In a nutshell - an excellent hotel! Staff sensational-it was on all needs. Food amazing good! The cleanliness was perfect! Is a little bit out of town - a fantastic view! Shuttle worked great. Room was even at the morning ready! No waiting for check out and payment! Wellness great. Hot tip necessarily to go back! read more

This hotel is great! The food is magnificent and varied, the staff exceptionally friendly, 'on zack' and fond of children. The dining room offers a wonderful view of the valley to St. Ulrich. The rooms are big and tastefully furnished. You can choose comfortable atmosphere and more modern ambience choose. The spa is 'brilliant '. Shuttle service of the hotel brings in a short time to the surrounding ski lifts. We have already been for the 3. time there. The value for money is alright! The non--credited points we did not consider, as they were found to be not relevant. read more

A great hotel, which every comfort. Really beautiful rooms (organic junior suite arnica). Very friendly and accommodating staff and of course the boss people '. Excellent food, %blank% the breakfast, as well as the dinner (had half board ), very good and many choices-a praise goes to the cook! From the starters buffet one could anyway eat as much as you wanted, but also the served appetizers and main courses you could additionally. So not only excellent quality, but also varied. And should really nothing in the vorschlagsmenüs be there, you can still à-la-carte food. For the nikotinsüchtigen there is ... a cozy raucherlonge, you don't necessarily to go outside. Wonderful spa and spa area with everything the heart desires. The pool is not huge, but it has a good counter-current system, thus also for swimmers. For all, the from skiing or not enough managed are, there is a small but very fine fitness facility. What the location is concerned, the is very nice, however somewhat remote. You need the car for somewhere to come, and there is a private hotel shuttle (included), the skiers to the two nearest cable car station or the shopper on the main square to St. Ulrich (ortisei) brings and call again fetches. These chauffeurs are very nice! But there is also the possibility a line buses in the vicinity of the hotel. Simply fantastic! read more

It was our first time staying in this hotel and were completely inspired! It has been prior to with the reservation from... In the hotel arrived simply everything fit from the check-in to check-out! Great service at the front desk and in the chamber, very tasty cuisine and a beautiful facilities! Especially the children's area has our kids pleased and even the exceptionally beautiful spa area! We were with our friends and of the family again in the hotel albion. All generations from young to old felt very good. The kindness of the owner and the complete staff is unbeatable. Almost every request is made possible. The food is varied and very tasty. Sometimes leads to the main course, since the starters as diverse. The rooms are cozy and tastefully decorated. Cleanliness is paramount. Completely an excellent hotel, go see it for yourself and see it. read more

We can really recommend the hotel. Family rier and all of the staff are very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is varied and the dinner menu is a joy. My lactose-and fructoseintoleranz was for the kitchen not a problem, thank you very much. We will be back. read more

We are already so long and so gladly, but this time we were on the following comments really disappointed: there will always be more expensive but unfortunately bad despite climb up to the four stars spa hotel. We spend once again our christmas vacation. There was no christmas decorations anywhere to see. The bar with recreation room seemed really empty, scant and almost a bit sad. There was in the afternoon not even a snack for the skiers which in any 4 star hotel was offered. The hot tub was either not at all or was only lukewarm. You had ... the feeling that everything is a bit limited ran. read more

The hotel lies between the villages St. Ulrich and Kastelruth with a dreamlike view of the valley. The staff were continuous very friendly and obliging. On the first evening we arrived very late and nevertheless (, although the kitchen was already closed) still get something to eat, which freshly for us was being prepared. The spa and wellness area is very well-kept and very varied. You can without any problems several days in the peace-and sauna area, without being bored. What else really worth mentioning is, is the rich breakfast. I have never had so much choice-and it tastes fantastic! ... Overall we were really amazed from the hotel. The quiet friendly atmosphere, the a pleasant service, very clean rooms - very recommendable. read more

the hotel is for uS, to 100% recommendable: The family R. Really makes an effort his guests fully satisfied. Wishes are as soon as possible, the service very professional. At the front desk all questions answered. The cleanliness of the rooms ( this time, we had the villa ), was also reasonable. From the dinner I would like to not at all start, otherwise I would even morning write as well, no such as top It tasted good. We always go to the Ladiner weeks. Unforgettable.     We had the organic suite arnica booked. This room was wonderful. Everything was still very new and completely in wood and stone decor. Toilet and bath were separately, quite modern. From the bathroom there was a window into the room, so that one with the bath or shower on the mountains could see. The front of the room consisted completely of glass. There was a small walk-in closet. We had even a fridge in the room. The only thing, that we missed, were glasses. Toothbrush holder there were only two, although we 3. were. In the room there was a packed sauna bag and there were 3 bathrobes and slippers available. Also had a wanderrucksack for the duration of our stay in the room. We were really very excited by the room. The cleanliness was ok, sometimes not so thoroughly. We found from the previous guests still a hair tie on the floor. But we found that not so bad.

    We booked half board. The food was very plentiful and tasty. We didn't miss anything. The breakfast was in buffet form. There were endless many types honey and jam, cereals, cakes, yogurt, several types of fresh fruits and different sorts of cold sausages and hams. Of course there were eggs, juices, coffees and even sparkling wine. The dinner consisted of 5 courses. Salad gave it as a buffet, everything else you chose from the menu. You could always get seconds offered or an additional selection, not on the menu stood. The food was varied, lovingly angereicht and consisted usually of local fresh ingredients. It tasted wonderful and we were always very full in the evening. One for the duration of the stay a permanent table and a long esszeitraum, the one individually could use.

    Every day there was a free hiking tour offered, which we didn't make use of. Also offered every day a service for 4 €per person. My husband and my son used this and were very impressed. The manager even drove with them and gave us lots of tips on the area. There was also a nice gym with glass roof, we all used. This was free. You could also table tennis and we nuztten of course the wellness area. Each sauna was perfect, 2 had a picture window. There were enough relaxation rooms, and beach chairs, so that you never hassled feel. We used extensively the wifi in the room. It cost us at the end 10€, i found this very fair.

    The hotel is located rather lonely on the street between St. Ulrich and Kastelruth. From the hotel one can good hiking, the bus also stops right in front of the house. We didn't use it, since we everything by car did. One drives in each case about 5 minutes to St. Ulrich and Kastelruth, about 30 minutes to Bolzano and about 20 minutes to the autostrada. For us this situation was ideal, as you very quickly in the hiking and the cable cars was.

Beautifully located hotel, with the possibility also in the adjoining 'villa' to stay. It can all furnishings be used, you must go 50 meters to the main building walk - not a problem!- Very nice serving staff. Excellent rich breakfast buffet. Multi-course dinner with top -salad bar and range of starters. For any taste there is good to orders. We would gladly come again! read more

Basically is my motto: I will not go twice in the same area or in the same hotel, because it was so many beautiful stains on our map is, I still was not. But no rule without exception: There hotel albion 4 star mountain spa resort has managed, I within 3 years already the 2. stayed there. Was a very successful short break with rich and extensive wellness offer. Very good connections to footpaths. Very good leisure activities in the hotel for little to not any extra charge. I can only recommend and will also gladly again have a vacation, as the leisure offers in the hotel also very varied are, even if outside the weather once is not so perfect. read more
