We were for two days with both of our children in a family room with half board accommodated. The service was like the whole hotel really 'appalling'. This applies not only for the rooms, but also and above all for the service. Examples please? The cutlery was wrong around set (knives were left of the piled up and the forks right), the table cloth was dirty (note of the staff: if the stains disturb, you can do the tablecloth turn ) and so on.
The food consists of ready out of the bag, the strong to maggi taste. On 2. ... evening we all only Wiener Schnitzel with fries taken, since you can't go wrong (no way).
The mustiness of the hotel is the best with a altenheims compare.
For breakfast has the staff not at all face. Here absolute self-service (in the hostel looks at least the warden times purely).
Conclusion: we have this weekend only survived, because we all with humor have. Rarely laughed so much. read more

Last Chance at short notice sankt andreasberg on new year's Eve, to go, for two nights we thought, we can nothing go wrong, but even in such case as a place to stay not really recommendable. It smells musty in the whole hotel, the decor would be urgently renewed, in the rooms the bathrooms obviously later installed, so that the rooms corresponding small. The summer rate was cheap, the breakfast buffet was adequate, the bread rolls were only aufgebacken. The food in the restaurant was very good. The rooms were very nice, they were however only rarely cleaned. read more

The hotel is located in a very good location, great view of the city and the forest and snowy slopes.
The whole hotel smells very musty. The room was rather small, which I am sure, therefore, that you have a separate toilet and separate shower (the room is entering) inserted, the sink is in the room.
'Funny' was the very night, as the hotel is located on the belfry-all 15 minutes jingles it, wonderful.
The breakfast buffet is great described, one should expect however, no normal hotel services, the table set you would have your own, you can speak good ... from the flair of a hostel.
The towels save expensive peeling products, table linen was just dirty and disgusting.
Everything seemed very dark.
What is really good, is the food in the restaurant, good menu, very rich and tasty.
We stayed for four days, on new Year's Eve, and were glad to be able to go back to our home.
St. Andreasberg is highly recommended, but the hotel has no more! read more

Harshest criticism is the mustiness: When you enter the hotel, it proposes a with awesome contrary to. The our room when we arrived associated toilet stank abominably. Strange, after three weeks rental is no wash? There were only 4 rooms booked according to our observations! The floor had not been vaccuumed and the shower showed first signs of mold. The notified broken toilet ventilation system wasn't ... repaired during our stay, but through freshener replaced. Further deduction for cobwebs ( under the tv stand, in the corners, the bed) and very poor cleaning ( morning they just make my bed and the trash emptied, were crumbs in the evening were still on the floor). We also have despite payment on the breakfast mostly waived. The few provided rolls reached by far not the quality as the bakery and the characters Geschmacksintensive cheese is nothing for Nordic palate. The choice is very one-sided and low, walk 300 meters to the better bakery. The bathroom was an okay size, my single room was rather cramped. The whole hotel smells very strongly, strange and musty. The breakfast was acceptable, but the appetizing presentation could be some work. ... The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of the city, on a slight hill, to the city center one runs about five minutes. The staff was always friendly, I could refer for questions to wall but only to the boss. This has answered my questions friendly and very competent. read more

The transportation situation to and from the hotel left a lot to be desired. Everywhere, there were hair in the sink, we even had blood stains on the toilet paper holder! The plaster was crumbling from the walls in the bathroom.
Throughout the hotel you will hear a weird smell, you could define the bad. Everything was geplastert, even if it does not go hand in hand.
The hotel had its best Times probably 20-30 years ago. Definitely not recommended! All our clothes (even my handbag) still smelled like the hotel!

The whole hotel is in need of a renovation!
Our room was very musty, had two rooms, the back must be a storage room. The beds were okay, but the bed sheets I saw as a child with my grandma. The bathroom was a bit dirty, the shower didn't get bit of mildew, the tiler my daughter could have been better. But one centimetre is No, the rest is sealed with silicone. The towels were thrown together, of any 'color' and 'ERA' was something for everyone.
The breakfast on the first morning was appalling, the bread rolls were certainly from ... the day before, the whole buffet was only the quality of the beach, at the cheese corner stuck a rest egg, by whom. The table cloths were dirty. There was something of everything, jam, sausage, cheese, eggs, cornflakes, muesli, yogurt, coffee, tea, cocoa, different sorts of old bread, but the pool was not.
On the second day there were the rolls fresh!
The room was cleaned every day (trash emptied, sink and shower wiped).
The location is great, in the town and to the ski slopes in five minutes, there are purchase possibilities several in town.

We only wanted a coffee and a piece of cake food.
