The rooms are fine. The size is normal. There is a big cupboard, where we have 2 all our clothes for 10 days building-so completely enough. The safe must be rented (circa 2 Euro per day). A small refrigerator is free in the room. The rooms are super decorated up to date-you can tell definitely, that everything new is also in the bath! All rooms are equipped with a balcony and depending on the location of the apartment you either had a pool/with a partial sea view or landesinner /with a partial ocean view.

So for the food we were really speechless. As i have already mentioned, we have previously stayed at the RIU Arecas and were gutted. Luabay this directly forget-wow! A massive selection of salads, side dishes, meat, fish, fruit! The taste was top! Every day both each noon, as well as every evening there was always something else! Especially for the live cooking times asian, even indian, times burgers to own, grilled fish, every day freshly prepared pasta, brick oven pizza, sushi, lammkottlettes, rinderhüftsteak. Every evening a massive selection of cheese! A real treat! You can also beautifully outside on the terrace sit and in the evening watching the sunset behind La Gomera watch! Wonderful!

The service was perfect! The waiters, the front desk, maid service everybody was totally nice and always tried! Most of the waiters spoke even german. As in some hotels a lot of people stealing, i find it completely reasonable, that a deposit for towels and a remote control were taken. The one receives back, so where is the problem? The parking space is with 13 Euro on the day already quite expensive but you in the area super many free parking!

As the english so love... Always funny evening shows, nice games at the beach! So it was always something to see and to join in! The pools were really great. The large in the shape and the infinity pool super cool! There was always enough chairs and umbrellas by the pool. To the beach you need a maximum of 5 minutes. The beach here Playa Fanabe is a little dark but it was never crowded and fine sand. Here there are very cool beach bars, where one its cocktail mix can. A bright sandy beach is only 10 minutes away. 2 chairs and a screen costs 15 €for it one gets also its cocktail brought to your beach chair - simply great!

After the bad reviews my predecessors, i expected the worst... A mistake! Just a great hotel. We have previously stayed at the RIU Arecas and the luabay is 10 times better! It was in the last winter completely renovated and remodelled. Optically the style it is probably a matter of taste, since it quite a bunker with 9 floors. But everything was in top condition! Everything really clean and very modern and stylish! Catering is half-board and universe inclusive are offered - we booked all-inclusive. The types of people are already very english-annoying but completely reasonable. Very many english nice families and couples (no shouting or similar!).

The location is absolutely great. It is not right next to beach but in 5 minutes you are there! In the description of catalog is' back on the main street'. This' main street is a quiet small street, on the maximum 40 kilometer per hour drive thus totally quiet! It is located in a great central, you can on foot many shops in the immediate area or, small malls, many beautiful restaurants, a small port. Only drawback are the two bars opposite the hotel, the till about 0 hours pretty loud music-the best to a room to pool the side issues-this one hears this hardly still.

The rooms are more than enough large for 2 persons, really nicely renovated, air conditioning 24/7 in the room adjustable, flat screen-tv with major international channels, small but completely sufficient balcony with lateral view of the sea, small shortcoming not lockable door from glass for bathroom/ toilet with a large gap, water temperature in the shower daily, no matter what time of day impossible to adjust, switch all couple seconds hot/cold. Mini bar to the drinks cool available, safe for a fee rentable. Unfortunately both to the neighboring rooms, as well as the hallway very badly soundproofed, if the maids your service start one believes they are next to a.

Main restaurant, for the number of rooms a bit too small, very recommendable the sun terrace, we had almost always luck and snatched as good as every time a table in the open. Dinner buffet with a large selection, something for everyone, however because of the guest structure relatively strong at English kitchen oriented. Different büfettspeisen, grill station with daily changing the offer for meat and fish, pizza- and pastatstation, paella. Against an extra charge ( as far as I know in all-inclusive-reservation once per stay included) there is still 2 theme restaurants ( mexican, spanish), this we didn't visited. During dinner one should appear not too late, until: o'clock there are dinner, from o'clock tunnel the buffet however already, and around point 9:30 P. M. even the dessert area already almost completely cleared away.

Staff everywhere very friendly and hard-working, to the floor everyone speaks English and also mostly German, cleaning of the rooms very good, only one negative - a 'typical' all inclusive hotel, only the beverages during dinner served, everything else self-service.

3 pool level with each for the size of the hotel too small pools, like unfortunately almost everywhere become habitual from sunrise loungers with towels reserved, after o'clock you have until the late afternoon no chance on a sunbed, which we however because of the beach didn't really bother us though. Animation available, however not used. At the beach recommends the purchase of its own sun screen ( in the various shops around about € 10), for 2 beach chairs and a umbrella for rent are €15 per day (!) requires. Beach generally very clean, toilet for a fee.

Recently renovated hotel, standard double room lateral view of the sea, unfortunately very badly soundproofed, estimated 90% of the guests from the uk (as in the entire place).

The location is really excellent, in the middle in the happening, but nevertheless from o'clock quiet, approximately 200 meters via some steps to the beach ( directly at the beach there is almost no hotel, at least the two-storey seafront is always between ), for excursions perfect as highway 1 minute away, because of the consecutive construction of the town however not within earshot. Airport about 25 minutes away by car, many bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the immediate area.

Size of the room but it was missing a chair before the desk, you had the bed no seating possibility in the room, balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. Safe for a fee and 10 Euro deposit. Air conditioning worked great which was also pleased with that since it was quite hot at the time.

We only used the buffet restaurant, the meat was always well seasoned, while salad and vegetables etc. Somewhat bland was. But all crunchy and with bite, also rice and pasta al dente and not overcooked. Desserts all tasty and not too sweet. The atmosphere in the dining room I found a bit cool and like a canteen, should you change. Also the air conditioning in the dining room needs more walk, since you mostly during the food sweat bathed was.

Staff were friendly and efficient, also in German language firm, daily room clean however not always very thorough, even the bedspread taken mood, not, it was left on the counter where we can put. Medium-sized hotel, many british people, hardly any German. Too many all inclusive guests. Good condition after renovation okey room clean and tidy but not thoroughly loungers by the pool abundant. Grounds and hotel was cleaned daily and the whole day cleaned all-inclusive buffet could be improved but something there for everyone to at the end Guest structure 70% english the rest mixed d, nl, b, f, Switzerland few russians.

Great everything in the immediate area

The room we found for a four-star hotel simply too small and it was nothing special ausgestatteat. No telephone in the room, no seating possibility, no desk. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the bathroom was very well equipped. Also the beds were very good. With all inclusive you had a kettle and coffee and tea in the room. But the fridge not. There the rooms newly renovated are, everything is very new and in good condition. Also, I would like to reiterate the really good cleanliness mention. As mentioned, for safe, internet, tv-remote control had to be paid separately.

There was just a restaurant, the à-la-carte restaurant was very small and thus actually always fully booked. The quality of the food left Much to be desired, it was nothing special varied. In the evening you had always the feeling, it is the use of leftovers from lunch and the next lunch from the previous evening. We have a time in the à-la-carte restaurant and this was actually even worse than in the buffet-restaurant, so not recommendable. There were also very few seats on the terrace, what very unfortunate, as it in the restaurant also very hot and was very loud. It was also not possible, after eating a coffee or espresso in the restaurant to drink, the machines were always turned off.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help, but the language skills were limited to English. It was very difficult place in the à la carte restaurant to get, to you had to at least 2 days wait. The cleaning of the rooms was thoroughly, but was cleaned to very different times, so that one difficult to adjust could and the maid came without prior request or knock into the room, which was quite unpleasant. For the remote control of the tv you had to a deposit deposit, which I never experienced. For the safe you had to figures, for towels anyway, also The internet was not included and very expensive (10 Euro per day!)

The animation was only loud, the evening entertainment very poor and actually only loud. The two pools were very nice and also very neat and clean. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were regularly cleaned, also The pool and the outdoor areas. The room was however very small and it Missed a seating possibility in the room. The food was of a four star hotel not at all appropriate. The selection a drink in all-inclusive was extremely limited and it was all very carelessly Arranged (no beautiful cocktails or the like). It were too many English in this hotel and the level significantly reduced and Sleep significantly affected. The hotel is in a very good location and The view of the sea and the island La Gomera very nice.

As it was only a short way to the beach is, is the location of the hotel very cheap, but not suitable for disabled people, since everything was very steep and many Stairs leads. Costa Adeje yes no grown place and so is the party mood very big. A quiet evening walk on the beach promenade is impossible, since you all couple meters is addressed, in a restaurant to come ', to buy something, etc. , this is extremely annoying. The easy access to public transportation is not so good, we have a Trip to Santa Cruz made, you have to by bus only after Playa las Americas and then where you can change. There is no direct bus connections from Costa Adeje to Santa Cruz or Puerto de la Cruz.

Many way too small! The closet has only one bar for hanging clothes. Fan nil return! An old dresser is with in it, the however because of of the fragrance in the drawers, probably since the ersteröffnung there is. The door of the bathroom is a nurglastür neither a latch a normal castle has. You can not complete normal close. It is only for lean thought. Beware of light switches! The switch for the exterior lighting are only decoration and could drop, as including the former port is. This is but unfortunately not more usable as the exterior lighting automatically from approximately 20:30 until: o'clock from the hotel geschalltet was. Oh, it is to be mentioned, that the mini fridge was free to use. Not for a fee as it was in the hotel description stands.

Well, long queue not. If you on English food is ok! A sort of pork or beef, a sort of poultry and a sort of fish. Enough! Oh, pizza there were also! Every evening the same. However we have to say, the everything was there, really nice decorated. It was clean in the restaurant also. Except for the table cloths, their change was not as good. Breakfast: typical English! Bacon and eggs, toast and ready-to-bake breads. You'll get something find. We were glad, if we are to take this subject food behind us.

Friendly to the staff partially really too are, if that you understand! From the arrival at reception, you have to say, that there German guests rather the minority is. But with English and hands and feet one gets ahead. In the restaurant you rather the feeling the staff not really want to work and do not know who which portfolio has. There is a lot mess. The one must tables to the other drinks get, the next tables clearing and again the next the first drinks bring. Who more than just a glass of wine beverage must really effort the address waiter and clearly to make you another glass wine would like. Who sit outside would, should lots of patience bring your own. As for 303 room are merely 18 tables in the outdoor area available. Also the places to sit ( tables) the in the evening the outside can be used, are rare benches. 16 piece! The maid seemed to daily to have been there. This was at the made beds and the change of towels feast. The cleaning nA ja! If you like foreign hair in the shower, splashing water from the showers on the door the bath, urinstein on off base of the toilet and spattered toilet bucket, with whatever is, could be satisfied. With complaints the caretaker once, acted as care at all, and he were never again seen!

The pools were not the greatest but they were clean. Just for 303 room much way too small! Especially you have in this hotel mostly all inclusive guests gladly at the hotel wish to stay. The pools are on two different level. But it looked really nice. Only loungers, not even for half the price of the guests available. The entertainment program was in our opinion more unwound than with fun decor. Well, we are however also not the people at the entertainment program participate. A passionate and animated impression made the entertainers on us not. Otherwise only English of the entertainers spoken.

This hotel is rather a three-star hotel! On the first glance the hotel makes much, but on closer look at you feast, the all more appearance than substance is. The renovations are only superficially cleaned. Merely the furniture seem newer date to be. Here you with new optics new guests lure. The charm of the old esmeralda is still stuck. This is just one example, the in the room the old escape plan the esmeralda is. Deposit for everything! Safe 10 Euro, pool towels piece 15 Euro and remote control for tv 15 Euro. A hoteleigenerparkplatz is available! Who per day gladly 13 Euro is charged it can then also use. Nationalities: in our opinion 70% English, 20% spanish, 7% french and 3% germans!

If you like in the middle in it instead of only with it is, is right at home here. Shops, bars and Halli Galli, there are in the immediate vicinity. Nice however it really just 150 meters to the beach are. The airport is by car about minutes away. Also the siam park and the Jungle park, which both recommendable are by car within a short drive.

Furnishing of the rooms spartan, but satisfactory. In the shower runs the water bad. You have to plug pull out. Balcony small, but sufficient.

In the restaurant no firm seats. Therefore every meal much uproar and gaps ( not only by guests, but also by waiter) Spanish ham was missing. Long queues the only 2 coffee machines with nevertheless 303 rooms.

Friendly staff. There will be more english than speak german. Also at the front desk one comes rather english as german. Cleaning of the rooms is excellent. Repairs were handled immediately. ( elevator within half a day again one made passable; soap with soap immediately refilled, although only after an instruction) the donors, by the way urgently be replaced, since a fehlkonsruktion are.

The hotel 'luabay' formerly Esmeralda Playa. It is totally renovated. Room and balcony are small but ok. For 2 people. The outside area is large and clean ( was constantly being cleaned), has however little gardens. Chairs are abundant and free of charge. Towels are available for deposit can be rented. ( at the beach in approximately 300 meters distance costs 2 loungers plus umbrella 15 € on the day). 80% of the guests come from britain. 70% are on 60-years-old. In the outdoor area it is through the traffic very loud. A lot of concrete.

To the beach it are 300 meters, to the airport about 18 kilometer. in the area many purchase- and entertainment possibilities. Bus station about 300 meters away ( Fanabe Plaza).

Rather somewhat small and noisy furniture were reasonable. On the sixth floor really beautiful view from the small but sufficient balcony. safe and TV available. Fridge lächerlicherweise only for a fee. from the 2 bars in front of the hotel alternating with live music we got in the room little with good sound-proofed windows.

2 restaurants even a la carte and a buffet very good was the one for the entry to a free table was. the bar felt unfortunately the charm a station concourse food and drinks were very good and rich

the pools were very nice and it was on the lower deck chairs always one of the pools was heated. the so-called wellness area is not worth the name, way too small and overpriced.

Actually a very big hotel. Since carpets was unfortunately the walls were a bit thin. cleanliness was very good. We had for our week ail INN English Spaniards and German in the majority. the age average was over 60

very nice location only about 3 minutes to the beach and Dr promenade the airport Tenn-South about 30 kilometer after La Gomera several times a day with the ferry. Siam park 10 minutes the Teide national park 1 hour 20

we had a superior room on the sixth floor it was great. The daily cleaning was excellent.

The restaurant is not nadürlich in, but on the first floorthe selection of food and drinks was very good! Man was placed what we found was a good thing!

staff was very friendly. Knowledge of German were sufficient. Cleaning of the rooms was very good!

The Unterhaaltung in the evening can be omitted!

The hotel was fundamentally 2011 renovated. If you don't problems with to zu80 % occupancy by ENGL centers you can recommend this hotel. The hotel is clean. Problems it was with the elevators. Complaints were handled quickly.

The sea is on your doorstep. In nearby neighborhood 2 bars with music until midnight. If you mind that should not book. Offers for excursions is reaching sells.

there was 1 restaurant, unfortunately in an intolerable odor (as a drain) it is really a pity because the food varied and freshly prepared was.
