perfect stay, great staff, outstanding service and perfect location ! I booked a pre paid room a month in advance and obtained a really convenient rate. I did an early check in and Hilton made available the lounge as well for my late check out: no doubts they recognize my diamond member but they were extremely gentle. Lounge is great for drink but for breakfast i really recommend the restaurant: this is a breakfast experience ! well done Hilton Berlin read more

Very nice Hotel.
The central location in Berlin ist just perfect.
Restaurants are good and attention is given to propose an international but also local menu.

This is my favourite place to stay in Belin. From the outside it is still a bit reminiscent of the old DDR days, but inside it's a great place. Nice rooms, the largest executive lounge I've ever seen in a Hilton and great breakfast in the restaurant. Friendly and knowledgable people at the front desk. Hotel is ideally situated, short taxi ride from Tegel airport, U-Bahn stop right in front of the hotel and plenty of shopping in Friedrichstrasse. On the Gendarmenplatz and side streets there are a number of bars and restaurants - plenty to choose from. read more

The hotel is in very dark colours, the just in the lobby a very sad impression. The rooms are okay, in the bathroom there was clear usage, as well as on the hotel corridors. The breakfast was nothing special, there was a wide selection of dishes, from the taste but average. The location is brilliant: directly in Berlin-Mitte, u-bahn-station on the doorstep, shops, cafés and restaurants around the corner, however only a few bars (in the evening in the surrounding area everything was closed). Conclusion : was okay, but is a 2 time not of emergencies. read more

Here one stayed only because the location, not because of of the hotel alone. Who stayed here, it must brown and dark love. Low ceilings complement the rather depressing impression the former gdr interhotel. The service is great, but in Berlin one gets otherwise much more beautiful room for the same or even less money. read more

Our bags were on the time of arrival is not by the porter accepted. The check in was very smooth and fast. The room is very nice and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep ever. The room was not on arrival cleaned. Bathroom was not clean, toiletries not refilled and half full with other guests leave. The staff has quickly solved! The breakfast was good, however the service was very slow. To lots of people and not enough staff. The breakfast room is huge and fully. Tables were slowly away the food ... was not fast complete. Spa area was great! During our stay at christmas were some elevators out of service for maintenance. A shame, this was during the busy days. All in all a pleasant stay with some drawbacks. Public transportation directly in front of the hotel with many beautiful restaurants and shops nearby! read more

For a 5 star hotel lacking but at many corners. The service the front desk is really needs to be improved. Was not nice for example, that telephone sometimes not at all or only very late answered. This happened to normal times. Apart from that were the staff the front desk but very polite and accommodating. In the lifts was partly missing the panel and the toilets down in the entrance hall corresponded not always the sauberkeitsanspruch of 5 stars hotels. The towels in the room had in two cases larger holes. The food, which we with the room service ... ordered, was only average and was not up to the, what a hotel the Hilton group would have expected. For example was the club sandwich so huge, that you not really could eat. All ingredients were either already totally flabby (salad), the chicken was very dry, too much egg and altogether everything was already cooled off. Also the breakfast (continental/room service) reminded me a bit of the gdr table in the kitchen with mummy. It was everything as (cold cuts, cheese and so on), however the food didn't seem very high quality to be. We stayed in hotels the same category much better breakfasts. Important to mention is however the great concierge staff, which is the best service of the hotel offered. read more

Best, central location on gendarmenmarkt. Breakfast great-with view of the duomo!. The lobby is huge, but tastefully decorated. The rooms are for a hotel this category rather small ; the bathroom is high quality. All in all a clear recommendation read more

Good hotel for city break. Stayed over new year's eve there. Location very good. Underground station in front of the hotel, in 10 minutes to the Kurfürstendamm.
Everything as Potsdamer Platz, unter den linden, etc.. Easily reached on foot.
Room relatively small but with huge double bed.
Bathroom was tiny, so that the upturn already times at the shower partition the elbow anhaut. Shower in the bathtub, what is very high and the on and off almost climbing is. read more

Underground on the doorstep. McDonald's 0,5 kilometer. but plenty of great restaurants. Kolja klebergs vau or
The chocolate restaurant fassbender. Short distances to Alexanderplatz, nikolaiviertel, unter den linden or Brandenburger Tor. Friedrichstraße with its top shops without rain shelter quickly reachable. Good varied (!) Breakfast buffet. Who some dainty for the next day makes can be disappointed, as it is not always the same offer. Very friendly staff. Homely atmosphere with charm was missing. But that is stop Hilton. The bathroom in the standard ... rooms is a bit small, so that the curtained adventurous is. read more

Big hotel directly at the gendarmenmarkt. Around the corner is the Friedrichstraße. The hotel has a huge lobby and the check in was very friendly. We had a very early into the room. Our room was absolutely quiet location to the inner courtyard, decorated up to date and the bed was huge. There was a regional smoothiesaft to try. The pool of the hotel was crowded, very many children, the rest and relaxation and swimming impossible. Also very many hair in the pool.
The breakfast was ok but not outstanding, rather carelessly and quasi in every hotel such. read more

Extremely nice, friendly staff. All over very good quality. Review refers to executive room and executive lounge. First hotel pool we a gegenschwimmanlage and a water temperature the very was pleasant. Normally the water temperature in hotels way too cold. read more
