Big hotel with great pool area and garden almost directly on the promenade. Large, well designed room with a safe and a large plasma-screen tv. Free wi-fi throughout the property and in the room. Mostly older guests from gigabyte, de, nl, rus and esp. Free underground parking. Unfortunately many unused premises in the lower property, partly with paper imposed. read more

We (62 and 56 years) were for the first time on Tenerife. On the travel agency 'their traumparadies' in the saxon Freiberg we were this hotel attentive. Tip and recommendation corresponded in all our expectations. The staff is extremely accommodating and competent, the same is true for the serving staff. We will in the coming year again this

The comfortable hotel lies in a clean section of Costa Adeje mile direct access to the promenade, only a few steps away from a beautiful beach. The size the standard room from about 45 square meters is more than sufficient, ocean view is recommendable (nice view direction La Gomera). Condition and cleanliness was okay, wi-fi, also in the room, free of charge. We selected half-board and were with this choice very satisfied. Guest structure: age and 55, mostly germans and english, also a few russians were there. read more

A quiet, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The large pool also a smaller, a jacuzzi and a children's pool with comfortable lounge chairs, invite to sunbathing. The beach and various shopping are in the immediate vicinity. We had two weeks in a pleasant ambience relax! read more

Unfortunately is this hotel absolutely no star hotel. You can quiet vacation spend, the staff are accommodating and friendly. The cleanliness in the room and its shabby condition i found however as insufficient. At toilet and bidet had hairs of the previous hotel guest, the shower over the bathtub was hanging from the wall out, the water in the shower drained so slowly, that you again and again park had, not the whole room underwater and in the bathtub there were several dauemndiche damages. The sofa bed had a advanced seats and at night crawled really cockroaches through our bathroom. ...
The food was unfortunately very little varied. The selection was good, was repeated however without large deviations daily.
Who quiet star hotel searches, can confidently check-in, 5 stars are absolutely overrated.
We will the hotel not again visit. read more

A large Canary Islands friend is this the best hotel of the location and in the price-performance -proportion, very friendly staff, here service really largely written! The rooms are unusual large and very clean. The food is really brilliant, better it really couldn't get more from the diversity and fresh ( salads - fish - meat- juices etc. No crowd for the food. A very warm quiet hotel adorable and back. Who later departure has gets a different room for showers extra provided, the underground car park in the hotel can be used free of charge as well as the ... safe in the room, the most beautiful beach from Tenerife and its starting point.

We had a double room with a sea view booked, they were taken so we got a suite with a 80 meters² and big balcony in the direction south. Very nice! The buffet in the evening was excellent and culinary hard to beat. The staff are all extremely attentive and accommodating. The location directly by the turquoise atlantic with palm trees at the beach and during the day in the sun 30 degrees in january made the trip in the sun perfect. Much pleasure. read more

Who high good food like is in good hands here, particularly the maitre on the grill (Omar) is unbelievably friendly and knows his handicraft.

Great hotel in good peaceful location on the promenade in Fanabe.
Facilities consists of several different houses.
Room and suites very big.
Garden, pool area and chairs sufficient and good. Loungers very good.
We could in the january both the breakfast, as well as the dinner outside take. Very atmospheric. From 19 o'clock were heater switched on.
Lots of dishes were freshly prepared. Very tasty.
For breakfast every morning sparkling wine.
Very often live music on the door the dining room.
You went out of the garden and already is on the long promenade. Particularly the road to the right ... direction La Caleta is very nice.
Staff very friendly. To mention i would like still the front desk at the check-in. Very accommodating. Our rental car was immediately in the underground garage parked. On the day before departure we wanted to internet, around online for the flight back to check. This was then from the doorman at no cost to us, with the phrase of boarding passes.

We were very satisfied from the first to the last day of vacation.
We were from the airport in the mini bus will pick you up and achieved shortly our hotel.
The check in was very quick and friendly.
We can only recommend the hotel, because it nothing to complain about there is.

This was the best in all areas,(room, huge bathroom with separate shower)
Friendly staff, good food, no crowd during dinner etc.

Great hotel, very good location ( beach - 3 minutes walk ), directly on the promenade ( 10 minutes walk ), shopping center ( 2 piece) and pizzeria right on the hotel, wellness area is small and value for money does not do it justice-i would not use ( 1 sauna, 2 steam baths, jacuzzi and pool with emergence, swimming pool, all rather small-was very loud and you could nothing special relaxation).
We had a great room, view of the sea and very generous (bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower), staff are too many very friendly and helpful. Some ... can german ( front desk) - but mostly english. Rooms were clean and southern standard. Food is extensive, tasted like almost everywhere in Spain - rather little peppered, but you could spice it up. Each evening large salad buffet and desserts buffet. Every day there was pizza, noodles, chinese and each evening changing meat dish. Highly recommend is the chinese (, there was also sushi, for us 2 times). Breakfast is equally sumptuous and extensive ( wide selection of fruit, sausage, fish, eggs and omellett, as well as different bread and cereals - yoghurt/ milk).
Pool is clean and well maintained, very well maintained garden area, bocca restaurant i can unfortunately not recommend (you can at a charge lunch - food was in our eyes except expensive nothing), tip the italian directly at the exit to the beach.
We have our vacation really enjoyed, Tenerife is a great island with impressive excursions. It is a very peaceful hotel, the majority of the guests are on 50 years. The hotel is really recommendable if you looking for peace and quiet. The location is both for beach lovers as well as even more useful for shoppingsüchtige optimal. 2 time per week ( do and sa) is market - from 09:00 until 14:00 o'clock. The hotel is very originally built with about 8 different parts in different architectural styles and colors, partly only in the spacing of 1a 3 meters together, to some extent offset to one another, and nevertheless everything seemed very harmoniously. Also the pool area is beautifully designed, it could if necessary still be a bit more generous sized.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
We had a budget room booked, but at the size of the room, bathroom and beds was not at all saved.
The complex is located in a pleasant quiet part of the vacation destination, and ... nevertheless not far from busy zones. read more

It was our 3. time in this hotel and we liked it as always liked it a lot. Only the food and the service in the gastronomy area has, over the years, weakend a bit. The rooms and the room service (cleaning) are still top! The location to Palma de Fanabe (one of the most beautiful beaches the island) and the atmosphere overall guarantee a beautiful relaxing holiday. read more

Was our 2. time in this hotel in january. Had this time savings offering booked. The room us apportioning was on the ground floor pool sided ( room 50) and absolutely okay, because we always short distances and not on the elevator are. Parking spaces are meanwhile here rare, but this hotel has a parking garage in the basement and it costs nothing. Every evening a good show program offered (aperol spritz try!) View of the sea is from the room not necessary, we had the sea on your doorstep. By the pool tuerie and says you on the great ... promenade with lounge bars, restaurants, beach bars, shopping mall, everything your heart desires in the immediate area and in elevated quality. The beach itself is very well maintained, golden and the sunsets with a cocktail in the peace enjoy. All in all very recommendable and we are already looking forward to it now back to our next year. read more

A superb entrance to the new year. The value for money is terrific. We had only overnight stay with breakfast. But it was for these hotelpreiskategorie simply fantastic.
The public beach in front of the hotel there is one of the cleanest the island. With responsible are certainly, that this mainly from the 3 five star hotels used. Instead you payed gladly €20 for chairs and an umbrella.
We would definitely come again the gran tacande. read more
