The Hotel H10 Kurfürstendamm after full gutting 2011 opened. The rear building is a new building, the architecturally the front is like. Already when entering by one of the two medium-sized blinded doors the guest receives a impression of a very modern design. Through a foyer with two small steps leads into the lobby and to the front desk. The spacious reception area is mainly in white floor tiles and brown tones. There are also the hotel bar and the entrance to the restaurant, as well as to separate premises for guests, the ' privileges' package booked. We had only ... for an overnight stay booked with breakfast included. Because the hotel on the occasion of the international tourismusbörse, the on this weekend their besuchertore also for the general public was open, was completely booked, we had a free upgrade to a privileges-room.     We were already very early in the hotel, so we only our luggage parking and check-in and the reference of the room postponed to a later date to have. The hotel (since 2011 opened) is in the premises of a former school, as well as in a new building, building. New or modern and well thought out are not only the facilities all premises (i say this on the hall, on the restaurant and this also applies to the rooms). The staff was friendly and courteous to us. Have really good night's sleep, but that was on the bed and not on the floor. Most german tv channels were available, additionally a few international channels (cnn, al jazeera english) The Samsung-lcd flatschreens (circa 80 centimeter screen diagonal) have a good quality. The most rooms in accordance with ' fluchtplan' on our floor the same size. Nobel-rooms and suites were mostly in the old building, the former school directly at the joachimstaler street, furnished. There are no signs of wear and tear recognizable. As also in the entire hotel in the rooms a very stylish and modern atmosphere. It works really everything and on high level. Correction: At our first breakfast blinked a ceiling spotlights, due to a problem, the damage was immediately corrected. Motion sensor switch the flurlicht a, as soon as you walk out of the room. The three elevators to the new building work fast and reliable, there are hardly any waiting times.     The breakfast is fully a good 4 star standard. I (phony) have stayed in 5 star hotels in the morning meal, where the offer, the quality, the ambience and the service worse.     The h 10 Ku'damm has 20 parking spaces, and Berlin in my opinion much better with public transportation to explore is, than with the car. The Ku'damm is about 150 meters away, to the train station zoo (circa 600 metres away) one only few minutes runs. About 120 meters to the right and left of the hotel entrance the bus routes 204 and 249. = a possibility, to for example still faster to the hub ' zoological garten'zu arrive. Right next to the hotel is an access to the underground, (h ) Kurfürstendamm. We did not use these however. (probably a long walk to the 'tracks', because the actual entrance to the station is only a Kurfürstendamm even) The café king for 'you' and schiris is located in the street behind the hotel and the kadewe department store (about 1 kilometer) or the church is fast one on foot run. A Lidl-supermarket finds the interested sparfuchs right in the passage across the street from the hotel entrance. Be careful with the cross the street, please.

Pleasant and very nice city hotel. Very friendly friendly and accommodating staff. Wellness area a bit small, because we however always alone were, adequate. The hotel is very quiet however centrally located ( subway-station directly next to the hotel). Very good breakfast buffet. Definitely again! :-) read more

We were for the first time in Berlin and wanted to see the city and a little shop. For this the hotel was perfect. Right nearby the left something to be desired and hop-on-hop-off -bus station was also right around the corner. Great location and excellent service. read more

Very modern and lovely hotel with excellent breakfast buffet and great dinner in buffet form. Wellness area (sauna and turkish ) is very small, but also neat. Staff are friendly and helpful. Were as a part of from 'Berlin for berliner' and found it very nice, if we only one night there spent. read more

We were for the first time in this hotel and felt very comfortable. An ideal hotel around Berlin and its einkaufsmetropole to meet. Access to the subway in the immediate area, so that also a city trip comfortable can start. We were in the new building and had no disturbances due to any traffic noise, even when the hotel just a stone's throw from the Ku'damm away. We will in any case with our next berlin-visits here again in a heartbeat. read more

After a non-smoking room we had booked and yet a smoker's room received, we had to one night heatwave until we a different room got. Room service got by with a sprey around us the a nights pleasant way. read more

Stay for a christmas party. Only in the hotel and the rich and delicious breakfast on sunday enjoyed. The hotel offers great cleanliness, great design, nice atmosphere. I almost felt like at home, the large spacious rooms, the large bed with a super firm mattress. The Kurfürstendamm is in 1 minute and the motorways are quickly reached. A very modern city hotel with a great design, food, service and breakfast buffet. The spa area we didn't use. I the hotel can would not hesitate to recommend. read more

Modern and beautiful hotel in a central location with direct underground access. The optional against additional payment bookable 'privelege package' (services included: nespresso coffee, drinks, small cold dishes, small pastry in separate lounge) is recommended only with restrictions. We more promised. Unfortunately the waiters only insufficient around the lounge taken care of, so that already times dirty dishes piled up, dishes were missing or in the fridge missing drinks only on demand refilled. The atmosphere in the lounge is the lack of music and with card secured access sterile and cool. read more
