The hotel works from the outside relatively new, is however inside already getting old. The location of the hotel is almost catastrophic, right next to a busy street (Queens midtown expressway) and a gas station. Furthermore, the external area are not particularly safe. Public transportation (underground) are not nearby, the hotel offers but a free shuttle service to the nearest underground. The rooms were otherwise typical Holiday Inn Express standard and what concerns the cleanliness reasonable. read more

Clean and nice hotel. The friendliness of the staff you couldn't complain. For us not very Central. Across the street from the hotel is a petrol station and several parkien trucks, which makes it just returned in the morning not very quiet. Restaurants are not in the immediate ähe. There is an hourly shuttle to the nearest metro station. However, only one-way. Without a car is you lost. For the next visit that it wasn't the first choice. This is our point of view, it may be ideal for others. read more

We were after our cruise a couple of days in new York, the hotel is new and clean. We got a room in the Untergeshoss, which wasn't so bad and we also natural daylight and large window had, the only bothering the elevator was that we have heard in the room and woke up, the elevator machinery space around our room adjoined. As we always were broken by a lot of walking in new York did not too much bother us, but it is, of course, for a longer stay not appropriate. The breakfast from 6.30 until 9:30 ... it was o'clock in the lobby and it was OK. Otherwise we can recommend the hotel recommend since value for money is good. With the bus to the opposite lying street take the bus 15 einminütig Q67 daily and hourly on weekends to metro stop Hunters point and the drive is directly with the line 7 to Manhattan, the drive from the hotel takes about 20 to 30 Manhattan minutes, for new York proportions of course great. read more
