but we felt like we were on a culinary highlights. It had the some extra and we all enjoyed it every day brilliant. From the champagne breakfast with delicious soups, delicious appetizers and desserts there was just everything your heart desires.

    The swimming pool is small, but fine. Our kids has especially the slide and the baby pool good. Everything is very clean. Entertainment at of the child care our three very much. Once the magician, once it went off to the pony rides (for our pferdenärinnen the highlight), they have painted t-shirts, and drawn. Only our two-year, the service in the baby room not fallen; he wanted never alone stay there. The maybe had something to do, that on 2. evening first with its two big sisters of the games room for the sizes kids and then from a supervisor in the baby room, which he never knew before, with a woman, he also didn't know. At least he was from then on always on the hat, that he didn't more suddenly alone without someone from his family was. A shame for us parents, as we always separated skiing had. However, it was so bad also not, because it in the hotel really never boring became and there are many toys for the kids there was, with which we and converse could.

    The Kröller is located in a quiet area outside of gerlos. In the immediate vicinity there is only the Hotel Almhof and some cottages, which was very pleased. Our daughters has especially the hotelstall with horses and ponies very much. The ski bus stops right in front of the hotel and brings a about minutes the valley station of the Zillertal Arena. For the skischulkinder, the mount go, there is a separate bus.

An excellent hotel, if one with several children of different ages travels. All received. Great ski school. And the service made possible also the parents of small children a great ski vacation! Kitchen could be a bit better and varied be (especially appetizers and desserts in the evening). read more

So for families particularly with small children is this hotel definitely recommendable. It is even for the ( hippgläschen ) fare of the smallest provided. The kids club is for different age groups offered. A small pets corner there is also, and horses anyway. On its own elevator you can enjoy tobogganing and skiing. For the adults there is a rauchersaloon or a non-smoking lounge (the entire hotel is smoke-free) great! For lunch you must not extra to the hotel back, with a vouchers for seppi's (shelter) is for you regardless. The ski bus to the isskogelbahn cable car (free ... of charge) is also in 15 minutes intervals (except in the lunch time ) anyway, overall a very nice successful winter -vacation. read more

We had a great vacation because of the great childcare. Nothing was too much: the children to ski school bring, outside play, the animals futteren... We have in this hotel for the 3. time a wonderful and relaxing vacation spend. In the hotel it is missing at nothing. The only thing which you say could is, which one around 5 to 10 minutes with the ski bus to the valley station in gerlos drive must. Buses however so often that no real problem represents. read more

The smallest in the kids club of the hotel from morning until late night evenings perfect and professional busy. We spend as a family with 3 children a skiing holiday in january 2013 in the Hotel Kröller. Apart from the extremely positive and friendly atmosphere in the hotel, the appealing atmosphere, the good gastronomy and excellent all around service was outstanding the hotel especially also by the caring and loving kleinkindbetreuug, so that it was very well possible, also as a married couple without large remorse one child in the custody of the babyclubs to give, the more the morning on the slope to spend.
