I recommend the hotel further. It was very fun. The food was great. It was almost everything is close by what you need. The whole staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. We want especially when Volkan at the front desk thank you, very friendly and he get 6 stars from us. read more

In any case I will recommend it. Especially the staff are brilliant! We had the apartment in the side building with two large rooms and two balconies. The age of the building is already, visible however always very clean have been kept. The complex be on winter 12/13 be renovated. What was missing to me was a kettle. And I could not believe it, that there is no watermelon there. I recommend definitely a visit to the in-house hammam and the massage-session. read more

Good hotel with very friendly staff. The food in all-inclusive is more than ample and very tasty. What was really annoying is the loud music the whole day and until into the night, so that sleeping was impossible. If the hotel, then please definitely room the service require otherwise peace and quiet almost not possible. Very suitable for young people, the whole day want to party and make. For older people not very recommendable. However all in all a very nice hotel. read more

Of 9 nights perhaps we have 2 can have some sleep. ( with ear plugs ) very badly soundproofed! You can hear every step from the next room. The furniture is old and not in a good condition. Let alone the mattresses. On the fourth day we got the food used and have even found something which us tasted. I personally have never seen so bad in Turkey eaten. The staff were very polite and the cleaning ladies were every day there. 2 chairs on the beach and umbrella cost per day 4.80 Euro. Drinks you have to also ... at the beach pay, although one all inclusive had. Thank god the sun everything well done and our minds with confidence. This hotel is now the end of the year closed and April only re-opened. Perhaps everything else! read more

    The staff are in general very friendly and helpful. Especially outstanding we felt by hr. Volkan Can care, he was always helpful, and exceptionally friendly and could in all areas to the side is possible. He has potential in tourism levels. Excellent staff!

    The hotel has a excellent location for all the central likes. The beach is in about two minutes walking distance. Shopping and entertainment possibilities are also within walking distance. Otherwise the taxis also quite cheap and there is a bus for as little money in the next city can bring. Excursion possibilities are offered in the hotel, and are very good organisier. T

Altogether we were with this hotel-all inclusive-very satisfied and would anytime again go on vacation there. Positive: large, clean room, always friendly staff, close to the beach hotel Negative: because we after 23 o'clock able to check in, we were initially free drinks(no soft drinks) denied, cocktails were extra will be charged, the fridge in our room didn't work, since the power, with the room card, again and again interrupted. The evening entertainment was very boring, especially the solo entertainer was a disgrace. read more

The hotel sees from the outside rather unimpressive. Also the outdoor area and the pool did not further irritated. But is the sandy beach a dream, the sea one already sees from the hotel. Chairs are at the beach for the hotel guests cheaper. And what i really to specifically mention: i am never in a hotel so welcomed friendly %blank%. With the staff you can simply make friends. My girlfriend is at the check-in noticed, that a your bags in the transfer bus forgot! Hardly had the extremely, the nice young man at the front desk the telephone in ... the hand. And on the next day you had your bag again. Our tour operator was also 'problem' in the transfer to the airport. This was for us the hotel cared for. The rooms were a bit small however always clean, balcony was okay. But it didn't bother me further, as i on vacation almost only for sleeping and change in the hotel am. So, for vacationers the especially the hotel in a heartbeat, i rather to advise against. All inclusive i would not select. But if you a hotel searches, where you warmly welcomed is, with the sea almost on your feet in the beautiful Alanya a clear recommendation. read more

In totally beautiful and stress-free vacation with a clean hotel and very friendly and accommodating staff. Especially Volkan really makes an effort to the happiness of the guests. The location of the hotel could not be better. To left and right has numerous shops and restaurants. The beach is directly opposite. All in all we were very satisfied and have in any case before to come back again :-) read more

It was a nice and relaxing vacation. The hotel employees are super nice, attentive and helpful. The hotel is in this fall until the next spring fully renovated-that is our opinion after also urgently required. Especially our bathroom was small and the gaps were moldy. Whose who want to today in a 'tub' with schimmeligem shower curtain showers? If the renovations in the spring are completed, it could return a very nice hotel are. The music at the pool was loud and strenuous (radio phenomenon or similar, approximately a mixture of radio FFN and N-joy). If you like that kind ..., the feel certainly well. For 4 stars we a bit more expected. Apart from that is the hotel complex quite nice. The view of our balcony on the first floor limited unfortunately on a lateral road and a close opposite lying hotel ( so unfortunately only the 2. Price!). read more

Positive: rooms very clean, staff are very friendly, breakfast reasonable. Negative: bathroom in need of renovation; of the meat during dinner was generally dry ( too long fried) and the vegetables generally mushy; whilst settling the bill a drink when checking out a too high amount required, thus supporting documents the beverages compellingly store! For this reason we can't recommend the hotel. read more

The hotel was a absolute find! The staff were very friendly, especially at the front desk Volkan and in the restaurant area Hamza! These two one must simply underline, as absolutely terrific your job. Apart from that, the hotel is very centrally located. A private, clean beach section is two minutes walk available.     The room was clean and cozily furnished. Unfortunately was not a lot of storage space available, so that we a bit creative had to be, to the luggages so to store, that they didn't bother us. As a part of the upcoming renovation should consider somewhat larger beds buy (from a size of about 180 centimeter the feet not more with to bed, but hanging over the back).

    The bottomless choice (all-inclusive, buffet) was for the value for money reasonable. It was a mixture of local and german/english dishes presented. Sometimes were the dishes unfortunately not really warm, should have in the future a bit more on it respected. Furthermore we would have liked a bigger share of local cuisine looking forward to it, but this desire parts certainly not all the guests.

    The staff could in english, often also communicate well in german. In general the staff friendly and helpful. Which us however it was noticeable very negatively, is that the plates fallen noses as soon as we the last bite had eaten. The us every waiter for the food individually welcomes, good appetite wished and a little small talk hold wanted (generally more for breakfast, partly. Also during dinner), we have rather than strörend felt (although certainly well-intentioned was). In summary it can be said, that the staff in the dining room somewhat overeager were. The cleaning staff was friendly and tidy worked. The staff at reception were always helpful and generally good tips for the activities given. In this sense, a special thanks at Volkan, the us always with good advice and in a good mood to the side and the peace and quiet has remained, as our shuttle bus to the airport never came. In spite of the good work volkans, as well as the cleaning staff we can because of the situtation for the food unfortunately only stars forgive.

    The hotel lies directly at a busy street, on the other side there were several bars. Therefore, the volume floodwaters at night and in the wee hours of the morning rather high. Who has an easy sleep should prepare yourself for with the window closed to sleep and, where appropriate, take ear plugs. For a beach vacation is the location excellent. It is only a street to cross and immediately is the beach reached. The beach is very beautiful, the water is clear and partly very quiet, so good can be swum. If you snorkel and goggles has, the go: there is no great fauna, however therefor we have a rays and various fish species seen. In the vicinity of the hotel are various shops, doctors, pharmacy, hairdressers, a small supermarket, etc. Who the main street along, but expect almost continuously product presented to get. (possibly side streets take)

It was a really great vacation. The staff are very nice and not pushy like in other hotels. They are very child-friendly to small children. It is close to to the beach-and the city. Nearby there are two playgrounds, a large and a smaller. The aqua park nearby is also very clean for small children, there are 7 Slides for kids. read more
