The rooms are clean and in size okay for the time that you use. Who in the main building there would, the i recommend the room 206, since this a corner room and was still slightly larger than the other. The only problem is, that nothing in the minibar is available, but perhaps change the still, as it is a all inclusive hotel is. View from the balcony was great with a sea view.

We always have the thalahasso used as you sit outside could. Service was perfect, positioned and friendly. You can always find something to eat and also a place. The food is varied and on the normal good. If one wanted more or salty you could seasoning. Time asian night or italian evening and also greek. Drinks you had to yourself but for wine a fridge with small bottles, which you then with children also into the room go to on the balcony something to drink.

The friendliness of the staff leaves nothing to the imagination. At arrival we wanted a room with a balcony next to each other because of the children. Was on the next day fulfilled immediately. Of course, because there is no difficulty with the language was (english, german not a problem). First day and we did a doctor for my son. Once a request at the front desk and the doctor made a room visit. Then get the medicines, and they authorized a taxi to get. Has everything worked great, thanks again and also for the daily demands, whether it better and we still which need! The cleaning of the room was always perfect and if you had a wish it was fulfilled immediately.

There are beach chairs to enough. There are also enough pools to lie down. The pools are clean and are cleaned on a daily basis. Mini club is brilliant, there every day with the small issue of moderate what will be made. Thanks in this respect, Oli and all the entertainment crew, keep it up!

One thinks at the beginning it is a big hotel but it is very well arranged. We were in the main building and more than satisfied, because everything newly renovated was in the rooms. The bus service to the airport with 30 minutes very short. Different like for instance in Turkey where we still have 90 minutes were! The hotel is very well-kept and with the exotic plants a pleasure spend your holiday.

The beach is in five minutes to reach and is really clean and beautiful. For children ideal since it beautiful sand for playing is. One is also fast again by the pool back, if you had enough of the sand. For seven Euro you can take a taxi fast in the next town where you the possibility to shopping. We didn't go on any excursions, since we spent a pure beach holiday wanted.

We had no bungalow, but a family room in the 20.-main building. The room itself was probably recently reconditioned, since everything was very new appeared and was clean. Even the hair dryer worked. Unfortunately were the mattresses hard as a board. Apart from that there were in the room nothing to complain about. The purest rip-off is however the hire of the in-room safe: costs again 2 Euro on the day. Are then 14 Euro in the week. For what? New batteries for the safe-electronics?

If a hotel 4 stars, you expect an adequate food. To our I regret unfortunately say, that the gastronomy here not at all a 4 star level can provide. Actually is the food, as well as the whole restaurant-the purest disaster! The quality of the dishes was pretty 2-star standard. The ambience of the restaurants reminded rather of a nightmare than a greek tavern. It is only once a week a greek evening with 'typical' greek food. The rest of the time there is everything possible, even the attempt of chinese kitchen, where I really question, which here has to look for. Next to the food at the buffet you all drinks also yourself and machines, included beer-fountain. The red wine, the you yourself must, is in the fridge. Impossible! In the main restaurant ( Athena) one can only sit inside. In the restaurant at the sea ( thalassa) one must already at least 15 minutes before opening in the evening there, one of the few places on the terrace to get. The buffet-list is so inconvenient, one constantly with other guests order service staff, the just bring supply, zusammenrumpelt, if you your food to them. One of the worst things was the ice cream buffet. Similar to the ice cream parlor were the different sorts of ice cream in cans in a chest stored, of course, the same rate. In addition to this chest was a tiny champagne bucket filled with water, where the ice- portionierungslöffel in it was. This spoon could then every guest his eisportion put together yourself. Brilliant is, that this water during the whole time not even been changed. Alone the sight was disgusting. I was really surprised, that the people not slipped with diarrhea or vomiting together folded are. With the heat will find all possible germs the best breeding ground. In addition to the two buffet-style restaurant there is also still three à la carte restaurant. A greek, an Italian restaurant and an fish-restaurant. For all three you have places already days in advance reserve and one must only once per week of vacation back. The greeks can one save. The fish restaurant we skipped and the last day of vacation we were then for the Italian. That was by far the best food on the whole vacation, however actually, we were not in Italy, but in Greece. The whole essensorganisation was pretty German, s. h. There were set times for breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner. But we were actually in gr. Beside the bad ice cream buffet, it also in the afternoon at the pools gave, were the zweitschlimmste the vending machines. Soft drinks, as well as water and beer you had to in plastic cups from this machine. This really is crazy, how many plastic cup since ma day to be consumed.

The complete staff is really very friendly. English or German almost everyone. The cleaning of the rooms was also reasonable. We didn't have any complaints.

Leisure offers are abundant, amongst others tennis, soccer, archery, windsurfing and diving. The whole animation frippery included idea in the evening and disco is naturally also ordered. But it wasn't a must to experience, if you don't want to. For swimming some pools available. On the main -pool is the whole day animation and music offered. That can be annoying. Besides there is still pools and a quiet pool without loud music. The beach is simply too small and the water invites you not really for swimming a. Was really unfortunately. The windsurfers and divers had on the sunday closed. This is actually not at all, because on vacation is the monday a sunday!

The hotel consists mainly of bungalows with beautiful for and rich in species planting. No typical small hotel with, however rather a wohnungsanlage. Next to numerous German guests were mostly russians, as well as some englishmen, dutch and very few french on board. The whole complex was very tidy. Our hotel manager was all inclusive, but I think, that this is common.

By bus it is from the airport to the hotel about minutes. The location of the hotel at the sea would actually not bad. However is the to the hotel good and proper coast to 90% everything but for swimming suitable, since to a small artificial created bath bay only from rocks. This artificial bay is through a headland again divided into two parts. First the bathing beach, then the area for the boats and the surfers. Unfortunately is the bathing beach everything but inviting, because just way too small for the many guests. The rest of the hotel-coast are decks on different level for sunbathing with some accounts to the sea via ladders. Are although it is very quaint, however it was hardly possible, here into the sea to come, because the surf as strong, that constantly the red flag for swimming ban hanging.

We had a big room, the but a little dated was. Especially the bed was cruel hard and we had to several ceilings cushion. Very much storage space in the chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. Mini bar was not available, safe only for a fee, we saves you anyway, but everybody has to decide for themselves. Telephone and tv off course available, terrace with wäschetrockenvorrichtung and table with chairs. Altogether comfortable and really reasonable.

There are several restaurants and bars. In the main building the large restaurant, at the beach with similar offer another large restaurant and 3 à la carte restaurant. Greek, Italian and fish restaurant. The cleanliness and hygiene is really great in all areas and above all in the specialties restaurant is the quality à la bocuse. Outstanding simply, highly innovative and tasted of the highest standard. In the restaurants the food was more international than greek, but there was always excellent sheep cheese, Tzatziki. The choice is huge, something for everyone. Side dishes always with a lot of vegetables, fresh, crunchy salads. Drinks was in self-service and of a very good quality. White and red wine in small bottles. At the bars there were various cocktails in really good quality. Beach bar was always fast and accommodating.

The staff were really exceptionally friendly, but not fake, foreign languages skills are not too good. At the front desk was English a must, there not always German speaking staff were available. Complaints, like for instance forget the towels, were immediately taken and also fixed. Cleaning of the rooms could be a bit better, but in a normal framework in any case.

Finally times a hotel, where you no chairs reserve had. There was still until noon enough chairs and sun screens. The shower at the beach was a bit cumbersome, because you several times press the button had, but in the toilet-there was also a shower. A mini market is on the complex available, but with juicy prices. Sunglasses cost the 3-fold as in the town. A bit of everything, but offer enough.

The complex is in the middle of a green oasis embedded. She consists of a main building with a lot of bungalows, on a large Areal to find. Everything is in assuring condition, very clean and tidy. Guest structure was probably now for eurokrise somewhat different than otherwise. Nationalities: German, russians ( percentage at most represented ), English, french. Mainly couple with small children, but also older couples, especially under the regular guests.

Hotel lies right next to beach, however the next town is either 1 kilometer respectively about 2 kilometer away. ( Stalis and chersonnissos) Tour operator locally offer but plenty of excursions at, stop in approximately 100 meters distance.

Cleanliness and changing: 3 of 6 Size of the room: 5 of 6 Equipment of the room ( tv, safe, balcony etc.) : 6 of 6 Size of the bathroom: 5 of 6 We had one of the freshly renovated rooms (115 ) in the main building with a view of the sea. On the day of arrival everything was beautifully decorated with flowers and adorned. Unfortunately the cleaning lady had despite daily tip ( are 2€ per day not enough?) no more desire to the last 3 days our room to clean. The ashtray was fully, the floor dirty and the bathroom also. There was no small shower gels more (ours went to the end of of the vacation unfortunately from), and there were merely the bed freshly changed. Unfortunately! The room and the bathroom were big enough and the closet also for a fraue large enough. ;-) we have a safe rented for 14€ in the week, which is usual. The beds were unfortunately not very comfortable and we woke up in the morning daily with back pain and in the morning for the first time on the pool liege relaxed ( unfortunately no joke). The rooms are to the corridor out very badly soundproofed and the doors rattle at night often very loud. Who has an easy sleep, should have ohropax reflection.

Variety the food& drinks: 4 of 6 Taste& quality of the dishes & drinks:3 of 6 Atmosphere & decor: 4 of 6 Cleanliness in the restaurant and at the table: 6 of 6 There were three different buffet-style restaurant: athina in the main building ( here you can unfortunately not sit outside), la Pergola at the main pool ( lunch and cakes) and thalassa ( breakfast and dinner right next to the sea). The a la carte restaurants we didn't visit. The breakfast buffet was very good, there was various breads, cereals, muesli, fresh vegetables, cheese, sausage and some hot dishes. Afternoons and evenings there were changing warm courts and in addition always a very fresh salad- and gemüsebüfett. The meat dishes were good, sometimes a bit little peppered. All other warm dishes were by the consistency a bit slack and lätschig with us and the spice was missing completely. Great we found that fresh vegetables from its own garden ( tomatoes, gherkins, olives, onions and peppers), as well as the zaziki. All together it would have somewhat more diverse and a lot aromatic need to be, but we have always found something delicious to eat found and are become full and with a bit of 'overweight' flew home. ;-) As mentioned above you will unfortunately not with drinks served, but those yourself. There are soft -drinks ( Cola, Fanta, Sprite), water, beer, wine (from the fridge), as well as different juices ( only tasted artificial). The drinks at the bar were very good, only the artificial juices tasted there again.

In the main restaurant at breakfast and at dinner, as well as in the snack bar at the main pool there is no reason to complain, but on a small smile and a friendly face the waitresses would have we us already looking forward to it. In the beach restaurant were the waiters very friendly and accommodating. The lady at the beach bar was perfect nice, has every day even in passing greeted and always a smile and a few nice words on the lips had for us. Also the barkeeper in the hotel bar in the main building were very friendly. Which we thought was a pity, was complete self-service the score with the drinks. During the day that would be for us reasonable been, but during dinner and later in the main bar we would have wished and looking forward to it, if we take our drinks could order and not tap itself must. Once we found out, that by the pool a stage at the entrance was broken and a screw so wegstand, that you could can get hurt. We immediately notified (late afternoon) and on the following day against lunch this' construction ' repaired. We missed a lifeguard, we would have because of the lots of children at the main pool and possibly also at the beach for appropriate. It is so fast something happens and at least a responsible employee should a selfappointed luxury hotel already afford. On the final day we checked out until 12 from the room from, deposited our suitcase in the luggage room and only at o'clock evenings picked up. Therefore we used the offer uS in the shower rooms next to the luggage storage to move and to shower. A short word to the luggage storage: this area is outside the main building, the door is always open and nobody pays attention to who and is, here is a suitcase a must! To the shower rooms next to the luggage storage I can only say: yuck devil! We wanted us in the last minutes not upset, complain and upset and the staff nothing said. However the showers are an impertinence! The shower head is not, the water comes from the faucet, on room spraying courses is, how washed one since the hair? The floor is filthy, dirty and full of hair and on the ceiling romp around, flies and other animals. There were no hooks for its clothes, backpack and similar accounts, to the floor like one it not. We disgusted and were very disappointed! The bag scales for 1 euros per suitcase we found than rip-off, in other hotels include the all inclusive service.

There was felt thousand possibilities at animation to participate, fitnessbegeisterte come here at their expense. Here only a couple example: water aerobics, water polo, soccer, table tennis, basketball, Zumba, body balance, darts and so on the entertainers were very nice and not pushy at all. There is for any taste possibilities to go swimming in the hotel. There are 5 pool, of which are 3 with jacuzzi, 2 children's pool, a kinderwasserpark, a sandstrangabschnitt with chairs and umbrellas, as well as felsplateaus with entrance into the sea where you great the sea sound hear. Closer at the water front beach chairs is not.

Since it was over 500 room also, this is a 'village' very spacious and without hotel plan you can quickly the orientation and the overview of the pools and restaurants lose ( especially at the start of the vacation). The complex is in general very clean and tidy. The many paths through the complexes are with plants and palm trees very green and everything blossomed colorful and is beautiful to look at. Unfortunately are the general toilets in the hotel ( besides in the spa area) nothing special clean and we would have liked, that this more often cleaned, swept and cleaned were. To the issue family friendliness we can only say, that lots of families with small children were there and the separate familienbereiche in the hotel returns.

To purchase-, trip and possibilities for recreation nearby we can't say anything, because we our vacation on the complex spent and no go on excursions wanted. There was however a wide offer from TUI where for any taste a (day) trip was. At the hotel there was a small beach section ( sandy beach) with chairs and umbrellas, the us but a bit crowded, therefore we were always at the main pool.
