All together a very well located hotel, with great room and otherwise very friendly staff.
Would book it again any time as it is so nice and one with short on foot easy access to the mall is and thus the best. Only the breakfast for gold members participated very continental anymore but is ok! read more

The hotel has a central location only approximately 10 minutes on foot from the white house. Through this location nearly all sights to reach on foot. A metro station located three blocks away.
The rooms were clean, very spacious and equipped with everything, what you can imagine: Two Queen beds, sofa. Large flat -tv, fridge, coffee machine.
Positive Marginal: when checking in we were greeted by an German speaking front desk employees received, which apart from that in the United States extremely unusual.
All together you can the hotel highly recommend. read more

The hotel captivates with its location. If this were not, I would not recommend it! Otherwise really not the Hilton standard. The rooms are A matter of luck, first of all, we had a hole with a small bed and a view in the ugly inner courtyard, after a complaint, which was edited, muttering under our breath, after a wait we got a beautiful, large room with a large bed and nice view. read more

Great location, white house is quais to the corner.
Very noisy, either by road or the air conditioning on the roofs of the other houses.
The club room was definitely not on. Facilities and the breakfast is not better of the room in elztalhotel is a disgrace! Butter, toast, hard-boiled eggs, something fruit and hot drinks from Starbucks cups-cleanliness left more than to be desired-tables were not cleared or wiped.
Respect is a rogue-city Washington. In almost all of the restaurants was charged us more than we actually had.
Hotel pool very indifferent pres, it not interested, if one comes ... or-very rude, you feel like you are not comfortable. On each case would choose another hotel for the stay. read more

The hotel is centrally located close to the white house, walk ten minutes
The room was very large with all the usual amenities. The bathroom is very nicely renovated, but the shower in the tub with a shower curtain, this is not more up-to-date.
The restaurant have we only for the breakfast, very large selection at the buffet offered and very friendly service. For a snack and drink you can use the lobby bar. read more

Unfortunately the pool was despite summer weather was still closed the pool.
The main attractions are within a few minutes walk to reach to.

Absolute plus is the location, the white house Room literally around the corner, the " mall " with the impressive museums (all free admissions) 10 minutes driving distance from the Capitol 20 minutes, everything is within walking !!! We were a little disappointed from the breakfast buffet, for max. $25.00 per person the offer was a bit limited, have already seen better and more for less money Tip, the Starbucks right across; ), which is a little "Woe" does is a taxi from the Dulles Airport, 30 minutes for $65 - but - that's just like it if you ... want to have this location. I can recommend remains the 1.5 hour walk through Georgetown ( all walking distance from the hotel). read more

A very nice and well-kept hotel in good location. The hotel was probably newly renovated in the last year and therefore there was everything in top condition. Our room was very large and comfortable furnished complete with small kitchen. The cleanliness of the whole hotel was spotless. The hotel is at walking distance from many places such as for example. The White House, explored on foot. We would always book this hotel again. The only downside was the breakfast As Starbucks, but right across the street, you can take the but in purchase: O) tip for the evening: A visit ... to "Georgetown". read more

We stayed in August and it was very hot. As was a surprise when we asked about the pool and got in response, that we would have to content in bath tub, as there are no facilities such as pool. Other than that, it was a lovely place with nice staff and wonderful central location. Again at any time. read more

The hotel is really recommendable! Large room, great bathroom (standard amenities with hair dryer, shampoo, soap and good smelly body lotion: -)), safe, small adjoining kitchenette (with wine chillers were, coffee maker, tea making facilities), big bed, big TV, sofa, desk. In the hallway our floor we had a chance to get at any time ice cubes from a machine (in many other hotels in the United States but also common). We didn't eat in the restaurant, gym etc. We didn't use. The location is central (near Mall - Capitol, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, White House). Everything in Washington is ... very spacious, so that it was because of a big plus is a centrally located hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. read more

The Capital Hilton Washington D. C. Is located in the 16th Street / corner K-street directly in viewing to the White House. The Mall, the Washington monument and the Pennsylvania Avenue are within easy walking distance. The hotel is in the lobby and halls very solid; quiet piano music greets guests the check-in. Security was very important, so numerous security staff the individual corners of the lobby line. The central facilities as well as its rooms are clean and well maintained. But the rooms were ", combining the charm of the 1980s. Breakfast is served in the hotel offered against ... appropriate payment, and can in the countless coffeeshops nearby were served. Mostly Americans in the Capital Hilton, but also different European nationalities were represented. The hotel has 6 elevators. read more
