Simply dreadful, not worth the money. More applied as agreed, repayment had to be not properly done. Never again. read more

The building obtain security. The atmosphere has been lovingly designed, plenty of greenery to the exotic style. Although it lots of guests can accommodate it is spacious and homey at the same time. The entire hotel is very well maintained. Cozy small oases in each floor: comfortable ratansessel and an interesting the offer for magazines and newspapers tempt to linger. The breakfast is very fine, the hotel own coffee machine spoiled each sleepyhead! read more

    Spacious apartments hot a welcome. Our included even a bath tub. Really great is the bathroom and toilet separately to find. In the beds we slept like angels! The use of the free wi-fi is simply great!

    In the hotel Garni you will find generally no restaurant for. The small bar offers what your heart desires.

    the staff are efficient and friendly. There is no question not answered would get. Especially at the planning the daytrips receives one useful tips, suggestions and humorous anecdotes with hand.

    With the public traffic is fast one with all sights. Enjoyable the next stop is just a few strides away. There is a wide selection in various shops. For culinary variety ensure a colorful selection of restaurants, snacks, cafes etc.

I was for the second time, again with some colleagues in the terratel. Unfortunately it has become much worse, so for future business trips to Augsburg we choose a different hotel to be. The rooms are still okay so far, but shabby. The bathroom was not very clean and tidy, no dramatic, but it could have clearly better. Hair from the blame should be removed. Unpleasant was the attitude of the front desk. The two women seem rather than disruptive to guests. It may well be that we had only bad days, but moods just not on the guest to ... be experienced. Also at the breakfast there were problems, the offered dishes were for the number of the guests too tight, was already long time before breakfast ended not more. All in all, not more. read more

Disaster! Nice pictures on the internet. In reality not recommended! The restaurant of the owner is VERY GOOD! Fresh good food! All in all not recommended! Rude staff! Not a place for a holiday. read more

overpriced. Come into the years. Very poor service, musty, GDR style. Front desk clerk taught guests, you cut at as students. Bathrobe and towels cost extra despite high rates. Breakfast room a bit unclean, the doors and light switches should be cleaned-they are traces of very many-visitors. Overhaul would do well, especially in the fitness area. Overall, Charme of the seventies. This would be okay, if the price accordingly-with 50 up to a maximum of 60 euro. But you can get for the same money a room in a hotel, in a completely different class. read more
