Perfect all around service. For all on vacation be comfortable and spoil want.
The Seiser Alm Urthaler is nature relaxation in extraordinary design. The mild fragrance the wood is a from the first second on on vacation arrival. In the restaurant expect a extravagant culinary delights.

All cynicism here to despite, the Urthaler probably strong gallicisms learned! The staff well trained and very attentive, everything was very clean and a varied kitchen, with its variety and quality just convinced! We were only upset, that one in the low season as skiers no morning Halbtageskarten could buy! Can the Urthaler but now nothing! read more

The architecture and the furnishings of the hotel are very nice, everything was very modern.
however the exterior could not hide the fact, that it some faults is.
unfortunately, this hotel is in our opinion not worth 5 stars and the price is not justified: no good service, poor food, everything was badly sound-proofed... read more

for our family the Christmas holiday was rather disappointing. A Christmas Atmosphere was not suitable for use, at least in the case of Christmas decorations concerned. The staff seemed completely overtaxed, but all very, very nice and helpful. The bad organization whether kitchen, or service had hidden causes, for crying staff is also met. The food was, at times so bad, that we wanted chops are avoided. Also the management of the food from the soup to main course waiting zeiz times more than 60 minutes. The breakfast buffet is very unimaginative and long queues at the egg cook, of ... each individual scrambled eggs prepared, then all the ingredients Chives, onions; or ham again, everything was clean and properly put in a pan the next scrambled eggs prepared in the same order. The bread was often against nine h 30 gone and was not replenished. I have one, for all the four leg side companion for everyone, no matter how small: it costs 19:00 euros per day, for nothing.! We have, until now experienced in any hotel. read more

The hotel urthaler is a fixture to turn off. The natural room from wood, their size and cleanliness let the everyday life quickly forget. Everything is well arranged, and absolutely maintained.
Especially you are looking forward in the morning on the rich breakfast and in the evening on the great selection of digestible menus from large quality.
Subsequently, one can the evening at the bar end and on the next day it. read more

A very beautiful, well-kept hotel, the rooms are too small for those price, the hotel is very loud. Food was okay. What is missing is the soul in this house, the service performed its work properly but not more, unfortunately. We wanted to stay a week but left after five days. Price/performance ratio was not at all! The surrounding area is great for hiking fantastic. However, we won't be staying there again. Very sad! read more

We have us top relaxed, delicious breakfast, during winter, then SpA and in the evening varied gourmet menu with a large selection South Tyrolean wines. Walks under the starry sky moonlight apres-ski instead are announced, and the hustle and bustle of everyday life is quickly so far away...
What could be improved: Wi-Fi Internet access in the room (instead of only local but the was free of charge). The staff were mostly friendly and accomodating-the few other never friendly-peepers the management should actually save the guests... read more

Pluses:
Mineral water and garages use free of charge; water carafe. 1-table; staff highly motivated( for example Franziska); quick Elevator to the parking garage; prices f. food and drink very reasonable; really good kitchen; closets well-lit, good beds and altogether friendly atmosphere.
Improved and worthy:
no light in the desk; no hooks in the bathroom; light switch organization difficult to understand (after one week stay); wellness area closing( cold, square, angular, rugged simply facilities; steam rooms you can head bringing to the boil, the feet stay cold; no foot pool, sauna, cold water hose plastic instead of biegsamen rubber; taps ... including pool 19 o'clock 30. read more

beautiful hotel in a good location, ideal as a departure point for hikes
room spacious, clean, well equipped, but no radio
a bit hyperbolic service evening (always new towels having regard to unique use)
food tasted good, absolute great was the antipasti buffet, but no flair, no atmosphere, no be comfortable in the dining room despite nice staff and well dissolved variant of the evening menu, good wine list
sauna area clean but very sterile (hardly Green)

the hotel is nicely arranged, through the comfortable ambience with a very a lot wood makes it very good as winter hotel.
the rooms are nice but not very spacious. Room service really great everything was clean and tidy.
the largest point of criticism the restaurant is.
of one kitchen in a five star hotel you should expect more. The food was creative and I also not very good tasty.
the breakfast buffet was very small and there was no variety. Much better it looked at the salad and Hors d'oeuvres buffet on evening not enough.
the service was, however ..., arise anytime again Situations such as:
the table is not cleared and the waiters with the next walk there.
or the waiter forgot to which table the court or tribunal must judge and running several times back in the kitchen.

A nice hotel in a good starting point for hiking.
However, the price/performance ratio is not justified.
In particular, the food is good, but of a 5-star kitchen house far away. The Starters were frequently from recycling from the day before or the breakfast buffet and the dessert can be described only as unimaginative.
