The room was very spacious and nice :) We had varsinn bed and they were probably about 120cm wide. There were 3 pieces large closets with salute and place to hang a lot of clothes. Inside the room you have your own fridge, safe, aricondition, televisions, hair dryers, etc. In addition to the beds, there was a desk, 3st bedside table and 2 chairs and a table and outside on our patio, there were two chairs and a table and place to hang wet towels and bathing suits.

In addition to the hotel's own restaurant so there were at least two, and both had very good food! :) For example, try camel steak, which according to my dear friend was absolutely superb! :) .. And the prices are very low, pizza 10-20 Egyptian pounds and a plate with a lot of seafood and other treats for the 70LE. The hotel's own restaurants had very good food, and even though they are cooking for so many awesome people, it was not chicken or lamb dry :)

The staff was serviceminded, kind och when we had a problem with the shower it took just about 5min for the servicestaff to come and fix it :) Very clean rooms! They are good in english och german (the language i needed) :)

During the week, so we could swim and sunbathe on new beaches / pools every day and according to me it is a very good rating! .. and looking at the pier so it is perfect snorkeling water where you can see many colorful corals and fishes .. :) You can play tennis, squash, aerobics, paragliding, pedal boats and lots of other fun games on the water and land.

Clean, very good service, big rooms and a beautiful view from them! :) We where to women 40+ from sweden who like good service, sun, swimming, good food and drinks, party and peace and quiet at the same time and all this you can get here! :)

2m to the beach and inside the resort you have alot of shopping, bars, restaurangs, disco so if you dont want to you dont have to leave the resort :)

The matress was a bit hard for me but my husbond liked it

We found it varied and high in quality.

The staff spoke very good english which is not common in Egypt. they were very friendly. The hotel has a desk for Guest Relations and the two ladies working there was an extra plus for the stay

*It turned out there was a Sports Center where you among other things could get massages - and very good ones indeed!

We had booked a romm with a view at the laguna and it was lovely. The sheets and towels were changed every day and the room was kept very clean. There was no complimentary soap or shampoos but we didn't mind that. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. We had a all inclusive stay and were quite aprenhensive regarding the food selection but it was so good and very varied and high quality.

we liked that it was about 2 kilometers from the nearest city - it was very quiet and we could easily walk to town when needed The beach was excellent!

Great room size, overall good value for money. Pleasant guest structure, great food, staff attentive and courteous -not intrusive-, great massages!... Weather super, great diving and snorkeling. Entertainment in the evening somewhat modest-but always make an effort. Also with scrape count!

Optimal distance from the airport.

The staff is very freindly and you fell at home the. the speek english and dutch. Every day the rooms are cleand. There and laundry service, doctor. klinik, massage, docktos fill, hairdresser, tennis cort, hotel taxi, fotoshop, geustreslations, and more.

this is a very nice hotel whit over 300 rommes. The hotel is placed by the beach and there are two lagunes, 2 pools and a pool for children. the hotel i all included. Theres a main rastaurant thats serves breakfest an dinner. 2 restaurants that serves dinner, an italien rstaurant and an ala carte resturant. At the beach the are vollyball, dart, warter sports and reffs for diving. The naionalita af geust are danish swedish norway rushens, germanie and more. There are pool bar, tango bar, smal disko, pooltabels, inside bar and more. The staff at the hotel is very helpsom and servis mindet.

The hotal i right at the besch. there are 5 minuts driver to newhurghada and 5 miniutes drive TO EL DEHAR (bezar) 7 minutes drive to the new marine, the big moske, fishmarket, 15 minuts drive to senzomall)

really clean. They make some animals of the towels on the bed.

Every restaurant had really good food. Only the Italian restaurant was a litte less polite. Cleaning in the restaurants is amazing. They clean up everything really tidy. perfect. You can eat a very numerous types of food. Pasta, rice, meat, fisch, soup, bread, Everyhing. The prices are really cheap. When you imagine it would cost in holland, youll be amazed.

Everyone is really friendly. Weather it is morning or night. Even on the beach they serve you drinks! They speak englisch and German very good.

pool is really clean. The poolman cleans it every evening from 6 o clock until 11/12 o clock to get every dirt out of the water.

The people here work very hard to keep everything clean. There ara a little Russian guest but most of the people are Dutch or from Germany. The breakfast is really wonderfull. You can get everything a man can imagine. OVer all it is peacefull and quit, not that many children. Most couples.

The beach is wonderfull. Really good for snorkeling. Better than the boat on sea. You can shop in the area, but everyone want to get you in their shop. The excursion possibilities are enourmous.

The rooms were huge. The beds were in very bad condition. Bathroom was very small and the towel racks rusts. Flat screen and 4 german programs.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were right next to the hotel, one had the hotel leave, in the restaurants to come.. There were three restaurants next to each other. But in the facilities and the food identical. The tables were dirty and the service had dirty clothes. The choice was very small and the dishes almost daily repeated and it was hardly fresh fruits offered.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating Very good german, Zusatzleistungen how for example wireless internet very expensive.

Leisure facilities at the beach - very good. The pool and the loungers have already gotten a bit old. Showers and toilets very clean and neat.

Wireless internet was very expensive, 1 hour 4 Euro, Food was not diverse, the tables not cleaned, the staff had dirty clothes. We Were already often in Egypt and had much better hotels and catering. We wouldn't book again, although the outside area very nice is.

We had a very large room at a quiet place next to the pool. Room was kept clean very well. Minibar, watercokker, tea etc. is present in the room, and a balcony or terrace at every room. TV of good quality, nice bathroom. This hotel is not brandnew but it is very pleasant, nice and clean. We only thought our beds were very hard, which was a little bit less comfortable than we had hoped for. Although I must say we slept very well. We had a room on the ground floor and after a few days we got neighbours on the first floor in the room above ours and that was a little bit noisy sometimes when they were apparently pushing the furniture across the room.

Many bars and restaurants for all meals and drinks in different spots: close to the hotel lobby, at the pool and at the beach. Very good buffet meals, also for vegetarians and " difficult eaters". Only once, on the last evening I went to the Italian restaurant because for vegetarians there was too little choice for food at the main restaurant. Service at the restaurants was good, the waiters take away your empty plate right away so you can choose another dish, and come at your table if necessary to see if you want a drink. The restaurants are nice and cosy: not one big restaurant room but several smaller ones. The type of food changes every night, buthtere is always a choice for both Egyptian meals and European like pasta, potatoes, vegetables, fish and meat, fruit and lots of desserts.

Very pleasant and helpfull staff, very kind, and not because they want a tip. Almost everyone speaks English and/or German well enough to answer your questions or to have a conversation. Room cleaning was excellent, the chambermaid (man) made very funny towel-arts for us.

At this hotel you can always find a sunbed or a chair at the beach or at the pool, even when it is crowded. Towel service is available, everything is clean and is being cleaned several times a day. The animation team organizes some activities but it is not too much noise. There are also many possibilites to do sports, like tennis courts, fitness gym, diving and aqua center, massage possibilites, Dr. Fish foot treatment, etc.

Very nice hotel, with private beach and house reef, good food, clean comfortable rooms, very kind English and German speaking staff. All inclusive service means every day a big bottle of water in your room, and of course all meals, snacks and drinks for free during the day. Hotel has many bars and restaurants with variable buffet meals. Also an Italian restaurant where you have to pay, but the prices are very low and you also get a discount of 20 Egypt. pounds per person. Guests are mostly Dutch and German, and also a few from Scandinavia, Russia and other countries.

Great location in Hurghada, hotel has its own beach and house reef, many chairs, beds and bars next to the pool and the beach. Nice bazaar with shops next to the hotel, and ATM in the Arabella hotel next tot his one. The hotel also offers various nice excursions for snorkling or desert safaris.

The size of the room was more than adequate. Storage space is even for three people enough available. The air conditioning was clear too loud, this sleep. Luckily we needed this not. Kettle and mini bar (with daily replenishment ) were available and in very good condition. On the balcony bafand a possibility for drying the bath things. The size the bath was sufficient, but the einrichtungsgegestände be urgently renewed, which the cleanliness but no harm.

The hotel complex features 4 main restaurant (for breakfast and dinner), pool restaurant and Marina for lunch, and à-la-carte restaurant (against payment) and 8 bars with different opening times. If you the food weighted is your own fault! Also the young guests was here with a separate kids buffet thought. To all meals was a live cookingbereich developed, where it freshly prepared national and international dishes. The breakfast was very strong europeanized, at lunch there was dishes typical of the country and in the evening there was daily changing theme buffets. :-) The offered cocktails were not in the least the international standards! :-(

Before one the hotel for the first time enter, a the luggages and up into the room brought. Also with the departure the luggages (no matter at what time ) in the room pick up and transfer bus brought. This hotel was in a very pleasant! At the front desk could all of the staff german, in the other areas of the hotel it was partly german, but definitely english spoken. Over the cleanliness of the room we could complain at any time, since it certainly not always easy (desert). With criticism was friendly, grateful and openly dealt. The hotel verfürgt also a dialysis division and a private doctor.

At the beach and also by the pool were enough chairs with cushions available, these were however not always in the best condition. The umbrellas at the beach are not all in the best quality condition. Shower/toilet are always clean and neat.

A good hotel, which but unfortunately not a 4 star hotel. One tries with obvious flaws (broken furniture in the restaurants, cushions for the beach chairs...) Quickly to eliminate. A general overhaul of the bathrooms is urgently recommended (also the management of the internal guest questioning told). Over the cleanliness in general you can't complain. Quality, quantity and the variety of the food were for the standards of the country very good. The inclusive services the beverages concerning were disappointing. During our stay, there were people staying over the winter, as well as families with children present.

The transfer time from the airport is direct only about 10 minutes. The hotel has it's own beach. It is a small bazaar at the hotel mangeschlossen, whereas the traders different pushy. In the neighboring hotel there is a disco. Otherwise is the entertainment very discreet, which we as pleasant epfanden. The only nearby, the public restaurant, the 'Villa Kunterbunt', corresponded by far not our expectations (the three-course menu without drinks was included), because the food was here from a worse quality than in the hotel. Because it in Hurghada for the tourists unfortunately only unschaubaren transport, we have us with the taxes good to move (rates are before the start of urgently needed to negotiate). Excursions are through the travel agent in the hotel bookable.
