Recommendable hotel especially for families with children and disabled persons. Great beach directly at the hotel. Unfortunately about 1 kilometer away from the center Cala Millor. The food is good and diverse. The indoor swimming pool isn't very large and only for adults open. read more

Great apartment complex, extremely friendly staff, the best food of any hotel in which we in Cala Millor were (5), the size of the apartments for two people more than enough, the gymnastics from the entertainer was perfect! , only one negative the small pool with the mini spaces for sunbeds-was not a problem for us, since we mostly at the beach were-. Thanks for 11 great day of vacation! read more

We had an apartment with half board booked. The rooms were huge and well equipped. The complex is medium size, it is in any case not crowded. About the cleaning there is nothing to moan about. Only drawback: monday is not cleaned, which was not previously said. On demand we immediately fresh towels received. Guests were mainly from Germany and Austria since. Very lots of pensioners and families with small children. For it is certainly also great! Nice and quiet and entertainment for the kids there was every evening! Lots of young people weren't there. read more

    The rooms were always clean and very big! If you don't have much time in the hotel spends, is the apartment probably already too large. Maybe you will find it here a cheaper alternative.

    The food was only a evening really good, the rest of the evenings it was rather mediocre. Breakfast was all right. We were however glad, that we only booked half board and lunch not in the hotel ate.

    The staff were friendly, you could in German, as well as in English good severance. Cleaning of the rooms was perfect except for the aforementioned ' putzfreien monday'. The Wi-Fi was however not, as advertised, free of charge, what a little annoyed us. 1 euros per half hour respectively 12 minutes if one the pcs in the hotel uses was very exaggerated, if you consider, that the hotel but not extra is charged!

    The beach is wonderful and right around the corner! On foot in minutes to reach. For enterprising there are in Cala Millor and the surrounding places not that much to offer, just what the evening entertainment regards. The airport in Palma is by bus about one and a half hours away.

    I (female) has always difficulties with the food it is in Greece or the last visit on Mallorca. In this hotel was the completely different. The breakfast buffet was really great. Fresh fruits, muesli, brown bread, ample selection jams, cakes and yogurts and much more. The dinner was at least exactly plentiful. Every evening, there were different sorts of meat roasted. There was pasta. There was fish. It gave each evening fresh salad, yourself could put together. There was prepared salads, for example potato salad, ananassalat etc. There is a large very nice equipped dining room. A well full bar, with plenty of selection of alcoholic beverages drinks.

    The hotel lies quite quiet near the beach, as well as shortly before a forest. From here you can enjoy great hikes on the coast to for example the way to sa coma. To the so-called center there is a couple of minutes, but really still as a part of.

This hotel is at the extremely edge of Cala Millor. Into town you walk about 20 minutes. Nice is the familienbar opposite. The hotel is normally not in a good condition, clean but it was missing everywhere on repairs. As a lone traveler you didn't feel in good hands. For vegetarians was the buffet selection absolutely inadequate-there were canned vegetables with potatoes in all variants. Salad bar very well arranged. The indoor swimming pool was not to use. The stench the chlors was everywhere in the hotel. The outdoor swimming pool is extremely small and was very cold. Also here ... way too many chlorine. As place to spend the night the hotel is suitable but not the stay. The staff were very friendly. read more

The hotel is in the typical beds-castles-built and approximately 250 rooms, it is probably not the newest hotel but in a good general state. Offered half board and all inclusive and the guest structure it was during our stay mainly German and swiss, mostly families with small children and older couple and groups. read more

    The apartments are very spacious and for a family with two kids absolutely sufficient. Also a small kitchenette with a fridge is available. The furnishing is ok, already somewhat older but well maintained. The tv was size wise absolutely okay for a room this size. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room was available and works well. Six stars for the cleanliness - I was really surprised in welch great state the room was - that is ( unfortunately) no standard in spanish hotels.

Especially was something for everyone - it was always well and appetizing arranged and always sufficiently available.     Absolutely nothing to complain about. Were all very friendly and accommodating. Rarely seen. For example: we came late in the hotel at, so about 11:30 P. M., (had unfortunately baby cots are not ordered) then again so about 00:15 A. M. to the front desk and we had a crib.

    The pool is relatively small, but it was not a problem for us, there the pool while we were there almost not at all used. We are also mostly to the beach gone (the just round the corner is), as the children in the sand more fun had. The chairs at the beach costs 4,-, sun screen also, so you for two loungers plus umbrella 12, -€ per day pay should. What has disturbed us, was that the beach quite dirty ( in the form of cigarette butts and a lot of plastic) was. Especially with small children this is quite difficult. The sporting activities we didn't use. The entertainment for kids was perfect, during the day offers for the small ones and every evening children's disco with a very nice animation team:-O Access to the internet for a fee possible

    On the edge from Cala Millor convenient, (towards sa coma ) about 200 meters away to the beach. All together a very good location, one is about minutes in the pedestrian area, where there is also some for children to do. Our kids are between and years old. Apart from that there is also around the hotel some good restaurants.

We were initially on the Playa de Palma and had on site to this hotel transferred, which not a problem at all was thanks to our nice guide mrs becker. Arrived in Cala Millor, expected we have in the hotel and we were received very nicely. You had for an apartment with a view of the sea reserved. Better it could not be :-) read more

    The hotel lies less than 100 meters from the beach. To the bus station you have to only cross the street. A small suprmarkt is located directly next to the hotel. The city is on foot about 10 minutes, which but also completely reasonable is, as you get from the hustle and bustle of nothing with.

Except for the unacceptable beds and hardly usable kitchen it is for low expectations ok. The beds have neither a slatted frame still acceptable mattress. The 2 small burners can because of the cramped space conditions hardly be used simultaneously. The utensils are very poor. read more

Good apartment hotel for families with small children. At the start from Cala Millor in a quiet location. To the beautiful beach it Only 100 meters. It is a good breakfast and dinner buffet offered. The inner courtyard with a pool and loungers is very small And has no flair. The same can be said of the bar area say. The apartments are spacious and functional. The cleaning and cleanliness in the whole hotel is Reasonable. Two loungers and a umbrella cost at the beach 12 Euro. ( ever 4 Euro) read more

For young people is here the nightlife not so good. Hardly any bars or attractive clubs. US annoyed, that we, although we booked half board, our drinks during dinner even had to pay. The beach & the sea are a dream. From the hotel it is 2 minutes on foot until then. As relaxing vacation is the perfect location. read more

Positive: great -beach; ageing, however clean hotel; good location; distance to the beach; sandy beach just like in picture book; nice staff in the hotel; good food. Rather mediocre: the operator tried the hotel economically snhl, in which you half board offers, which has a negative effect on the all-in -guests impact: the part. Long queues for the beverages ( no self-service like in other hotels; the entertainment team has always make an effort the audience at the same time quadrilingual to converse; child care only conditionally available; the pool a bit small, area around the pool something to limited; ... number of loungers very limited, the German audience in the early morning as a precaution for the whole day with the beach towels 'reserved' (people, a swim more often in the sea!). Negative: the light of the very high price tunes from my themselves value for money not. Distance to the beach, size and the condition of the room and the good food justified 4 stars, the rest is more of a 3-star-like of course. read more

Not recommendable! Our reservation was not before, we had to the 1. night in the side building stay. There was no children's entertainment food. The food was mostly overcooked. The bar aqueous farbstoffgetränke from for all inclusive-guests and right fruit juices/ cocktails at direct payers with half board. In the restaurant was the dirty dishes/ cutlery loudly in baskets next to the guests geschmissen. The pool was very cold and in the shade. The front desk hard-working not. At the front desk we had in the serving staff in the restaurant the impression guests are unwanted. Our TUI-contact person in ... the hotel was our rescue, she ideal for us. Never again! read more

The hotel itself was very clean. From the outside has the complex definitely not blown away, but it was ok. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. The pool was rather small, but that didn't bother us, as in direct location the beach is. read more

    The rooms are big and nice designed. The beautiful at our apartment was, that we the view on the sea enjoy could. Annoying was, that the room safe without permutuation lock was, but conclusion was. Problematic it would be at the loss of the key has become, because there was only one. The safe costs per week 12 Euro and it is a deposit of 10 Euro requires, which completely okay is, in my opinion. To complain about was still, that the hair dryer was broken, but with the heat drying the hair from itself :-)

    The food was delicious, but very one-sided. The first days you could the food enjoy, but every day fries and batter broccoli is very one-sided. At meat was hardly any selection, but however at fish. The dessert was good, except for that the cakes still were frozen. The staff seemed overburdened to be. Often the plates were only cleared late, in other words the plates stacked only, before it someone from the staff said. Apart from that was the restaurant nicely furnished and clean. Were annoying however the children, the at the buffet vordrängelten and with her hands in the buffet ' matschten '. This is however in a family-friendly hotel I think normal. The bar in the hotel was well visited and the staff also very friendly.

    The service for a four-star hotel is rather meager. The staff at reception is friendly, but evenings not always available. The rooms were daily, except mondays cleaned. Unfortunately were the beds only changed, when the dirty bed sheets put them on the floor. Soap is only on ankuftstag provided. For the remaining days is self catering announced. Also the toilet paper refilling was not the greatest strength. A great shame for a 'four star hotel'. Furthermore it is strange, that at o'clock the hotel fully completed. You are really stupid before, if you in front of the hotel is, call must, and wait until a from the reception outgoing is.

    The entertainment is located in the inner of the hotel and not as usual outside. This was in the heat unfortunately and therefore also not well visited. The animationsrogramm there left much to be desired. The pool is small, but was not a problem for us, since we anyway rather at the beach were.

    The distance to the beach is very close. Directly in front of the hotel are the stops for the safari bus, the small railroad and the normal bus station. One crosses the road, there is a bar, where you can enjoy a drink. There are also Midget golf and pool offered. A small store was located right on the hotel. Who however wanted to shop, a little longer on foot take in purchase.
