Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas^{(5 stars)}

We stayed for a week here, as relaxation after a 3 week America-trip. the relaxation entered unfortunately not a, because the hotel super loud-it is everywhere tiles and it echoed, as if one would be in a station concourse, if the people in the hallways entertained, do you usually not silent, so there was a loud before ☹ also I can't understand, why it lots of people always doors so, this can slam not be so difficult, a door close to possible this was definitely! the clientele I could have been in a five star hotel also expected more-it was ... partly worse, than in Arenal on Majorca-the people went into bikini, or bathing suit and slippers for lunch, and dinner it looked unfortunately not much better -very sad -the behavior left in other a lot to be leftover -as the pizza from the warm attitude ripped, from bitten off, and then again purely hurled- really lowest drawer ☹ the staff a really sorry, they were always so nicely decorated and then something like that. Tztztz. there were mostly American or Canadian young people-they did at the spring break behaved-if what says, knows about it-very bad. the whole day drunk and bawling walked through the hotel, and at night it was unfortunately not better -sleep was not often think, used as a room change anything, it was anyway through whole hotel echoed ☹ it is the complex really wonderful and carefully designed and the staff are all conceivable hard-nearly without exception - but if things continue like this, the hotel is certainly at least one star, but you can yes unfortunately see, what people arrival. the rooms are actually very beautifully designed, solely in the beds you should be food for thought-I think that is not good, as cover bare sheets, and if it cold is, there is a disgusting blanket, the one from Spain vacations knows. also the pillows are unfortunately really bad, as should the RIU a example at the Hilton beds take, I know nothing better! the mattresses were very hard-but that is a matter of taste -it's not for me. unfortunately there are no free internet in the room, you have to be careful in the lobby hiking. and the walk can be very long- however therefor we had a one-time room view, which I would have not want mißen direct on the sea front with two palm trees in front of the balcony - really great ☺ what however still definitely renovated should be, the pool is-there are partly loose tiles or they are missing and partly they are tiles very greasy -this is really disgusting! You could never into the sea, since there was always the red flag was go-eaten and it was really a hammer-current, I was direct time blown away. so you had to get into the pool, and in the daytime the water was always milky?! the location of the hotel is however one-time - direct at the beach -there is usually nothing better, but as already written, it must which done to be! we would also again go back ☺ read more
