    Rooms are small, but in very good condition. On vacation you need the room anyway only for sleeping and showers. Air conditioning was in August gold value. Fridge also.

    If you don't half board bay it is your own fault. Food is excellent. Only fly in the ointment is the lack of variety with the cold cuts in the morning (2 sorts of cheese, 1 kind of ham ), price for the beverages very moderate. ( bottle of water 3 Euro, beer 2,20 Euro, wine from 11,90 Euro.

We were extremely comfortable. The food is magnificent and diverse, the very friendly and attentive staff. The quiet location in the pine forest was very relaxing. In bad weather there are possibilities, for example cycling on the brand new developed bike trails, excursions ( very recommendable: portogruaro), etc. read more

Nice hotel for a short beach vacation, Room and bathroom very nice and tidy, but unfortunately very small ( as a double room it may still rich, for a DZZ it is definitely too small...) Good food - full board respectively half board recommendable. Unfortunately very short time window for the food ( the 1 hour for lunch and dinner) Distance to the beach ( approximately 200 meters?) reasonable, pool in beautiful shaded inner courtyard also in good condition read more

Good location. Quite quiet. Lots of green! Very friendly and helpful staff. High professionalism. Perfect management. Very good, varied food. Good wine, especially from in the area. Drink prices altogether surprisingly inexpensive and user friendly. Very good, pleasant air conditioning in room and restaurant. Distance to the beach a couple of minutes. Beach well maintained. In the area enough possibilities for cycling, jogging, shopping etc. Parking sufficient. Since you have to go there again! read more

We about this hotel very good: -wonderful food ( booked half-board) Beautiful & clean pool, perfect temperature. -only 200 meters to the beach section. Included 2 loungers and 1 umbrella, were in the 5. Row ( of 7). Perfect. Pleasant guests. Very friendly staff, corporate headquarters. Was not so good: -the size of the room. But: that is normal in Italy and you know that. We were 2 adults and 1 9-year-old. It was OK. We anyway weren't long in the room on. read more

We relaxed really well! All of the staff are very nice and accommodating. Food very delicious and always fresh. Room are twice a day cleaned, everything very clean. The hotel lies in a very quiet area. To the beach about 150 meters, sun screen and chair will from the hotel provided. The beach is well-tended, is very good for children, there very flat dropping. We were very happy and are definitely coming again. read more

After june 2010 we were with 6-j. daughter again for a good week guest at the Arizona. We are on whole line loved it and report also the following improvements: 1st there are now fresh fruits for breakfast (kiwi, melon, pineapple). 2. the dining room is now very pleasant air-conditioned. Culinary consistently great, the service attentive and friendly. Room always very neat; during the dinner is once again a service-tour. The latter makes probably loud tv hotel and gastronomy critic Heinz h. a really fabulous hotel from. Please! According to information received by the management are in the next years ... steady measures to modernise planned. We thank family f. for the relaxing vacation and are already looking forward to next time. read more

My husband and I were very pleased with the hotel Arizona. We spent two weeks in the hotel. The first week we were alone, in the second we were with three couples in the hotel. The staff is extremely healthy Freud, the food was really very good, the prices in the hotel are cheap. We only have one negative point, the cleaning lady on our floor was not very good. The bed was regularly turned down but in the two weeks not changed. Even a small accident with a can of coke. The cleaning lady on the other floors was ... super, at least have the our friends reported. Bottom line: always gladly again, everything was great. read more

A short scheduled holiday we us like to remind the. Friendly welcome by the boss... In perfect German. Room to the garage yard. Not too big. but clean and fully furnished. In the dining room were absolutely perfect front desk. Our waiter Ibrim until the last minute was the friendliness in person. Presentation. We are coming again-very good hotel for a beach holiday. Food was excellent, nice staff. Room and bathroom could be something bigger, but enough for a relaxed beach holiday. Beach in the immediate vicinity, it is the beach only seven rows hotel. read more

The chef personally carest and competent to its guests, the entire staff was helpful and very friendly and alert. To the beach it was about eight minutes walk, deck chairs and umbrella are included in the hotel price. The food is an absolute highlight and a reason, next year again this hotel to book! read more

Breakfast was always empty, especially after a short time there was no cheese and no sausages, from the staff without request is also not refilled. Tables not cleared and there were almost never new clothed tables available. The buffet wasn't checked, refilled and cleaned. For a longer period of time unbedinngt room with balcony book the rooms can easily cramped and the Sandsachen are a lot of dirt. read more

A very nice family hotel in a quiet location with excellent cuisine and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We went with a group of friends and family and we really relax as an informal and very less formal setting in the hotel the atmosphere was. read more
