The hotel is located near the train station interlaken west ideal for patronage. Although the building old, are the rooms and public areas of the hotel very nice renovated. Everything was very neat and clean. The atmosphere was very personally, also, because the hotel during my stay was quite empty. I was for the 3 time in interlaken and this was the best hotel, in which i ever was. read more

    My room was relatively small, however very nice renovated and modern stylish in gray-purple-black. Also the bathroom was renovated and very spacious, even with a bath. 2 bottles of mineral water were in the room including, kettle with coffee, tea and schokizubereitungsmöglichkeit, pillows very comfortable, very wide bed in the single room Cons: shower head is too down i also have a further additional warm blanket for the stay in the winter desired. The wifi (inclusive)-signal in the room is not strong enough. The room lay to the back of the hotel. Actually very quiet. At the time of my stay there was a lot of snow, every night between 3 and 4 o'clock this was vacated-very geräuschintensiv.

    I had 'breakfast buffet' booked. There the hotel was relatively empty, there was only a limited buffet. Sausage, fish and cheese at the table served. The compilation, the quantity and the presentation were hanging from the present staff from (one day i received the aforementioned things even on demand). But i for breakfast don't miss it. Very good the bread was (there were changing sorts).

    The staff of the hotel particularly the front desk were very friendly. I asked about the somewhat noisy ventilation in the bathroom asked, and they were immediately adjusted.

    The hotel is from the train station interlaken west (with direct ice connection to Germany) about 3 minutes away on foot. In the hotel area you will find a lot of souvenir shops, restaurants etc. A migroß is also nearby. A bus stop is right at the hotel. Stops amongst others the bus, with the guest card for free use, and the line 21 to Thun.

The first impression from the outside of the hotel was not very promising, but certainly also the bad weather played a part. It is an older hotel in the middle of Interlaken and yet, when it comes to the rooms to the yard side, a very quiet location, with private parking. The front desk at the relatively inconspicuous front desk quick and easy-as were the pay at the check out-even nicer it would be former, when the receptionist also to a 'good morning' or a 'goodbye' would have committed ourselves. Very positive the room: not too big, but had everything ... that is needed: Safety deposit box, radio, flat screen tv, internet access and so on to enough clothes hangers-some of the hotel. The bathroom was large, new and modern equipped, with attentive snacks-very pleasant. The cleanliness in the rooms and sanitary area can only be described as very good. Breakfast was extensive and good-especially the bircher muesli. read more

The garage is small and reservation is requested. The breakfast was thin, the room rather large and for a good price. The view on the Virgin was not as good as promised in the internet. There is no privacy, because the window to transparent. The hotel is only a couple of minutes away from train station West, but you don't hear no noise. read more

Hotel Krebs is a medium sized 3-storey hotel with new renovation. Our family visited Switzerland for 17 days and stayed there for 7 nights between 19 and 26 Aug 2009. We loved the staff, the room, its food and its location. The staff services were impressive and we felt like at home. We would highly recommend it to anyone. read more

    We stayed in a suite (306). The room was modern and clean, with an impressive view of the snowy mountains. Although the suite was not very big and we had two kids, we felt very comfortable. The room had everything you would expect - TV, minibar, safe, hair dryer, etc. We liked the bathroom and its modern, new facilities. Our kids loved the room so much that they did not want to leave the room.

    We were half-board (all 7 nights) and liked the dinners a lot. The stone grilled steak and fried salmon were especially impressive. Appetizers and desserts were also our favourites. Our kids loved the risotto. The hot and cold buffet breakfasts were also very good, with a lot of varieties. Smoked salmon was good and there were Asian food. The environment is clean and the services excellent.

    The staff were superb and were the best that we ever met in any hotel around the world that we had stayed, no doubt the best during our trip. Very friendly, caring and warm atmosphere. The always smiling staff were very polite and helpful, and served us well. Even our kids liked them a lot. We would like to thank them again for their services and giving us memorable moments. For this reason alone, we are considering coming back the next time.

    Hotel Krebs is very close to Interlaken West rail station, a one-minute walk. The bus stop is just outside. Many shops are around, so is the supermarket. Its location is ideal for a trip to the nearby cities and towns like Bern, Spiez and Thun, or for a Thunersee boat cruise departing from the pier at Interlaken West. To visit the Jungfrau region, we had to change trains at Interlaken Ost (East) rail station, and that was the only slightly inconvenient thing that we found.

    Its in the middle of the attractions, market, train station and bus station. You just walk with your bags for few steps and there, the hotel in front of you.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Krebs. Booked a superior room and was not disappointed. Nice decor throughout the hotel and very pleasing room and en-suite. Great location in the centre of town, but not at all noisy. The only complaint (not really a complaint though...) was that the shower could have been more powerful. Would definitely stay again here! read more

A very nice and brand new 4star hotel which is worth the price. The rooms are not too spacious but very well equipped and feature flat screen tv. read more
