We stayed over easter in this hotel,it was Aldi Reisen booked. Value for money okay, shuttle bus to the center for 3, -per person, german television however only 7 channels (first, 2., zdfinfo, KIKA, Eurosport,3 satellite and so on). For a city break recommendable. Is not the luxury hotel but was okay. Renovation in the rooms and bathroom is really necessary! read more

The hotel is not a 4 star standard. Alone the club lounge was a total joke. There were cookies and wine. No beer no sparkling wine... A zimmerupgrade you got only for an extra charge, although i platinum with starwood am. Room was very old and worn. read more

Small negative is the location, but the service, the food, the cleanliness, the furnishings this small negative again repealed. use of the internet was down in the hotel lobby offered.     in my opinion is the location of this hotel not the best, as you don't on foot into town walking distance. However offers the hotel a shuttle bus into the town center at, this costs 3 euros per person, drive about 20 minutes. Furthermore you can within 10 to 15 minutes the town center with the subway rEACH. There is a 75 minutes-Passport for 1 euro or a 24 hour pass for 4 euros per person the way to the underground station goes however on a tiny 'Sidewalk', along a highway. For families definitely not recommendable nonetheless, that in my opinion way too dangerous is, I doubt also, that you did with baby carriage on the sidewalk fits.

Sheraton Roma is located outside the center. There is a airport transfer offered, there is also a bus service into the city. In front of the hotel there is also the possibility with the public transport to the center in the Vatican to come. The pool is in the summer the large plus. The area around the pool is very beautifully designed and after a day of sightseeing it is very holsam at the pool bar place take, or a few take a dip in the cool wet to turn. the rooms are spacious and overall the Sheraton features sweet ... sleeper bed-we have never better in this bed slept! read more

Middle class hotel on the outskirts of Rome, airport transfer and hotel transfer in the city possible, public S. p. On the whole we us the mostly positive reviews close to. We would, however, like to point on the way, that it was very probably possible is, with the bus 780, which stops immediately before the hotel, in the city to come. The journey takes about 45 minutes while, but in the middle of town at the Piazza Venezia. The other opportunities, in the city to come, are sufficiently described. The breakfast is to say, that it us both from the selection and also the quality of the food has fallen. All other services in the hotel are very expensive. read more

The hotel is quite large. The rooms were absolutely correct, no more new, but there cannot only be new buildings. It was everything in a maintained condition. In the hotel humans were out all Mr. Länder represented. read more

    The rooms had normal city hotel size. They were no more again, but quite maintained and absolutely cleanly… The beds were really perfect, finally times no back problems in the vacation had!!! I also the bath was clean.

    We ate in the evening also in the city, since the meal was not very good in the hotel very expensively and my judgment. The service in the restaurant was however very good. On our desire a pizza was made free of charge new according to our desires again. The bar was unfortunately also too expensive. The breakfast did not please us at all, but that is probably matter of taste. Bad bread, Brotbelag not very tastily. It is not comparable to stop with a German hotel breakfast.

    The pool was quite large, it gave beautiful few seat range and some couches. It was maintained everything. In one bath vacation I would have wished myself another pool landscape, but for a city hotel it was absolutely good. The children could rest themselves here always briefly times. There was also a Wellness, a Kosmetik and a sport department, which we did not use however. At the pool there was a towel service.

    The distance to the airport amounted to knappe 1/2 hour, into the city depending upon traffic 20 - functioned to 35 minutes of the shuttles here perfectly. (With our offer it was even free.) however: If the shuttle was in the evening occupied, had already times 2 persons 90 minutes with strong rain on the next to wait. Approximately around the hotel actually was not nothing at all, but one was fast also with the and course in the city.

Only in the bathroom there was some schimmelige places and it could times be reconditioned. very cosy bed, television with some German and English programs, desk. Unfortunately there was however only one armchair, which in a double room a too little is.

    Frühstücksbuffet was excellently, although after one week quite monotonous. There were warm meals (small sausage, scrambled egg, etc.), bread, roll, Zerealien, fruit, yogurt etc. thus participated for each taste something. The waiters brought either Italian coffee specialities or one took themselves filter coffee, juice or dte of the buffet. Only the queue before the breakfast area was very long on weekend, but if one were before nine o'clock there, one got a table immediately. In addition it gives pool bar, where one drinks something or meal knows also warm meals. Those was however very expensive.

    In the hotel there is some small business and a car hire. In addition computers are located in the lobby, with which one comes free of charge into Internet. Outside there is a beautiful, quite large and above all clean pool with many beach chairs. Some few directly at the pool, other one on a lawn for sunbathing, which however in parts (although it did not rain and which seemed sun) was very matschig. Sun screens were not however goods in short supply and it give a possibility at the pool to change.

    Unfortunately the hotel is directly because of a highway. Trips to foot were thus not possible, but there is a shuttle bus to the city and to the airport. Also regular buses into the city drive past in the minutes pulse at the hotel. Thus one is direct in 20 minutes in the center. In direct proximity there are however no trip possibilities.

I am very often in Rome and was in this hotel for the first time in the euro has really fair prices the hotel offer for be upscale, is about 30 minutes from the old town. It leaves every 90 minutes for three euros a bus to the city (near Santa Maria in Cosmedin, is written to the with Piazza Venezia, it's still a good five to ten minutes). The is in principle in order, one can with the bus and also must organise something limited budget. A taxi costs around 15 to 20 eur. The hotel is a solid ... four star hotel with all, what you need and expected. Unfortunately the ladies and gentlemen at the reception not really friendly and attentive. But you are still all good english. If you are not in the city really high prices for the poor or the exhorbitent prices for hotels good numbers and a good hotel, has a choice here. However, I have preferred it, authentic in the city to eat and not in the hotel. The food is a good, but in the city you just better and also 'Roman'. It has also a shuttle to the airport. read more

    We had booked a super room with Expedia quite inexpensive with flight. Better than standard room in situation and equipment. Comfortably, sufficiently largely with further furniture, much cabinet place, good condition, without balcony, beautiful view in the Greens, totally calmly, fantastic beds, cleanly.     We had booked a hotel with pool for the arduous Rome attendance consciously outside of the center. thus opportunity existed to ease occasionally in the beautiful tropical exterior installation. However the direct environment of Sheraton is to be judged negatively: It leads a very strongly driven on multitrack road past directly the hotel entry. She is not noticed to at all however in the plant depending upon room situation little. The environment is not attractive and and careless. The hotel to foot to leave is not recommendable. There is no restaurants or business in the closer environment. The EURO quarter lain south an attendance is worth 1.5 km. The connection in the center is quite good. It give except expensive taxi 3 possibilities. 1. and course station Maglina, 10 foot minutes removes. Bad footpath. 2. Bus LINE 780 directly before the hotel. 3. very well folding hotel bus traffic in the center, close Piazza Venetia. The and railway station and EURO mentioned quarter are with merged. Costs back and forth 3 euro. The travel time amounts to always about 20 min it exists also for 5 euro for each distance several times daily a hotel BUS connection to 25 km the removed airport of Leonardo da Vinci.

The hotel is for short trips and leisure as well. Just outside of Rome but through the partly complimentary shuttle service of the hotel (the hotel's own bus) can also about 3 euros depending on the booking. Ask reception. The shuttle will also take place at certain times to and from the airport. Although the nights Including breakfast often cheap show, this reduces the fast rates at the hotel. A simple salad, for example between 10-12 € one cup ice €11 ), a glass of wine 4.50 -5€, a pizza between 10 -15 € to to mention some examples ..., but: Rome itself in general is very expensive. What really is a shame and you need to know is that at the reception, no German was spoken. This suits not to a conference hotel read more
