A great complex for beach vacation.

You can room in the two main buildings or connecting condominiums book. We decided for an apartment for 4 persons in the condominiums. The premises were clean; everything was before thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen is with basic things equipped. Only drawback: if you from the country one is quite larger premises used. It is everywhere rather closely too (in the bathroom, on the steep steps.). Otherwise there was only one bedroom, the children used. My wife and I slept on the pull out couch, the we every morning then back off and had to push together. It seems to ... me it would have been better, the apartments for 6a 7 persons to book. There are then 2 bedrooms. The hotel was in this period exclusively from austrian and swiss (young ) families manned. Oh yes. The specified children's playground equipment are rather a joke. So what is almost not available. The rear pool for smaller children is well heated. Altogether you can tell, that the complex good respectively daily maintained. read more

    We had hardly contact with the staff. Nevertheless: both on the way there, as well as for the return trip we could uS in the German language well understood. The employees were nice (and took it also not usual, that a plate broke down).

    The pools are top! The water is always clean ( the constant exchange of waters I already mentioned :-). Unfortunately was the regular evening children's disco. Would be really improved. The two girls have merely some movements fooled, the children then copy should. The dancers are so good as never the children received or with the spoken. The disco for children seemed woods and just unwound. Really unfortunately... We have in Turkey even experienced differently. The beach was clean.

    The hotel complex is on the edge a completely new laid out district. Really nice! In spite of the large street it is on the complex very quiet, if you're from the permanent swimming pool wassernachlauf, the night especially loud ripples mind :-). One is relatively fast at the beach. The hotel has it's own beach section with chairs and sun screens. Really great, since this very expensive are, if you individually rent needs. The center from Caorle is also not far (10 minutes). In the immediate environment there are a large familia -supermarket and a small bakery.

The complex is really nice, the location is perfect. Old town, beach, supermarket, lunapark and aqualand are easily accessible on foot. The car can therefore the whole time stand still. The pool' s were very clean - our apartment unfortunately not! read more

    As already mentioned, we have a wrong apartment received! Bathroom: we were 6 persons and only had 1 small bathroom without windows! Kitchen: if you upper kitchen cupboard was open, could not be to the front door of the hotel or - total bad planning! Dishwasher was available. Balcony: the balcony was about 1.50 meters wide-the table but also! Was difficult outside to sit. There were only 4 chairs available. In the apartment was free safe available.

    We had an apartment with 1 double room and 1 triple room reserved and unfortunately a apartment with 1 double room and 1 room with two single beds received! The apartment was nothing special clean - stains on the floor, hair from the previous person in the bathroom! As I have complained about, I only got unfriendly answers!

    Beach: the beach was very extensive-shower and toilets were available and clean. Good thing is, that the loungers at the beach included are, the rent for one week is very expensive. Pool: there were three pool' s available - there were always enough beach chairs available ( also in the peak season). Animation respectively kids club I didn't see any.

    Old town: I think wonderful! Lots of alleys, pedestrian precinct. A wide selection of restaurants and cafes! Has flair! Beach: the indication 100 meters to the beach is unfortunately not right-there are already rather 300 meters. For children ideal, as you into the sea can walk! Supermarket: approximately 200 meters to the supermarket - as you get everything the fair price. Lunapark: this was end of August partly already taken away. Aqualand: entry very expensive, umbrella and warm water for showering cost extra! But great slides.

We Warin in one of the vacation apartments with a terrace direct to the pool, in this kind of great complex especially for children. Big supermarket very close ( important for self provider), great beach easy to reach, loungers/ umbrella was included. read more

The area is very nicely designed and is conveniently location both to the beach, as well as to the center.     There are different room types and sizes. The terraces and balcony are different. However seemed the balcony the apartments quite small. The furnishing is already a bit shabby, although the complex is not that old. Doors, furniture and sofa have already some scratches. In the bathroom, the silicone seams urgently be renewed and new mountings especially in the shower would be necessary. Our washbasin had 3 light cracks. Unfortunately we had for a 5. Apartment only 3 towels and 4 sheets. Otherwise missing a lot of dishes and cutlery.

    Kay from the reception is always friendly and tried everything to explain. The junior manager should however polite and nice to its guests his. It is him hard, with the customers smaltalk or only a pleasant stay or a good trip home to be. The cleaning of the rooms left this year much to be desired. The fridge was inside from head to toe with sticky juice spilled. Before the fridge was on the floor also a large stain. The corners there were 'approximately' wiped. Bed sheets and towels were clean.

    The pool area is huge and right well maintained. There was always enough chairs. The beach is clean. There were some shelves, so that again and again ' meerespfützen ', in the beautiful mussels, crabs, fish, discovered arise. The apartment was very spacious included bathroom with plenty of space. A big plus are the dishwasher and the washing machine. The hotel is very well-kept and there is always enough loungers by the pool. The staff is always friendly and competent. The proximity of the center completes the good offer from. Our apartment was in the main building. We would definitely come again. read more

    We had a room in the brand new opened area on the top floor. At the planning I was obviously not carefully, that a pull-out bed the stretched condition stop twice as lots of space need. That then the table not more could park there; that the fridge was cool appears, but a additional riesenmöbel is. The tv is quasi in the' children's room'.     The pool and the loungers around it are well maintained. It is pleasant, in the earlier morning a few lengths (probably approximately 20 meters) to swim. In the afternoon swimming is no longer an issue, since then lots of people in the water are; the mood is however always pleasant. The fitness program is a slanted thing: the aerobics show the girls invites more to barmäßigen watch instead of the active participate a. The beach is huge, very nicely, and offers versatile possibilities ( sport, bathroom, peace...) the from the hotel assigned was a bit far in the back rows. The distance to the beach is the information in the announcement in the hotel described-the path was over a large street and is therefore not child-friendly. The distance to the town center is approximately 600 meters, no massive distance is, as way back after a good dinner with strandpromenadenausflug with small children a rights challenge can.

Our third stay with baby/ small child this attractive apartment hotel ( new, modern & clean, included Dishwasher, washing machine), apartment with baby carriage reachable, shop/ large supermarket in the immediate area, beach & old town with innumerable restaurants on foot quickly reachable. Beautiful newer complex - good location - anytime again! read more

The hotel is from the outside top, the swimming pool, reception very well maintained. Parking also great. But we had about booking. com check New room booked, we had an old room which Was really clean. The backup is in the 2 days about 5 times out flown. We were so far every year in this hotel, however so a bad apartment we have never seen. In the evening we wanted the balcony, however because of the odors (channel ) unfortunately not possible. Complaint at the reception - unfortunately not manned (about 10:30 p. m.) The rooms or ... furnishings should be renovated, as the Hotel not really old. Instead of the expansion could better the existing rooms renovations in them should. read more

This is a great resort. We had a 3-storey semi-detached house (6 beds) with a view of the pool. Pool was always open until 11:00 P.M.. We had some concerns because of the long opening hours. But the noise level was very quiet. Supermarket directly behind the hotel area. Beach is not far. and very well maintained. We can only recommend this hotel. read more

Check-in is normally only ab14 hours but we could from twelve o'clock in the room. Apartment over two floors, two bathrooms two bedrooms and a sofa ausziebare. Everything was clean and neat and spacious. Mattresses are very hard! No matter what you need always friendly service 24. Pool areas were cleaned every morning. Enough beach chairs and umbrellas available by the pool. All with prams/wheelchair accessible. Lifts available. Whole area very well kept and green. Specified play area on the grounds are a small house and a swing animal. But it was right behind the complex a public playground. Supermarket ... within walking distance, not even five minutes read more

Very clean rooms and a perfect setting. The staff are very friendly and the German language powerful. Supermarket is next door, the beach is five minutes walk. The town center can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes we were thrilled! read more

Our main point is the poor service. It started already at the check-in: the confirmation we were promised a 2-room-apartment for 1-5 people. We have an extra apartment with five roosts booked, so that our daughter didn't have to sleep on a sofa, that actually to sit (television) and every evening must be converted. We have only an apartment for four persons (4 roosts, two of which are living room on the sofa bed) received. We have at the front desk complained immediately. The manager told us first, that the complex was fully booked and we could get no other ... dwelling. Then he changed his mind and said, that the allocation of the various homes of the number of people and noisy booking after a bit of tooing and forth he said, that our travel agent only apartments for four people could. This is true and not according to the catalog confirmation. All in all, the employees were at the front desk and the manager very rude and if you don't want more, you have done so, as if they were neither German nor English effort to understand to understand or as we would have difficulties, you. Villaggio Hemingway book we do not again, because the price performance ratio not true. For the price would have to be everything top and that is really not the case. read more

Nice family apartments. The hotel is:no children's playground,. Check-in was a disaster. Our room was only around 6:00 P.M.! Cleaned vomit. An imposition for a family with small children, a long journey behind them. read more

We spent a lovely week in this area. The kitchen could be a bit better. Unimaginative we found the entertainment for children (every afternoon painting). The use of the pools until late in the night was great. All in all, it was a very beautiful, clean area, we would be happy to recommend. read more

tolle Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Toll auch die Tiefgarage. Entfernung zum Strnad ist in Ordnung, da 3 Straßen das Hotel vom Strand trennen können Kinder jedoch nicht alleine zum Strand gehen. Momentan wird neben der Anlage gerade eine weitere Anlage gebaut - der Baulärm ist aber sehr moderat. read more

Beautiful, new decor of the apartments, we had the 3 room apartment with 2 bathrooms, was ideal. Completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine there was. Walking distance to the beach reasonable, just across the width street and then the side street to the beach. In the pre and off season super value for money! read more

There was really everything available, we would always book this hotel again. The check-in at the front desk was very professional, quick and in German, we received several room cards. The price for the WLAN was quite steep. The pool is very clean, enough pool chairs were available. The room had a living and bedroom. In the living room, a kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine in the bathroom, safe in the bedroom. read more

Trotz dass das Hotel erst zwei Tage geöffnet hatte, war es top gerüstet. In Punkto Sauberkeit konnten wir nichts bemängeln. Einziges Manko war, dass es durch die Winterpause recht kalt im Apartment war. Im April nicht angenehm, im Hochsommer sicher schon. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend bzw. die Fa. V. ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. read more
