Small, but very fine residence.
Clean apartments.
-breakfast on the pool terreasse with dreamlike view of the sea. Cappuccino and brioche... ( in the pre-season included!)
A great well maintained garden and nice planted pool terrace.
-pool heated!
Very quiet-you the other guests hardly noticed! read more

Small however fine hotel with Spitzenaussicht. The days starting on the breakfast terrace with breathtaking view of the sea, the breakfast buffet is good but not variety- or especially extensive, it was enough for us! To noon there was a small selection of dishes, a dinner not offered. Because of the facilities the room mile kitchenette was also not a problem, we were eat in one of the good restaurants or cooked. The leadership (two sisters ), as well as the staff were very nice and always friendly & helpful. There is a table football, table tennis, a 2 in ... 1 tennis Fufballplatz and a direct access ( about 8 minutes) to the beach. The hotel is perfect for a beach vacation in the summer or in the pre and off-season to just relax and unwind, as mentioned the location, the view is fantastic! In the low season we must make use of closed shops set, that is to say too much variety is not given. Nearby is the small, fine town villasimius with restaurants and little shops and some ice-cream parlors. There is a small port, a golf course nearby. The next larger city is Cagliari, about an hour and a half driving on the beautiful Coastal road, the Rückfaht in the evening when darkness is somewhat strenuous. In the other direction takes you to the Costa Rei. All together we found the South landscape very attractive, the hotel scored with good food, wellness, great service, or rich sports or offers to entertainment but the wonderful location with the dreamlike view is just lovely. Here you will find families, couples and friends a great accommodation at reasonable prices (but only in the early part of the season!). We had lucky even a complimentary breakfast enjoyment to May (applies only in the low season), the somewhat monotonous, but adequate and delicious was. You can take this by the pool and enjoys a breathtaking view over the beautiful pool and wonderful Bay. Sometimes does one actually in the Caribbean to have landed. There is the possibility of smaller meals and snacks to order. The rooms are practically equipped and getting old, but all have a beautiful ... view of the sea. It was OK for us, there was from time to time the handles. Hard to get used to the change of linen once a week (we had to the bed sheets even change and cleaning). But is at home no different. Grin. There is a washing machine and for small money is the laundry washed (very convenient if you have small children travels), you are in a bag just at the front desk from. Great: we had a large Lemon tree before the door and the lemons tasted heavenly. The pool is nice and warm and very clean. The way to the beach is partly unattached and very steep -our children had mean scrapes, because they often are fallen. But the way is worthwhile ( about 6 minutes), because the small 'Private beach' is very nice and there is also options for playing ( slide, Ramekins.) for the small. We will be back! read more
