The hotel is a huge and large area. On the positive side, that the hotel very nice in the garden is surrounded. We booked all-inclusive and the cleanliness the hotel is good. Otherwise were lots of offers of the hotel no longer available, so for example child care at the pirates' day (21-10-2012), the wassersportsation (kanu's, pedal boats) and a range of bars. For €2,300 in a star hotel were altogether too few services. read more

    The family room is sparsely furnished and is in our opinion not four stars.

    The quality of the food and drinks is good. However, it is every days from the morning until the evening the same offer. Here price and performance definitely not. The mood in the main restaurant 'Athena' after our perception rather youth hostel as star hotel. Two bar's during our holiday on the 2. day closed, including the pool bar. The hotel was in a general mode preparing for the winter break.

    The distance to the beach is depending on room 30 metres to 200 metres. The airport is with a rental car approximately 30 minutes away - we needed however about 2,5 hours of arrival to the hotel, as a number of other resorts before by the bus route were is. There are shops in the hotel (small shop)-otherwise there was outside the area no possibilities for shopping or entertainment easy to reach on foot are. Trips are in the hotel bookable, however after our opinion relatively expensive, so that we for us a rental car decided.

The general state the hotel our opinion is good to very good, in spite of the size with over 500 rooms is the kompl. Area very clean. With a komplettausbuchung while we were there with about 1100 guests, no lack of space not for the food in the morning in the search for a beach chair. Had the feeling for every guest there was a beach chair including umbrella available were. The rooms, had two double room in the main building were very clean at check in and during a whole stay was good and thoroughly cleaned. Every day fresh ... towels and every two days fresh bedding. Booked all inclusive, from morning to evening there was in the food no complaints for each there was always something. Guest structure was felt 80% german rest of the guests came from all over the Switzerland, Austria, Holland Scandinavia and England. (russians in the hotel not evident). Average age from babies to retirees everything was represented. read more

The quality of the food was always 'good to very good' Kitchen style as described above, but also in the main restaurant everything was. To Stalis/Malia about 20 minutes after cherssonisos about 45 minutes on foot, there were several shopping possibilities, if one not in the hotel-own supermarket would like to buy. (for the most necessary picture newspapers from about 10:30 a. m. it is) Excursions suburb by the travel agent.

The hotel was for us exactly the what we were looking for. Despite autumn holidays not crowded, the staff very accommodating and friendly! The best the breakfast was and dinner in thallasa: large selection at the buffet, great view, peaceful atmosphere, very friendly staff. During the day we were mostly at the beach & the snack bar nautilus visited. Only lack, the free-range dogs at the beach. Who no animal lovers is, has initially really problem to get accustomed to it, that the dogs roam around, in the sand your ' business' make, where children play. read more

The area is very nicely kept. Bungalows in a large Areal with palm trees, Oleander etc. The food ( buffet) is varied with both local, as well as international dishes ( even for children there was always something for everyone). The beach is directly at the facilities. Chairs and umbrellas are included for children ideal, there fine sandy beach and a bay without large waves respectively very flat. TUI service on-site was very good. Even as a trip not took place (due to general strike in Greece), was behaviourless the money repaid. The rooms ( at least in our bungalow). ... Are partly a bit shabby. Could do with a new sanitary area stand, as well as a fresh coat of paint. The cleaners were but always very thorough, so this shortcoming bearable. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff, many German-speaking or at least English speaking. Lots of Russians in the hotel, but not as otherwise, too noisy. Location of the hotel 2.5 miles from the shopping centre. Very nice view of the sea and the mountains also from the room from. Hotel and it's facilities clean and tidy, the food is there selection available. Particularly beautiful the breakfast was on the sun terrace of the thallasso -restaurants. Early appear provided, the Plätzte are desired. All together, we will be back. read more

Wonderful hotel, the staff always friendly, nice extremely helpful. The hotel is great clean and tidy, also the end of the season ' sparkles' still everything. Only the food could have been a bit more diverse could ( the is however 'whining' to a very high standard. The quality of the dishes but it was very good. In a nutshell we are definitely coming again, a hotel in the it! read more

It was a really great vacation in a class hotel. And the already 4 time! We are definitely coming again! I can the worst reviews not understand. I don't know how most people at home life, which for example the food is concerned. If you read: the food repeated! Then I would like to see, the 365 days every year always something else eat-) we found it in any case good, otherwise we would have not already for 4. time then flew-) Some tourist should before maybe the hotel buffet look and not afterwards on the size of ... the hotel complain. We have stayed in other four star hotels, where the food and the service not at all was so good! So our vacation is for next year already again booked-) it would be the 5 time-) read more

A top all inclusive hotel. We were the last week before the winter -closing of the hotel and it was pleasantly empty. Not a problem with chairs on the beach or by the pool. Food was sumptuous available, if you like, you could of 7 hours until 1 hour meal. Unfortunately played the weather not with, but if you in the last October week holiday, the risk. Room was good, we had a bungalow with small terrace. In any case recommendable. read more

A hotel for feeling good. Maybe a little bit outside, but with good traffic connection. With a rental car you independent and can all highlights within reach. The staff were friendly and courteous, the service nothing to complain. The food was very good, only the weather unfortunately not perfect. So an almost perfect holiday. read more

One thinks at the beginning it is a big hotel but it is very well arranged. We were in the main building and more than satisfied, because everything newly renovated was in the rooms. The bus service to the airport with 30 minutes very short. Different like for instance in Turkey where we still have 90 minutes were! The hotel is very well-kept and with the exotic plants a pleasure spend your holiday. read more

    The rooms are clean and in size okay for the time that you use. Who in the main building there would, the i recommend the room 206, since this a corner room and was still slightly larger than the other. The only problem is, that nothing in the minibar is available, but perhaps change the still, as it is a all inclusive hotel is. View from the balcony was great with a sea view.

    We always have the thalahasso used as you sit outside could. Service was perfect, positioned and friendly. You can always find something to eat and also a place. The food is varied and on the normal good. If one wanted more or salty you could seasoning. Time asian night or italian evening and also greek. Drinks you had to yourself but for wine a fridge with small bottles, which you then with children also into the room go to on the balcony something to drink.

    The friendliness of the staff leaves nothing to the imagination. At arrival we wanted a room with a balcony next to each other because of the children. Was on the next day fulfilled immediately. Of course, because there is no difficulty with the language was (english, german not a problem). First day and we did a doctor for my son. Once a request at the front desk and the doctor made a room visit. Then get the medicines, and they authorized a taxi to get. Has everything worked great, thanks again and also for the daily demands, whether it better and we still which need! The cleaning of the room was always perfect and if you had a wish it was fulfilled immediately.

    There are beach chairs to enough. There are also enough pools to lie down. The pools are clean and are cleaned on a daily basis. Mini club is brilliant, there every day with the small issue of moderate what will be made. Thanks in this respect, Oli and all the entertainment crew, keep it up!

    The beach is in five minutes to reach and is really clean and beautiful. For children ideal since it beautiful sand for playing is. One is also fast again by the pool back, if you had enough of the sand. For seven Euro you can take a taxi fast in the next town where you the possibility to shopping. We didn't go on any excursions, since we spent a pure beach holiday wanted.

The hotel is with its bungalows in a wonderful garden area area, where you could enjoy beautiful walks. The leisure activities are enough. In the main restaurant on appropriate clothes respected, but everything is also very clean and the staff totally fast. But unfortunately there are a lot of tourists, there behavior. Even if everything all inclusive is, hot it was not, that your brought bottles with drinks from the restaurant and so on fill us. That was very unhygienic. All together however a recommendable hotel. Also with children very suitable. read more

The hotel consists mainly of bungalows with beautiful for and rich in species planting. No typical small hotel with, however rather a wohnungsanlage. Next to numerous German guests were mostly russians, as well as some englishmen, dutch and very few french on board. The whole complex was very tidy. Our hotel manager was all inclusive, but I think, that this is common. read more

    We had no bungalow, but a family room in the 20.-main building. The room itself was probably recently reconditioned, since everything was very new appeared and was clean. Even the hair dryer worked. Unfortunately were the mattresses hard as a board. Apart from that there were in the room nothing to complain about. The purest rip-off is however the hire of the in-room safe: costs again 2 Euro on the day. Are then 14 Euro in the week. For what? New batteries for the safe-electronics?

    If a hotel 4 stars, you expect an adequate food. To our I regret unfortunately say, that the gastronomy here not at all a 4 star level can provide. Actually is the food, as well as the whole restaurant-the purest disaster! The quality of the dishes was pretty 2-star standard. The ambience of the restaurants reminded rather of a nightmare than a greek tavern. It is only once a week a greek evening with 'typical' greek food. The rest of the time there is everything possible, even the attempt of chinese kitchen, where I really question, which here has to look for. Next to the food at the buffet you all drinks also yourself and machines, included beer-fountain. The red wine, the you yourself must, is in the fridge. Impossible! In the main restaurant ( Athena) one can only sit inside. In the restaurant at the sea ( thalassa) one must already at least 15 minutes before opening in the evening there, one of the few places on the terrace to get. The buffet-list is so inconvenient, one constantly with other guests order service staff, the just bring supply, zusammenrumpelt, if you your food to them. One of the worst things was the ice cream buffet. Similar to the ice cream parlor were the different sorts of ice cream in cans in a chest stored, of course, the same rate. In addition to this chest was a tiny champagne bucket filled with water, where the ice- portionierungslöffel in it was. This spoon could then every guest his eisportion put together yourself. Brilliant is, that this water during the whole time not even been changed. Alone the sight was disgusting. I was really surprised, that the people not slipped with diarrhea or vomiting together folded are. With the heat will find all possible germs the best breeding ground. In addition to the two buffet-style restaurant there is also still three à la carte restaurant. A greek, an Italian restaurant and an fish-restaurant. For all three you have places already days in advance reserve and one must only once per week of vacation back. The greeks can one save. The fish restaurant we skipped and the last day of vacation we were then for the Italian. That was by far the best food on the whole vacation, however actually, we were not in Italy, but in Greece. The whole essensorganisation was pretty German, s. h. There were set times for breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner. But we were actually in gr. Beside the bad ice cream buffet, it also in the afternoon at the pools gave, were the zweitschlimmste the vending machines. Soft drinks, as well as water and beer you had to in plastic cups from this machine. This really is crazy, how many plastic cup since ma day to be consumed.

Besides there is still pools and a quiet pool without loud music. The beach is simply too small and the water invites you not really for swimming a. Was really unfortunately. The windsurfers and divers had on the sunday closed. This is actually not at all, because on vacation is the monday a sunday!

    By bus it is from the airport to the hotel about minutes. The location of the hotel at the sea would actually not bad. However is the to the hotel good and proper coast to 90% everything but for swimming suitable, since to a small artificial created bath bay only from rocks. This artificial bay is through a headland again divided into two parts. First the bathing beach, then the area for the boats and the surfers. Unfortunately is the bathing beach everything but inviting, because just way too small for the many guests. The rest of the hotel-coast are decks on different level for sunbathing with some accounts to the sea via ladders. Are although it is very quaint, however it was hardly possible, here into the sea to come, because the surf as strong, that constantly the red flag for swimming ban hanging.

    The food tasted good. The name of the meals could have been somewhat more be (instead of just 'fish' which etc.). There was something there for everyone. The 'station atmosphere', the many we could do not share. The dining room is pleasantly divided. To the bars we can't say so much, since we in the evening not much on the way were. If we at the bars we were friendly and fast served.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful, also and especially to the children. Even if you in english the questions began, you got in flüsigem german the answers. :-) The entertainment for our son (scarcely 3) was also great. Especially the all-evening kids disco was the hit. For somewhat older children is the kids club even better suitable. A room change to a calmer part the hotel (at first we were close to the amphitheatre) was on the next day despite a fully booked hotel without any problems organized.

The was perfect vacation! Very nice, large complex, clean and exotic plants. The food was very good and something for everyone. Sauna costs 5 €per person for 1 hour ( in all-inclusive.) the rooms need renovation, cleaning was ok. read more

We were for the 2'. Since, the 1 times in 2010 as we had a beautiful bungalow in the 400 area. This time we were in the 600 area and had a freshly renovated bungalow. What us 1 times bothered me was the hard mattresses like this time also. The cleaning ladies this is a thing for itself, ¨! But otherwise the whole complex is clean and in good condition. read more

The complex is in the middle of a green oasis embedded. She consists of a main building with a lot of bungalows, on a large Areal to find. Everything is in assuring condition, very clean and tidy. Guest structure was probably now for eurokrise somewhat different than otherwise. Nationalities: German, russians ( percentage at most represented ), English, french.     We had a big room, the but a little dated was. Especially the bed was cruel hard and we had to several ceilings cushion. Very much storage space in the chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. Mini bar was not available, safe only for a fee, we saves you anyway, but everybody has to decide for themselves. Telephone and tv off course available, terrace with wäschetrockenvorrichtung and table with chairs. Altogether comfortable and really reasonable.

    There are several restaurants and bars. In the main building the large restaurant, at the beach with similar offer another large restaurant and 3 à la carte restaurant. Greek, Italian and fish restaurant. The cleanliness and hygiene is really great in all areas and above all in the specialties restaurant is the quality à la bocuse. Outstanding simply, highly innovative and tasted of the highest standard. In the restaurants the food was more international than greek, but there was always excellent sheep cheese, Tzatziki.     The staff were really exceptionally friendly, but not fake, foreign languages skills are not too good. At the front desk was English a must, there not always German speaking staff were available. Complaints, like for instance forget the towels, were immediately taken and also fixed. Cleaning of the rooms could be a bit better, but in a normal framework in any case.

    Hotel lies right next to beach, however the next town is either 1 kilometer respectively about 2 kilometer away. ( Stalis and chersonnissos) Tour operator locally offer but plenty of excursions at, stop in approximately 100 meters distance.
