The hotel complex covers an area of 300000 square meter The 368 rooms and suites with a size of 27 square meter -57 square meter Are stylishly decorated with noble materials, maritime style, are equipped with furnished balconies or patios and were very clean to in the last corner. Breakfast buffet or half-board were included in our booking. Wifi is in the room usable. A service crew under the phone 6320 fulfilled gladly all wishes!     The rooms are from 27 to 38 square meter and existing suites even 57 square meter large, they are in the main building and residences, are equipped with bath/shower, satellite tv, telephone, radio, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, and balcony or terrace, alternatively with park, sea or warnowblick. Our room had park view, we looked out onto a charming riesenkogge 'Elvira' in the child club. Our room was with white chic and very practical furnishings belonged to the 'small', but because of the functional-walk-in, built-in cupboards super usable, you even had a kettle 2 cups, coffee, tea and much more thought. The bathroom with 2 sink bath/with glass wall and all the accessories to the personal care left nothing to be desired, even a vase with rose had one thought and everything spotlessly clean. A well-assorted mini bar was available. The presentation of the bathrobes managed a pleasant atmosphere. Tv, safe, telephone and air-conditioning should not forget. A special feature was, that one of the residences also in case of bad weather the main building through covered course distance, which for our stay as very useful in proved.

    In the residence there are 6 restaurant and 5 bars. The session food and drinks were of magnificent quality, the cleanliness and stylish atmosphere of the tables and many candles managed a nice atmosphere. To our dinner food served were probably the german kitchen were good. Particular mention should the breakfast buffet get, it was in its diversity, not to beat, a visit to the brasserie was every morning a special highlight and brought our control to their limits!

    The staff's hospitality is especially highlighted, wether at the front desk, or waiters in the restaurant to the maid, all we friendly and very hard every request was fulfilled. The cleaning of the rooms was perfect and discreet.

    The spa was used by us, we spend relaxing hours in the pool area, where we after a swim with pleasant music on the comfortable couches could rest, before a selection in the sauna has been made, whether the bio sauna 65 degrees enough or the other sauna with about 90 degrees is appropriate. Aroma steam bath, kneipp pool, and a fitness area with wellness bar to strengthen is possible the guests available.     The exposed location the yacht harbor residence is optimal and warnemünde only by the warnow separated, but by using the car ferry fast attainable.     We have a sailor's rooms with warnowblick occupied. This room is very spacious and extremely attractive and luxuriously furnished. Amongst others it has a sofa, armchair, and a desk in the separable living area. Continue to it offers enough closets, a safe, a kettle, a bathroom with goldfarbenem radiators, double sinks, tub and separate shower. Exclusive toiletries are made available.

A gorgeous german hotel we from being astonished no longer to come! Spa, food, room, the surroundings are simply top! In every area were the staff very nice! Especially recommendable is the Areal 's seafood newport fish! You have to but overall deep into their pockets, it is worthwhile however very! read more

An a top class hotel, so at least in the brochure. But requires you also very much money. Undisputed very good wellness, ambience general, cleanliness, motivated and friendly employees. Negatives: price-performance ratio in the dining areas as a guest in the hotel was very good no possibility à la carte meals. We have 2 times the buffet we serve leave: fish: everything came from the warmhaltebox, there was nothing freshly prepared, fader taste too an impossible price Amerikanischesbüfett all americans would screaming from the house race, if he the offer would have seen: a highlight: ribs. As you had prior ... to obviously already the whole meat away and had only bones, no freshly fried steak. Simply unacceptable for a terrible price. The manager should once in the immediate surroundings gourmet look at, there are enough examples. Alone the spa oasis was brilliant. We will this hotel not any longer visit read more

The was once again a perfect wellness weekend. We are every time very satisfied and already look forward to the next time. The employees are very nice and attentive. The service is brilliant and starts pushed in the underground garage. Everything is very good organized and you can really relax. With so much friendliness and so lots of great offered in the wellness area we gladly times a few kilometers more. It was not our first vacation in the high dune and for certain also not the last.     We were in a boatsman's cabin in one of the adjacent building. Wonderful room, very lovingly decorated. The bathroom was with two sinks and a bathtub. Everything very plush. A walk-in wardrobe rounded the picture even from. There was a kettle and plenty of tea and coffee every day.

    Here it must be mentioned, that the way to the spa area for the guests in the residences (the cheaper rooms ) in the winter a cold issue and the fact, that we in the spa move, left the spa feeling slow emergence. The spa is located in the main building, the residences are further away and the path is covered, however not heated. However, it is was then with a beautiful luxurious spa rewarded! The pool area is super nice, the saunas adequate and the lots of small recesses and hidden spaces leave, even if it like at the weekend is very crowded, a little privacy. Everything is very clean and the lots of small details are very plush but not tacky.

    Breathtaking it was nice, if you for breakfast looks from the window and the large ships passing by and the seagulls after edible search. The ferry to warnemünde over runs until 8:00 p. m. all 10 minutes. At night as well runs all 20 minutes. In warnemünde one has all possibilities culinary run around. Prices, unlike in the hotel, perfectly adequate. The hotel has a beautiful beach.

    There is 12 restaurants on the premises. But we were only in the brasserie. There is also the breakfast restaurant. It is very clean. %blank% the breakfast, as well as the menu in the evening were just great. The quality the food is great. Just for smokers : in the house there is the shark bar. There you can still smoke in a very comfortable atmosphere.

Once was the room not cleaned up. Since we 6. arrived, wanted we together breakfast. This was every day only after discussions with the staff, because you are not in the location was, a table to reserve or together to push. On the first evening we have in any of the restaurant a table got, because all already reserved. Due to new year's eve were very ... many leihkräfte busy, the no idea had. So were invoices in the restaurants wrong issued or we had to wait for half an hour. On 1 january there was the event in warnemünde, the 'lighthouse in flames'. Unfortunately, we then know, since the staff no indication has been made, although the hotel directly opposite is. All in all, straight for new year's much too expensive for 5 stars. read more

It is not only buildings, but rather for a hotel complex, consisting of lots of different buildings, restaurants, shops a congress centre and the buildings the rooms are. It is built like a small village, everything is by covered course of reconciling connected. There are rooms in the main building and rooms in the neighboring buildings. The hotel offers breakfast and half board. There is also à la carte restaurant and a hotel bar. While we were there, there were mostly couples, but also small groups, the here wellness made. read more

    The room itself was very nicely decorated, in the maritime-style, so as the whole hotel. But i the size as a bit small felt. Even if this was the cheapest category was, would have the room definitely bigger. There was for example no desk. The bathroom had a pleasant size and was nicely appointed. The bed was very nice and clean. The mattress was hard, the closet was good, you could in him step inside. Somewhat disturbing was the one or another body the carpet, the ravages of time already was noticeable, here, i would like a clean impression be. Very much dust was also on the tiles in the bathroom to find, the somewhat from the wall protruding, there was already longer no more language competence. There was also the bed to the rear edge to the wall very dusty. The artificial orchid from plasitk i totally inappropriate and tacky felt, that i would do. Furthermore, we had impurities before our balcony, on the porch (see pictures). Overall, therefore only 4 suns for the room, for 5 stars too many little things were negative.

    There was during our travels 2 open restaurants. In the restaurant 'brasserie' we ate breakfast and our dinner. The restaurant we liked, everything was nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was very varied and we liked. Somewhat less enjoyed the cheese good, this could have been a little better and more variety. I also sweet things like cakes, waffles or fresh pancaces missed. At least is a 5 star hotel. The dinner we really liked. We had a menu, which also options before and main dish. We have delicious and here we also the service especially good pleased. A note to the hotel: please again the choice of music in the restaurant reconsider. This was really bad, always the same and little amusing.

    At our arrival we were greeted by a lady welcomes, this welcome have definitely friendly and above all detailed can be. For the size of the hotel must simply a small introduction take place, what is, how do i where and what can i use everything (for example where is the spa area, where is the fitneesbereich, how come i into town etc.) Nothing of all that has been stated. With 5 stars, this should be of course. Otherwise were all other staff very pleasant and polite. At breakfast and at dinner and also in the hotel bar we have the service as good. The cleaning the rooms could have been a bit better. The carpet was during our stay not thoroughly vacuumed, lint and dirt was not removed. Also i could from the balcony from unpleasant zigarettenüberreste on the canopy see, that doesn't bother you already very. What i see, the cleaning staff-a shame that so little attention was paid.

    Very nice and a generous spa area. Very pleasant decorated and quite pleasant. Everything was clean and fairly new. The sauna area we didn't use. The changing rooms were clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The gym was also very nice. There is nothing to complain about.

    It is not only buildings, but rather for a hotel complex, consisting of lots of different buildings, restaurants, shops a congress centre and the buildings the rooms are. It is built like a small village, everything is by covered course of reconciling connected. There are rooms in the main building and rooms in the neighboring buildings. The hotel offers breakfast and half board. There is also à la carte restaurant and a hotel bar. While we were there, there were mostly couples, but also small groups, the here wellness made.

    The location of the hotel is somewhat unusually, the town of warnemünde you can reach from the hotel only with the ferry, the crossing itself duration 1-2 minutes and costs 1,30 Euro per person The hotel offers also a free shuittleservice to, however not during our travels in december. But you can of course not 'just ' into town. The hotel is situated right at the sea, the location is unique and we liked. Water everywhere, also sees one directly from the breakfast table the big ships go by, really nice.

Five star plus in the main building, rooms, spa and beauty spa. The restaurants for a much improved. The kitchen in the last 3 years was not a 5 star hotel for a positive review value of the food. Since chef/director by a turnover probably in the summer 2012 new wind and discipline in the different restaurants is, you could eat in all restaurants very good food. All in all 4 years of our 6 stays holidays (house was mostly booked) is a outstanding service, friendliness, attention in all service sectors very well implemented. Rooms and bathrooms are well decorated ... and furnished to a high standard. All blocked materials windows, doors, cabinets, substances, and beds are qualitatively hardly to exceed. For us the building for all age groups including child care so well arranged that you could also as a wellness users and ruhesuchender current they also achieve this, not in Dubai feels. Value the night is at least in the main building just. The prices in the annexs are probably in price brackets divided that you in the whole complex the right to select and can book. read more

Not perfect, but really recommendable. We would gladly come again. Unfortunately most of the restaurants are not open and the shuttlebetrieb to warnemünde was adjusted. For this the staff were very accommodating and helpful and the sauna area was super, as well as the Breakfast buffet not to toppen. read more

You feel always good reversed. Staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. The restaurants of the hotel are reasonably priced rather in the upper edge and the money not always worth (food is nevertheless delicious and great!) , if you take the ferry to warnemünde runs but wide variety of alternative. read more
