We had stayed for the view on Times Square in first place, location and view were totally what we hoped to get. The hotel itself is okay, though room and bathroom seemed to have aged a bit. In the shower, cleaning was not very accurate as there were some hairs to be found by arrival.
I am not so much in favor of extra fees for basically everything, during a one-night-stay it is however possible to avoid that anyway. Staying in the middle of NY as a visitor probably doesn't need an extraordinary hotel, take a walk around the city read more

The hotel's location is excellent!
Really is located right on the Times Square. Everything is close by, that you need. Through the central metro bahnkreuz ( Times Square) one really reaches every corner of New York. Also on foot were very many places distance (Central Park, Rockefeller Center...)
The good also about the hotel is, that the cheap room in the upper level are. It is therefore not a problem a room on the 42 floor to get.
Complaints were handled quickly.
So i again and again! read more

Hotel lies right in the middle of times square, better location goes not. Had a room on the 35. floor. There was absolute peace and quiet, although the hotel was very busy. Breakfast we didn't genusst, since it outside everywhere cheap breakfast and other meals there. In the lobby and the bar there is free wi-fi. The room was very clean, exactly like our nice bathroom. The 46-story Crowne Plaza Times Square - 795 rooms located in the Broadway, between the 48. and 49. street ; in the theatre-district of midtown Manhattan.
We were for christmas (3 nights) in the Crowne Plaza and are just back.
In the hotel there are a restaurant and a cocktail bar, which we however did not visit. Wifi is in the field of the lobby free of charge, so here lots of people with its syphons, mac books and various trays spend their time. At the end a really recommendable hotel, that we definitely book it again would. read more

The Crowne Plaza is a large hotel with about 45 floors. Because of its location it is a very good base for a city visit. Many objects of interest can one to reach on foot. There one lives in the middle of the vibrant life of ny. With an escalator leads up to the front desk, from there some lifts in the higher floors. Waiting period at the elevators was very short. read more

The rooms are very modern and comfortable. Especially the bed:-)
The bathrooms are especially in the bathtub already a bit worn out and the temperature could not be adjusted. No matter where the lever is, it is always a pleasant warm water. For us it was just perfect.
The elevator is sensational fast. We were on the 40th floor and it took no 30 sek. If he without stop transit.
The cleanliness was very good. It was just very cold everywhere. But that is in new York everywhere so. In the room you could indeed adjust. A windows you ... could cigarette butts, but by the noise, do they not want it.
Guests were from all countries available and despite the size of the hotel everything was very good. read more

Location unbeatable, directly at Broadway and Times Square. Shopping tip: M & M world right on the other side of the street. A variety of musical theaters in the surrounding streets. Varied dining at the 9. avenue (5 minutes on foot) available. Walking distance to the Rockefeller-center (top of The Rock) not a problem. If you blazing street life may walk about minutes to the Central Park or Fiffth avenue ( shop). Several Subway stations are in the immediate vicinity ( for example Linie 1 to the South Ferry Pier, line R to Wall Street) read more

The Crowne Plaza Times Square offers with its central location a great starting point for the' New York experience'. Within a few steps you will stand up the Times Square or has access to the subway. Lots of restaurants along broadway have outside of the hotel a good and reasonably priced possibility to the eating and drinking. In the hotel itself there was a constant to come and go - from time to time is the lobby very busy and the check in can a bit of a pain. When it comes to choosing always try, a room in the ... upper floors-if possible with a view of the Hudson river ( from floor 35 very beautiful view). If you need: directly next to the Crowne Plaza there is a Starbucks. It saves the any compensatory internet charges:-) read more

Brilliant location hotel directly on the Times Square. Ideal as a starting point for Städtetrips and around Manhattan to explore.
The lobby of the hotel is very modern and well kept, is however on the 1st floor of the building, what a bit to get used to. Generally in the lobby almost always busy. We a peaceful hotel searches, is here probably not lucky.
The rooms however are wonderful quiet. At least our room on the 25th floor ( Hudson view ) was very quiet, in spite of the central location.
Very big and beautiful is the fitness area. Under ... the name New York sports club here members, not guests of the hotel are, train. So here was also always something going on and you are not alone in. read more

The hotel is ideal for a NY visit. If you leave the hotel you are right on the Broadway and up to Time Square are 2 minutes if one saunters.
In the hotel we have also once to evening ate. It tasted very good to us, the prices are reasonable. We have three single room had in two different floors and directions were. Our view was in all the rooms really great. We looked out on a dock of Hudson and looked through our hotel and a further high rise building a piece from the Broadway.
The rooms were very ... big with a large bed, armchair, desk and TV. Also the bathroom was spacious with large mirror and a shower (the getting a bit old was ).
All in all for us it was a great hotel! read more
