This is the second time I have been to the Gran Tacande. The first was last Easter with my husband & 2 teenage children. This was with my 19 year old daughter. My in laws also went last November. It was a great short break & we just settled back in easily. Just staying by the pool, beach & shops. The staff are so friendly & can't do enough for you. I'm sure we will be back some time. read hotel review

    We had a Senior Suite which we thought was excellent, very clean, huge area especially the balcony and maid service was spot on.

    Can only comment on the pools which were spotlessly clear and of a very good quality. Towels provided and changed daily, good sunbeds and plenty of umbrellas to go around, but it was a quiet time.

    The hotel is well located within a group of 4/5 star hotels along the Adeje coast which has been designed well compared with the rest of Tenerife, which is not great. There is an excellent shopping center opposite the hotel with quality items, no tat etc. Very quiet location on the beach.

When entering the hotel (opened 2003) you'll find yourself in an impressive lobby again. The hotel, which was a kind of 'mansion' in the canarian style represents, has 250 guest rooms and offers a beautiful garden area, sun terrace with comfortable lounge chairs and cushions, umbrellas, two salzwasserschwimmbades, a small outdoor pool, a children's pool and a pool bar. In the hotel itself there is the public wellness & spa center 'vitanova' and the parís with a few shops and a small supermarket. The resort has four different areas, which are in their colonial architectural style different: they were called ... sansofé, san sebastián, malpaís and casa fuerte. The volcanic rock is the essential part of the architecture and gives the hotel its name: tacande means in the language of the indigenous people of the island so much as a rock. The hotel is postable with breakfast or half-board. The guest structure at our travel time was approximately between 30 and 80 years of age, and a few children.     Our standard double room had a size of about 40 square meter inclusive bath. (in addition to the large balcony with table and two rattanstühlen of about 12 square meter). The bathroom: the shower has a size of about 80 times 120 centimeter, the tub about 80 times 180 centimeter In the bathroom fixtures the company grohe use. In the shower is even a thermostat available as well as two side jets, it is with a frosted glass door to close. The bathroom is also equipped with a radio, 1200 watt hairdryer, a make-up mirror, two sinks, toilet and bidet (also by a frosted glass door from the rest of the bathroom seperately). The bath with a sliding door from the rest of the living/sleeping area to separate. There are various toiletries available (for example, soap, razor, toothbrush, lotion, shampoo, pads, tissues). The living/sleeping areas: here there is a desk with chair, a large mirror, a mini bar, which can be filled, (set of own beverages is not desired). The very comfortable box spring beds have a size of 110 times 200 centimeter The lower mattress has a height of approximately 18 centimeter, the overlying about 30 centimeter, it follows a mattress covers. The gesamtbetthöhe is literally about 75 centimeter! Further there was a rattan chair, a table as well as a pull out couch. The flat screen tv (diagonal 80 centimeter) sends various german programs (for example, the first, ZDF, 3 satellite, n-tv, Eurosport, hr, swr, KIKA, VOX, ZDF culture, ZDF information, per 7 Austria, RTL 2, super RTL, Sat.1). An air-conditioner is available, but it was not used. In the closet are the free safety deposit box (laptop size), some drawers and storage space, as well as about 15 coat hangers. What a positive thing is, that the room can be colluded very well. What we unfortunately as absolutely disturbing was, that our room had a connecting door to the room next door had, not lowered was. Ungelogen: you could understand every word the neighbors. With the door was in the other as well, but we found this not as disturbing, because hardly anyone past ran.     The hotel provides a breakfast or half-board. Since the price for half-board per person TUI with 32 Euro count, we have a long time again only for breakfast. We also wanted to the restaurants in the area to try out. Thereof are in the surrounding area plentiful and we were not disappointed. We especially liked the 'Trattoria portofino ', which belongs to the hotel. It is located outside of the complex close to the boardwalk and is accessible for everyone. Many guests from other hotels you met there, locals got there food on order. By seven evenings we ate there five times to evening. The price-performance ratio was simply unbeatable. Now for the breakfast buffet: this consisted of two sorts of bread rolls, different toast, bread, lye pastry, cakes, various sorts of cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruit, juices, yogurts, cereals, smoked salmon/fish, various salads, and eggs, which before the eyes freshly prepared, etc. Everything was always freshly refilled and apetizingly arranged. To emphasize is, that every morning cava was, what other hotels often only on weekend offer. Coffee was in airpots served at the table. The once white cans did not look really nice. Without my add there were two days later in the entire hotel (so is the hotel even noticed). Another great service, that daily a din a 4 page good morning news in several languages at the entrance to the dining room has.

    We were greeted at the front desk by a very nice, young german server welcome, the everything well explained. We were greeted with a cava. On request, a room on the ground floor to get, one offered us immediately, a room to take in all appearances, which we also gladly did. We decided then but for the room, which for us, because it is a nicer location had. Our luggage we did not to care, this was a little later on the room brought. The staff met us in all areas was always very friendly and with a smile on the face. The cleaning staff has always done a very good job. In the evening even the bed turned down, there was a schokoplätzchen and there were even towels were changed.

    During our stay we only used the pool. Here we must say, that beach chairs, cushions and umbrellas clean and of good quality. The spa area we didn't use. It was a bit of a shame is, that guests 17 Euro /day for the use of pay (open are charged 20 Euro ). The internet access via wireless internet is free. The front desk in the room, at the pool and in the lobby was very good. Positive to mention are still, a billardtisch as well as a table tennis plate free of charge to use. The evening entertainment is not of a high standard. Which we felt as pleasant was, that it in the morning at breakfast already live music (violin) and during the day (piano) in the lobby.

    The Costa Adeje for us was the most beautiful section in Tenerife. The hotel is only through a turning area, with some parking is, from the beautiful about 700 metres long beach 'Playa del Duque' away. This leads from the hotel on the lightest, by the gate at the end of the pool has happened and then only a few steps down to about 50 metres from the beach area. Sausage many sorts, cheese, salmon, a variety of salads, fruit of everything multicolored for example Pineapple, melon, apples, bananas, kiwi etc. Different kinds of cakes and biscuits, jam, cereals and much more. The latest news on a din a4 - sheet in different languages. You want to sparkling wine, so one has each day the possibility. This is accompanied whole in the morning and in the evening from subtle guitars, piano or geigenklängen. Whereby we in the evening would be. Too beautiful. About 5 different kinds of fish, the before our eyes prepared or Hirsch, beef fillet, pork, lamb, turkey, chicken, steak. Potatoes in different forms, vegetables, 2 cold and 2 hot soups, always Different cheese places, different salads, smoked fish, always sushi, Always a chinese with a private buffet: lamb, chicken, pork, Vegetables etc. I notice that i too much write, do you know what try simply. If you look at the location of the hotel it will not take you long to notice, that only w few rooms offer a direct sea view. The hotel is built in the shape of an 'L' and only the short side offers a sea view, which is furthermore covered by a building in front. The first room offered to us had only a view of the opposite hotel complex, although we booked a suite with a sea view. After a complaint to the hotel manager we were allowed to move to a room with a side-sea view the following ... day. read hotel review

With 250 rooms the hotel has a responding size. Big enough, to have, but very well arranged. It was always all clean and in perfect condition. Wi-fi we had reception everywhere, where we were. Half board was great. The average age was at about the end of 40 the guest structure: 40% german and swiss guests, 20% russians, 20% english, the rest french, italians and scandinavians.     We had a double room with side sea view and are in a suite with a view of the beautiful neighboring hotel landed. The children stayed on the pull-out sofa in the living room to sleep and we had a large private rooms. Minibar and 2 large flat-screen tv which we didn't use. The furniture was adequate and the beds were very good. The bathroom was huge (2 sinks, jacuzzi, large shower with seitendüsen, separate toilet with bidet. They always cleaned perfectly.

    We were always at the buffet, at lunch time in the bar. The quality and choice of food and drinks was super! It was always clean and varied. In the evening there was always a chinese buffet, pasta with different sauces for the children, pizza, salads, paella, soups, many hors-d'oeuvres and desserts. Always fresh prepared and of course meat freshly fried. 2 times per week fresh from a japanese sushi prepared. There were many local dishes, but also different. For breakfast there was always caviar and champagne. The atmosphere was very pleasant, it made music always a musician at the entrance of the esssaals. We always outside place found. At 20h00 you had to wait a short while. But also in the room was pleasant, not too loud.

    The staff was always friendly - waiters, cooks, reception, chambermaids. At the reception and also in the restaurant were several languages spoken, we could always communicate in german. The rooms were cleaned daily and tidy. Additional services we didn't need. Once the teddy of our 6 - year-old vanished. When reporting it to the reception the chambermaid was' suspected ' and a half hour later the teddy of his trip to the laundry back.

    The salzwasserschwimmbaden were great - different temperature. There were always free beach chairs available. Plenty of umbrellas and showers. There were bath-towels free of charge and you could change them any time. We didn't use the entertainment, once i pilates made. The entertainment was very discreet and you can ignore, if you are not interested.

    Beach in front of the door - the most beautiful in the tourist part of the south with great waves for the not so small children. Half hour away from the airport. Shops, restaurants, bus stop in the immediate vicinity. Night life at the 8 kilometer long promenade enough. For excursions, we have used our rental car. A tour with the catamaran we through thomas cook. We were were punctual in front of the hotel picked up.

Friendly and dedicated staff, large room, large bathroom, plenty of good food, beautiful grounds and great location! Guests are for the most part 40+ years of age. As one would except, there are also many guests over the age of 60. Mostly Central Europeans (Germans, English and so on), also Russians who were hardly noticable. The surroundings were very pleasant and clean. There are many 5-star hotels that obviously try to give a pleasant impression, even outside their own grounds. The difference is visible when you take a stroll towards Playa de las Américas. There are many 4-star hotels, but ... the promenade with restaurants, bars and cafés gives the impression of being cheap and mediocre. read hotel review

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at the Gran Tacande and our first visit to Tenerife, it certainly won't be our last. What an amazing hotel, great value for money, fantastic service with extremely friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble and everyone went out of their way to ensure every holiday maker had a superb holiday! Great entertainment every night which was a great surprise as we hadn't realised this. Fab location to the beach and local restaurants and shops, spotlessly clean hotel that catered for a multi cultural society. We stayed bed and breakfast which was ... buffet style yet there was that much to choose from we could have stayed for a month and eaten something different each morning! Overall great hotel and can't wait to book for next year. Only slight downside was a salt water pool yet nothing to spoil such a great holiday.     Entertainment that was varied and on every night was a great surprise, kids club and a variety of leisure activities were available that many people got involved with. Extremely clean pool area, only slight downside was a salt water pool. Sunbeds were plentiful and when attending the pool early afternoon, poolside staff made every effort, going out of their way to find available us available Sunbeds.

The hotel lies at the end of from Playa de Las americas, but easily accessible. The hotel is from the impression very nice and clean. All are endeavored to receive. Wi-fi is available free of charge and almost always enough with the range. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. It is, in my opinion, just 5 stars and the Tenerife what to say! The guests came from everywhere, and it was still very quiet and a pleasant atmosphere. read hotel review

    The rooms are big and furnished in a homely way. Everything was there, what a 5 star hotel is one. Safe was free of charge and the bathroom was clean! As already mentioned a 5 star hotel worthy.

    The breakfast buffet was just great. Those who still something to complain about, the always something to complain about. Everything was sufficiently available, lactose-free or fish and co, fruit, sausage and freshly prepared food. Also here everything was always clean and quiet. There was a hotel restaurant and a 2. what is not always open. At the pool was served and the bar was open long, as the pools were open.

    The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and were always cleaned well. The staff always had a smile. In the restaurant all were fast and courteous. Everything in the hotel speaks spanish, english and partly german. It should still shortcomings that, they were immediately rectified.

    There are 2 large pools, one heated and a small for kids. A tub in addition. Everything was clean and filled with salt water. There is enough sun loungers and umbrellas. Everything was in good condition. A small entertainment was available, but not intrusive. Every evening there would be changing program.

    The hotel is about 150 meters away from the small but fine sandy beach. The hotel has' almost ' its own entrance. To the airport it was about 30 minutes. Shopping are close by and you can walk along the beach promenade with restaurants and shops. If you can get a bike or rent a car, as in Spain as usual. Who go by bus want, find here also a short walk.

We have never had such a friendly and attentive staff experienced like in this hotel in all facilities (reception, bar, restaurant, pool and so on.). The rooms are really spacious decorated, unfortunately very clairaudient. We had except for one night, the luck, quiet neighbors to have, so the clairaudience not so much as disadvantage proved. An important note to the bathroom: if the tiles are wet, they are very slippery, so that i unfortunately at 7, day so hard fell, that i the elbow dislocated had. The subsequent medical care was very good. The hotel staff reacted immediately, the ... ambulance informed and nahnen hospital sur in Las americas i was very well taken care of, the arm set and after a night in the hospital i could go back to the hotel. Except for swimming, i could luckily all urlaubsannehmlichkeiten further enjoy. Therefore: in the bathroom and showering always wear beach shoes, even if this is annoying. Still another reference to the hospital: one is here very well looked after and one needs a fear to have, that the doctors a possibly wrong treatment. After my return to Germany i have my violation of a specialist examined and it has the spanish doctors very highly. My poor without permanent damage good heal. From this small episode apart, we would at any time in this hotel again our vacation. read hotel review

    There are several restaurants in this hotel. We had dinner and breakfast in Zurron. Both were very nice, plenty to choose from (both fish or meat, sushi, Chinese, Italian, soup, salad bar etc) In Bocany restaurant, you can have some light afternoon snacks. Price for drinks are reasonable.

    Staff is very helpfull and friendly. They speak several languages. The whole area is kept clean every day. We got also a nice sleepwell chocolate every night. Little attentions that make the difference.

    It's only a 15 minutes drive away from the airport, there are shops in the area (Plaza Del Duque shopping center). Via the promenade, you can get to La Caleta on the one side and to Los Christianos on the other side. Excursions can be booked via the hotel or through several travel agencies. A rental car is also an interesting option to discover the island.

Very nice resort the a break from everyday life very quickly allows, whoever is looking for peace and quiet is right at home here. We have very probably felt us from the outset. The check-in we were politely, to the greetings there was also a glass of sparkling wine, then we were greeted by a staff to the room and at the same time the main hotel. Luggage was by a page to the room. Wi-fi worked very well, had no problems. The whole area seemed very clean (when all?) We had booked half board and must say that the ... quality of the meals was very good, from the quantity very zuschweigen.     We had a room with a sea view and a view of La Gomera. The room was very spacious equipped with everything that is needed, free safe, flat screen tv and seating, On the large balcony two chairs (not plastic) and table. Bathroom very large with a double sink separate shower and toilet, in addition bath tub, Radio in the bathroom with four channels. Room in good condition and always cleaned perfectly.

    The staff is very friendly and helpful, We had with the communication wasn't a problem the staff spoke english, and german, was pleased however, even if you speak some spanish. The room cleaning was absolutely fine, even though we our towels and not each day in the bath to exchange the leaving certificate examination they were still changed every day.

    A spacious pool area with enough beach chairs and umbrellas, showers and changing rooms were available at the pool, We really liked the pool floor tiled is, but with a rubber mat this is especially for smaller children was an advantage. Cushions were always clean and the beach chairs in very good condition. Bath-towels could one each evening for new switch. Entertainment was very discreet instead, no call by megaphones or similar, on a inifotafel was informed What when where takes place.

    From the airport took the shuttle about 35 minutes depending on how many hotels were driven to. To the beach Playa del Duque It was only a few steps, hotel area through the gate of the yard at the rear of the pool area leave cross the road and already is one at the beach. Very nice hotel, that this is not the first times have visited. Direct beach proximity, el duque right next door, it is a very clean, well kept and safe beach (guarded-particularly important with children!). Promenade as far as the eye can see, you can walk to los christanos, the children have enough change and catch therefore not after 10 minutes the 'complain' at. Back to the hotel, very nice and courteous employees (reception, bar, restaurant and pool area), you will be regularly asked, if there was anything they could do and you feel comfortable. Pools are clean and safe, we ... didn't use it much due to the direct beach location. Room: large enough for 2 adults and 2 children completely okay-cleanliness and service even here-top! Food: excellent, if you complained here you should stay at home in Wiener Schnitzel and potato salad, kitchen is varied and offered something new every day. The soups (lentils and kichererbsensuppe ) try! Salads fresh and crunchy, fish and meat at the show cooking - Omar prepares everything fresh and delicious! Conclusion: dream gran tacande we will be back and look forward to the next 3 weeks in Tenerife! read hotel review

A large hotel, located near the ocean is at first sight a wonderful choice. Since you enter you're impressed by the broad colonial stairs. Waiting to be picked up by a receptionist, you find that welcome cocktail or champagne is missing. Oh, an omission (I think). Then you feel the sweat dripping slowly on your body. Watch in amazement to see if there is air conditioning. Yes, there is, but fails to cover the too large surface of the huge hall. Finally, you get over this and think of the beautiful vacation that you planned it carefully. Okay, I came ... into possession of the room cards (it was already around 2:40pm). A bell boy smiling offers to carry your luggage and therefore guide you through the maze of hallways to find the elevator. Arrived in the room, happy, you leave a generous tip and breathe easy. Suddenly panic. Missing luggage. How is that possible? I was careful; the boy had taken all the suitcases. I look around the room and the open the door to go down to reception …and surprise - the missing luggage was left at the door!!! I say myself to be calm; I am in vacation after all! Open minibar to cool off with a coke or cold water. Another surprise - the minibar is empty. Already irritated, I call at the reception to find out what happens to the minibar. I was given a short explanation – this is the hotel policy! What is that I miss? How can a 5 star hotel in Tenerife, a target destination for tourists from around the world, do so? Still, I go to the reception to clear all this. Extremely bored and unfriendly, the receptionist repeats like a robot: hotel policy! If you want something in the room, order through room service! What do you mean? it's easier to keep calling and send someone whenever I want a glass of water? This is ridiculous. I contact my travel agent and ask him to intervene in the game’s absurd to have drinks in the mini bar. Victory! I was probably the only one in the Gran Tacande having water and coke in the minibar! Other tourists, however, who had no travel agent or were not pushy enough were carrying a bottle of water in their bags or wasting the time of the staff (unfriendly anyway.) for a glass of water. In the second day, after a short walk to see the surroundings, I felt hungry and went to the restaurant. There's a smiling waiter who politely tells me that the restaurant is closed and you have to wait at least half an hour. I asked if such a hotel has one restaurant. The answer comes quickly - yes! But it is split in two and we have to wait for the ones having “half board” till we can order “a la carte”. Still, I waited with my wife and our 4 year old child drooling for restaurant opening. After lunch we decided to make a visit to the hotel accommodation and its facilities. We found that the hotel had all the facilities required by the number of stars, but spaces were arranged chaotically and I noticed absolutely no tourists using them during my stay. One remark here which amused me – till now, at all 5 star hotels where we have stayed had some boutiques with premium or luxury brands. Well, at Grand Tacande there is only one store with bazar like stuff, selling everything by an always sweat Indian guy. The swimming pool experience comes with even more surprises: towels are distributed by an employee who does not permanently stay in the space arranged, but has a buzzer, which after you press it, you really must arm yourself with patience until the guy returns (from wherever he is) to hand your out the towels. Tourists were already accustomed and not commenting, waiting in line for the towels, with cold eyes. Service in the lounge was also incidentally, to be more specific - you get up from the chair, walk all the space to the pool bar where you order and you point the place around where your is deck chair is to the waiter. At first it was really funny, but then it became annoying. The story goes on – what you order while you’re staying at the pool is put on your room number, but without specifying the value, so basically you white sign for something that had to be paid on departure. Finally, we were not alone in the room as the hotel was equipped with ants and some were even luckier – were having beetles. Finally the holiday came to an end and because the flight was in the evening at 9pm, and the room must be released at 12pm, I asked at reception the day before that we would like to have a late checkout. I received in the same bored, robotic tone that we are registered on the waiting list??? The next day, before breakfast, I go the reception to check how long the waiting list is and if I am among the lucky ones. Do not get to end my question when the answer comes in the same unfriendly style - we are fully booked, so you have to clear the room at 12pm! I am still insisting that a 4 year old child cannot wait in the hotel lobby dressed for our departure and that we are willing to pay any amount for a late checkout - it was not possible. With exactly 5 minutes before boarding to the bus to the airport I receive an email from the hotel manager that excuses himself for he could not contact me in a timely manner to resolve the minor inconveniences above, which I reported to the reception also. I responds to him that I have 4 hours since sitting in his reception and if his staff have been greatly to the needs of their tourists, he would be informed of my presence, and that’s unfortunate enough to be still in the hotel, which made him to come running, sweating also because of the reception condition, groping some more than embarrassing apologize. It was clear that in his scenario, I should have already left the hotel, so that he was totally unprepared to meet me and thus was unable to find the best excuses Conclusion - dear tourists, avoid spending a holiday in Gran Tacande! The hotel has no other fault than that of mismanagement, semi-skilled staff who largely speak Spanish and can speak only with great difficulty, understanding and expressing themselves in an approximate English. I hope the hotel owners to take urgent action to replace the management and staff. NB. During my 4 hour stay in the lobby, I have noticed that most tourists staying there were not greeted with a welcome cocktail or champagne, but only certain people have benefited from this, as well as the presentation of their hotel by one of the receptionists. And it gets a 5 * hotel to turn into a 3 *, however you pay at a 5 star level. read hotel review

We found that the hotel had all the facilities required by the number of stars, but spaces were arranged chaotically and I noticed absolutely no tourists using them during my stay. One remark here which amused me – till now, at all 5 star hotels where we have stayed had some boutiques with premium or luxury brands. Well, at Grand Tacande there is only one store with bazar like stuff, selling everything by an always sweat Indian guy. The swimming pool experience comes with even more surprises: towels are distributed by an employee who does not permanently stay in the space arranged, but has a buzzer, which after you press it, you really must arm yourself with patience until the guy returns (from wherever he is) to hand your out the towels. Tourists were already accustomed and not commenting, waiting in line for the towels, with cold eyes. Service in the lounge was also incidentally, to be more specific - you get up from the chair , walk all the space to the pool bar where you order and you point the place around where your is deck chair is to the waiter. At first it was really funny, but then it became annoying. The story goes on – what you order while you’re staying at the pool is put on your room number, but without specifying the value, so basically you white sign for something that had to be paid on departure. Finally, we were not alone in the room as the hotel was equipped with ants and some were even luckier – were having beetles. Finally the holiday came to an end and because the flight was in the evening at 9pm, and the room must be released at 12pm, I asked at reception the day before that we would like to have a late checkout. I received in the same bored, robotic tone that we are registered on the waiting list??? The next day, before breakfast, I go the reception to check how long the waiting list is and if I am among the lucky ones. Do not get to end my question when the answer comes in the same unfriendly style - we are fully booked, so you have to clear the room at 12pm! I am still insisting that a 4 year old child cannot wait in the hotel lobby dressed for our departure and that we are willing to pay any amount for a late checkout - it was not possible. With exactly 5 minutes before boarding to the bus to the airport I receive an email from the hotel manager that excuses himself for he could not contact me in a timely manner to resolve the minor inconveniences above, which I reported to the reception also. I responds to him that I have 4 hours since sitting in his reception and if his staff have been greatly to the needs of their tourists, he would be informed of my presence, and that’s unfortunate enough to be still in the hotel, which made him to come running, sweating also because of the reception condition, groping some more than embarrassing apologize. It was clear that in his scenario, I should have already left the hotel, so that he was totally unprepared to meet me and thus was unable to find the best excuses . Conclusion - dear tourists, avoid spending a holiday in Gran Tacande! The hotel has no other fault than that of mismanagement, semi-skilled staff who largely speak Spanish and can speak only with great difficulty, understanding and expressing themselves in an approximate English. I hope the hotel owners to take urgent action to replace the management and staff. NB. During my 4 hour stay in the lobby, I have noticed that most tourists staying there were not greeted with a welcome cocktail or champagne, but only certain people have benefited from this, as well as the presentation of their hotel by one of the receptionists. And it gets a 5 * hotel to turn into a 3 *, however you pay at a 5 star level.

Fantastic vacation in a great hotel. Obvious nice bright sandy beach. Friendly staff. Large rooms partly with ocean view. Huge selection at breakfast and dinner buffet. read hotel review

The hotel is good and attractive. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds or the mattresses are definitely a 5 star level, the couch in our room good dated and offered us a great view of the springs. The staff of all areas are very friendly!. It is also the proximity to the beach. The buffet is ok, but not outstanding. It is especially after some time but boring. It is also relatively meat annoying and thus for vegetarians very monotonous. Which fell us personally very disturbed is, that the hotel no futterstelle for homeless cats has, since ... this probably is not allowed. Here i think, should be (and hence such a hotel) its social responsibilities. Such ignorance is for me not acceptable for us and a reason this hotel to not book again. read hotel review
