We can really recommend the hotel. Family rier and all of the staff are very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is varied and the dinner menu is a joy. My lactose-and fructoseintoleranz was for the kitchen not a problem, thank you very much. We will be back. read more

We are already so long and so gladly, but this time we were on the following comments really disappointed: there will always be more expensive but unfortunately bad despite climb up to the four stars spa hotel. We spend once again our christmas vacation. There was no christmas decorations anywhere to see. The bar with recreation room seemed really empty, scant and almost a bit sad. There was in the afternoon not even a snack for the skiers which in any 4 star hotel was offered. The hot tub was either not at all or was only lukewarm. You had ... the feeling that everything is a bit limited ran. read more

The hotel lies between the villages St. Ulrich and Kastelruth with a dreamlike view of the valley. The staff were continuous very friendly and obliging. On the first evening we arrived very late and nevertheless (, although the kitchen was already closed) still get something to eat, which freshly for us was being prepared. The spa and wellness area is very well-kept and very varied. You can without any problems several days in the peace-and sauna area, without being bored. What else really worth mentioning is, is the rich breakfast. I have never had so much choice-and it tastes fantastic! ... Overall we were really amazed from the hotel. The quiet friendly atmosphere, the a pleasant service, very clean rooms - very recommendable. read more

the hotel is for uS, to 100% recommendable: The family R. Really makes an effort his guests fully satisfied. Wishes are as soon as possible, the service very professional. At the front desk all questions answered. The cleanliness of the rooms ( this time, we had the villa ), was also reasonable. Basically is my motto: I will not go twice in the same area or in the same hotel, because it was so many beautiful stains on our map is, I still was not. But no rule without exception: There hotel albion 4 star mountain spa resort has managed, I within 3 years already the 2. stayed there. Beautifully located hotel, with the possibility also in the adjoining 'villa' to stay. It can all furnishings be used, you must go 50 meters to the main building walk - not a problem!- Very nice serving staff. Excellent rich breakfast buffet. Multi-course dinner with top -salad bar and range of starters. For any taste there is good to orders. We would gladly come again! read more

Was a very successful short break with rich and extensive wellness offer. Very good connections to footpaths. Very good leisure activities in the hotel for little to not any extra charge. I can only recommend and will also gladly again have a vacation, as the leisure offers in the hotel also very varied are, even if outside the weather once is not so perfect. read more

The hotel is actually located somewhat outside of the town st. Ulrich, but by a bus stop on the doorstep is a ideal access to the public transport given. We have our car hardly used, but generally the bus taken into account. The hotel lies at a cliff with a wonderful view into the valley to st. Ulrich. Both interior and exterior the hotel is very tidy and clean. With the guests it was mostly in Italian and German and from the ages were mixed. We booked half board. read more

    We had the bio juniorsuite arnika in the side building booked. These suites are unique. The furnishings consists of wood and natural stone with a separate toilet, a walk-in closet, as well as a modern, wonderful bathroom with rain-shower -shower and bath tub. The flat screen is a stone wall built-in. There is a fridge and a balcony that looks great into the green. The room really leaves nothing to be desired.

    As mentioned above, we had booked half board, what a breakfast and a five course menu in the evening included. The breakfast was good ( several sorts of bread, rolls, toast, numerous marmelade, spreads, a müsliecke, yoghurt, fresh fruits and fruit salad, sausage and cheese, cakes, sparkling wine, etc.). The coffee is unfortunately not recommendable, we are therefore on tea ( many types available) changed. Desirable fresh juice ( there is unfortunately only very sweet artificial fruit juices). The menu in the evening contained a small cold appetizer ( for example ham specialties or seafood), a salad from the salad buffet, a warm appetizer for choice ( for example soup, pasta, etc.) , a main course to choose from, as well as a dessert. The food tasted good. It was regularly second helpings were offered, but we never taken into account have, since the portions tidy was. It is mostly a local kitchen. There are several nice quaint dining rooms, but particularly the new part with a lot of wood and natural stones, as well as a wonderful view of the valley should be emphasized.     As described above the hotel lies somewhat remote from place st. Ulrich, what however not a problem is, as the bus connections are very good. We stayed for the duration of our stay the mobilcard to price of 18 Euro/ person use, with the use the public transportation is free. From st. Ulrich and the closest places st. Christina and Wolkenstein you can many tours both on foot, as well as with the mountain bike undertake. There are numerous ski lifts in the higher mountain world. The panoramic view is breathtaking. Recommendable is also a visit to the beautiful Bolzano ( also good by bus reachable).

    The spa and sauna facility was huge, the bathrobes, sauna towels, slippers, sauna bag and hiking backpack were free made available. The spa complex with a pool various saunas, jacuzzi, kneipp -complex and various fitness equipment were free taken into account are. The whole complex was very clean and you could after a long day unwind and be comfortable... It was just everything available. On the rooms was a access to the internet available, by the front desk activated was. Daily free hiking tours with a guide offered, from which we extensively used. For children was a massive indoor spielanlage with superlanger slide available, as well as a playground in the outdoor area.

Here we would gladly go again. Excellent kitchen, very friendly staff and great value for money. We stayed at the new Cultivation (2010) in a juniorsuite Arnica, which beautiful and large. The location is unobstructable and you direct view of the valley. Excellent Guide ( Gernot). read more

    Very nice location with a magnificent view of the mountains. Even if it is a bit outside of st. Ulrich is, this is definitely not of disadvantage, because the hotel on a pleasant bar and other rooms has. Also are from the hotel interesting hikes possible.
