Hello I am Timo, this hotel is an excellent hotel, plentiful food, room top, short way to the beach, and the most of what pleased the very many met nice people have, especially the waiters are very friendly accommodating, the entertainment shows einfacdh have been great, especially Fatih a very nice Young from the animation team is the heart, have wanted to Germany taken, he does his job with such devotion, plays with the guests darts, water polo and the club dance by the pool you have to have experienced this. This hotel I can only the A + soutenant ..., actually has it everywhere a 10 rating. The director-general is a very nice man went to our every need. Visited this hotel, you won't regret it, the trips in the disco summer garden are very good organized, Wilan is in the lobby, and drinks full. There is also a small supermarket in the hotel. And the view of the sea is simply super, pool is also beautifully, simply superb. read more

The cleanliness left especially in the rooms to be desired. Also in the farthest corners of the hotel you could not see. There stacked old carpets, mattresses, etc. To the beach we went to the nearby highway and then a rather ailing steel stairs down. The beach bar was an old hut from wood, the inviting not at all looked. However was the food in the hotel ( we were all inclusive guests) varied and tasted good. Also the swimming pool was well maintained and reasonable. The slides were unfortunately only by the hour in use. Entertainment possibilities or bars ... and restaurants outside of the hotel are only by taxi to reach. In the surroundings there were unfortunately nothing. All together a good beach vacation. read more

It was our first time in the hotel and are very satisfied. The hotel is well-kept, clean and family friendly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Children each age was in the very good hotel repealed. The location is very nice. Shops are about 2 kilometers away. The food is varied. Since we the hotel liked a great deal, we will again next year fly. read more

The hotel left to time unfortunately with the maintenance after. By simple renovation works could the hotel but again properly repaired. The number is sufficient, the outdoor area was clean. The rooms were fine as far as, but honest way must be said, that the bathroom completely new renovated to a German tourist appropriate standard than four star hotel to do it justice. Furthermore, must when you first close, at the türaufhängung spachtelarbeiten and again again be deleted. What the bathroom once again concerned, we must unfortunately to instructions, the in the corners below black mold is available, also in ... the tile joints can be seen. That's why really need to the bathrooms in the hotel complex renovated to the 4 stars be able to keep. Counter possibility in the bathroom should also be increased. All inclusive was more or less fine but nothing special, what the eating and drinking regards. For 4 stars we better used. The types of people were oK, but very lots of russians, Poland and Slovakia were present, German tourist are but also locally in low number. Average age was with 18 to 75 mixed, but very many young guests available. read more

    Unfortunately were the tables too quickly cleared and there was no new cutlery. If you as a guest a little later on the table came, it was not cleared or not fast clean and newly renovated, for the new guest, you had to the waiters itself somehow respond, so that the table clean.     The staff were very friendly, however many languages no German or English, but unfortunately only turkish and Russian, which sometimes problems with the communication was. The room was cleaned every day and it was fresh towels. Dealing with complaints are unfortunately only reluctantly accepted and not friendly and accommodating after the motto :' the guest always comes first'.

From the guests super good arrival and the entertainers would be even better and would be much more with the guests play. Umbrella, loungers, cushions at the pool and the beach need urgently be renewed. The beach section should clean are kept, so that also sometime a blue flag. We need to own lifeguards on the beach section set in are. Unfortunately the beach bar to be desired and should be completely demolished and rebuilt. There should be more places to sit and tables give. The sewage this hut should not at the beach along into the sea be dissipated, it has really unhygienic smelly. The filter for the water pumps for beer, Cola and other drinks need thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, since also here stinky smells occurred were. The cloth at the bar should every day was again changed to bacteria and germs to prevent.

    Distance to the beach 400 meters instead of 200 meters as in the catalog. Alanya was 27 kilometer away from the hotel with dolmusch for 2,50 Euro very cheap per drive. Airport was about kilometers away. Best purchase- and unterhaltungmöglichkeit was Alanya. Excursions for security reasons, please only with the travel guide and not with pub suppliers!

To overbooking from our hotel we arrived in the Aska buse. We were traveling with 6 adults and a child almost 2-years-old. We got 1 times double room and 1 times family room. Great for 3 booked rooms. On demand for a crib was a first information there is a 3. Bed in the room, what however no crib was. Repeated demand at the front desk and we got a crib which completely was unreasonable. 1 it was rusty and folding the one fear to have had with every movement worked this come together 2. war the mattress so dirty ... the and revulsion already started up. The Colleagues the front desk may be adjusted not be the staff at the evenings/ night worked there was not very friendly. Quite in comparison to other members of the very nice and helpful was. We travel for years in Turkey and have already experienced, but I not recommend this hotel if you with children traveling. We have moved into another hotel and we could then relaxed our vacation enjoy. read more

We were 3 friends and are equipped with all satisfied. There were very little German, however Russians and Poland didn't bother me, were very friendly and quiet.     The first room which we got was all right, however it was at first glance into the bathroom almost speechless. Everywhere mold in the shower, on the floor and on the walls. Also in the room were partly very strange stains on the walls. After a complaint we could the room change (we were right at our travel guide turned, not the staff, had on the next day a new room) This was a little bit better.

    The food wasn't really varied. Everyday the same. Salad buffet was big and the desserts (the jedohc so incredibly sweet). The main courses similar every day and it was little choice. With 11 days vacation depends on a fast sick... Positive: evenings always freshly made it clean. The À-la-carte restaurant is located in the disco'

    The service was not very good. The staff at reception could partly only badly German or English. The waiters in the restaurants were all very young boys, the plates pulled away while you are still eating. They were partly very unmotivated in the area rum. If you act and the table, but were not covered, you seldom cutlery -one had it yourself.

    The location is good, one is within short time by bus in avsallar (costs 2 Euro for two people). A small town in which you on wednesday a bazaar and apart from that very lots of shops finds. Also to Alanya and side you got by bus

The annual leave was there! The most we appreciated some misstatements in respect of the beach met, he was Of an old rusty Eisentreppe approximately 45 steps after about 300 meters and totally dirty, as well as the beach bar. Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. To every day and nighttime will help you out. The rooms are clean and tidy. The dishes were every day different and typical of the country. You can therefore the diversity the Turkish kitchen enjoy. The pool is cleaned every day and is very clean. The friendly atmosphere in the hotel falls one especially on. The first room was not habitable, only one night, afterwards beautiful room, 80% Russians not all behavior bad! 89 steps from the beach the bar, and it was over 40 degrees in the shade. read more
