Nice and clean hotel for a trip into the city excellent. Breakfast really good and plenty of choice. However not for a family recommendable, because the room very small and not even a closet has... So clothes are in the shelf. However good location and ideal value for money! Very friendly service in the restaurant. Unfortunately you can hear the elevator no matter where the room is! read more

For a short break completely reasonable, everything was tidy, friendly employees. The room on the ground floor was in the back of the hotel and was absolutely quiet! As absolute no-go straight for a 'motel' is the parking/-house. On arrival at 22:30 and to tow a tickets opens the closet, the rolling door to the parking garage runs high, and the traffic light shows' green '(has international importance' free ride '). One drives a very steep departure down, down but block accommodating vehicles the way! Fallback procedures does not exist! The vehicles had no space find it anymore and ... wanted the underground car park leave again. Only after indirect rangiermanövern in the rappelvollen, narrow garage could all vehicles drive. That must not be!?! With great modern flat screen tvs on the rooms and 'cool deko' is good advertise, but on the other hand you forget it things, the be were of course should be. With the revenue from the parking should it in my opinion but be easy, a unique 'manned indicator' before the departure in the underground car park manner so that such situations be avoided, and the hotel guest stress free its stay can. read more

Great hotel for a short stays room was for 2 people already a little too closely, hardly any possibilities for a lot of luggage to stow, apart from that everything was great. Decor and bathroom were very pleasant, friendliness was largely written and the breakfast was also completely fine! read more

Typical Motel One. Price/performance ratio absolutely great. Of course you have to the facilities and size of the room make. You should know however if you Motel One bay. We got great service, a cozy room, great bathroom and modern facilities. The view over Hamburg from the upper floors is great. The breakfast was good and there was enough. Because the hotel for new year's was fully booked, the place was in the morning for breakfast very limited and unfortunately with longer waiting periods characterized. This should be but at other times is not going to occur. For the price ... - gladly again at any time! read more

    About 350 meters from the s-bahn station. Gruppentageskarte 5 people 9,90 Euro. S 3 goes directly to Jungfernstieg or jetties. With ticket from jetties with the 62 a ship on Elbe possible. Thus very good connections.

The Motel One houses are absolutely sufficient. My only problem is the beds. I don't know, if it was the mattress or the pillows i disturbed nights prepare. read more

Very friendly staff, in the entire place very clean, furniture new and stylish. Rooms are simply, without safe and telephone, little shelf space, little closet, however for a short stay perfect. Breakfast was enough ( amongst others fruit salad). Double room with a child 12 years for 59€ night, single room ( as double room) for 59€ read more

The motel one features a very nice stylish design. The rooms are, as in previous reviews already specified, not very big, however for a city break more than adequate. The rooms are every day very thoroughly cleaned. We had a room with window for a inner courtyard, what very pleasant was, because the hotel on a very busy street is. The breakfast consists of rolls, jams, fresh fruit salad, ham, cheese... etc. , so completely sufficient and good. The guests were mainly German nationality. read more

    The rooms are not too big, but for couples, the only a couple days, absolutely sufficient. You spend the most time outside of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. There are shelves as stauungsmöglichkeit. The bathroom is relatively small, but it contained everything, that you need. An airco was also available. And the most important: very clean!

    So here is some 4a 5 star 'shed' could learn a lot. The staff is really great. We only very friendly and helpful people met. We didn't have any complaints, but we heard, that the concerns of the guests very taken serious and solutions be found.

    The public transport connections are great. To to S-Bahn it's about to minutes on foot, the bus station is right on the doorstep. For the business traveler or the Reeperbahn you reach in about 10 to 20 minutes.

A cheap and very well maintained hotel. We merely the crowd at the breakfast a bit disturbed. For the Gästes a house by the size, there was not enough space. Many have small, low tables in the area the front desk breakfast. Apart from that a great breakfast, so umbegingt book. read more

In the course of a fair, i was there in the august ' 12 building. Very friendly staff, very well maintained rooms with modern facilities. Bathroom would be larger but a bit more pleasant. The only problem was, was that the deduction in the bathroom not 100% capacity. Very quiet, despite city center and gewerbeverkehr. Parking garage available, which also car's the larger than a polo ( Mercedes s, Porsche Cayenne, Audi q7 etc.) Enough room offers. Completely a very recommendable hotel/motel, even for a longer stay. read more

New modern hotel in Hamburg-Altona. Easy access to S-Bahn. By car one is about minutes almost all sights. Rooms are in a modern and new state. Hotel's own garage cheap available. A small downside there is for the soundproofing the room on the ground floor I would the hotel ( respectively the hotel chain) definitely book it again. Thumbs up... read more

Still very thrilled by the Motel One. In April I was with friends there. The rooms could a bit bigger and the bathrooms but this concept with the washbasin outside of the bathroom go to and also benefits. Service was great, breakfast very varied! Good value for money! read more
