Altogether is the Bolivar no bad hotel, if you the value for money consider. However were our travel time lots of guests from Eastern Europe in the hotel, not all at the table manners were. The food could be a bit better and in the 2. Week there was salad buffet also suddenly no Joghurtdressing more. The waiter in the dining room something should friendly and a example his female colleagues take. To complain about is the beach, simply tasted bad. Very friendly and helpful is the a lady at the front desk. The television program in the room should ... definitely be improved, we got only ARD with subtitles and 3 sat. If the described points do not disturb, the hotel can be recommended. read more

The hotel has it's own pool with chairs and sun screens and has five floors and a elevator. Our room in the 3rd floor was always clean, it was always vacuumed and mopped and we had also every day fresh towels, even if we didn't on the floor to exchange places had. The cleaning staff was otherwise always friendly, even if you one or another Charwoman in the staircase met. Cleaned but not only the rooms, but also the staircase and the lobby were always clean and wipe clean. The room is quite small, but everything, that you need: tv ..., air conditioning ( which we in September but no more required), luggage Rack, Spiegeltisch, mini bar, balcony and even a roll-top!, in the bath a tub and even a hair dryer. The breakfast buffet is adequate, but repetitive every day. Nevertheless is something there for everyone. During dinner you could on the day before from three different dishes. At the appetizer we had the choice between different pasta variations, soup or a fruit cocktail. In the main dishes, there were always different meat-or fish dishes and the dessert offered also some treats to choose from, such as tiramisu or profiteroles. For a three-star hotel and for that price was the quality of the food and the choice was absolutely okay. It gave also still another salad buffet, even by grilled vegetables or similar was supplemented, however was the line from the buffet to the door and one had very long queue. There most people thought that, they would starve, they took two or three plates on the table, so for the other guests, the rather late to eat appeared, little or nothing at all by a court left. This is in my opinion not the hotel's fault, but is situated at the too many eastern European guest structure. One said to me however, that this in König Heinrich IV normal and not only this hotel this guest structure exhibits. We are not the pool, but clean and tidy appeared, but spent the day at the nearby beach. There had the hotel a private beach section with sun screens and loungers rented. Since we didn't in the high season there were, were always loungers free and we had no problems, get some. It is next to lots of bars, shops, ice cream parlors also some supermarkets nearby and the long seafront and the long shopping street are absolutely for walks recommendable. I was however of gnats plagued: so don't forget your mosquito protection, in case for bites is fragile. In the room but were not to find. For excursions is of course the proximity to Venedig ideal, it is but also the weekly markets to visit. Since we market friday in Jesolo missed, we visited on the Tuesday in Cavallino. This was really big and the visit was absolutely worth it. You can this by bus 5 reach, the right behind the hotel leaves. Bus there at the front desk, whose staff with all of our questions and problems especially nice and helpful was. read more

The hotel is as a hotel with air-conditioning expelled, however gives it only in the 5th floor air-conditioning devices in the rooms and at the additional Payment.
The hotel is very loud and badly soundproofed, we could sleep only with ear plugs. The bar downstairs in the hotel is each evening a singer serotoninergic, every evening from 21 hours until 24 o'clock the same program sings. For midnight is not to sleep.
The food tastes bland and artificial, the salad buffet is not refilled, so that impact endless is the opening, as all what Didi want. read more

We were 2 time in this hotel, very clean and for this price in Italy very cheap, the rooms are big, also in the bathroom there is a shower stall, the cleaning lady is very much trouble, we were very satisfied and will be back in this hotel go. read more

On the whole the hotel was, food for 3 stars OK, beach is about 100 meters away, was for us also no problem, the beach itself was OK, but unfortunately there no possibility such as JET skiing etc., except pedal boats for hire. In the evening is the pedestrian area for cars from 20 o'clock until 6 o'clock early locked, so it was very much going on, bars there are enough, all 20 meters a new bar, most from 21 o'clock with live music. Briefly once again to the hotel, parking was available, but if you urgently away had this ... took a while, all fully parked and the keys you had to at the front desk when you leave, so that if someone with the vehicle out, the hotel workers the vehicles itself surrounded. To the pool in the hotel was also OK, although Badesperre from 19 o'clock I think not OK, would stay longer by the pool we could have stayed longer. There are shops enough. 15 kilometer for shopping;-) read more

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and also the towels were changed daily. For 4 people the room was a bit cramped but sufficient. The breakfast buffet was varied and for our taste was more than adequate. During dinner there was a buffet of starters with different salads and also warm appetizers. You could choose between different appetizers, main-and desserts to choose. The food was always good.
The hotel lies directly at a mall with many shops, bars, ice cream etc. From 20 o'clock was the road for cars locked.
The swimming ... pool were, for the size of the hotel, adequate and clean.
The fine sandy beach it is just a few strides. Chairs and sunscreens were abundant. Our summary: it was a great beach vacation and the value for money was correct. read more

Very nice well maintained three star hotel with clean pool-complex. The rooms are functionally furnished, with ceiling fan, mini -fridge, desk ( there are also rooms with air-conditioning against an extra charge). The towels are changed on a daily basis, the room cleaned. We had the half board and were very satisfied with the food. The hotel lies in the shopping area and to the beach it is only a few meters. At the beach for the hotel guests chairs and sunscreens reserved. read more

The freshly renovated part of the hotel ( pool, lobby) is very presentable and nicely decorated. The small double room was against unfortunately somewhat dirty on arrival. This flaw has the very friendly cleaning staff in the following days outstanding removed.
The food was plentiful and mostly good, but never really very good.
Excursions to Venedig, sea life or aqualand became cheaper prices offered.
The highlight of the vacation was without question the beach. It left the weather to, so was the swim fun no limits! read more

We felt very much at ease!
The very friendly service staff ( at front desk, in the restaurant and the cleaning-staff) it was agreeable, have been - you had the impression, that all their work really like to do.
Everything in the hotel was extremely clean and tidy! The care with which both the blankets accurately and carefully in the Bettritzen were put (which you will evenings after a weinchen only difficult again rauskriegt-), as well as the swimming pool each morning with the utmost care cleaned, was impressive. Everything other was very clean.
The hotel decor is bright ..., uncluttered but comfortable.
The dinner was varied and you could both before -, as well as when main course and sometimes even at the dessert between three different dishes to choose from. Taste was during dinner nothing to complain about - breakfast is ' Italy like ': so if you German coffee and German rolls needs, should a good logistics or directly ' reserves of at home'-) the restaurant-staff were very good organized and fast, as well as very friendly.
All together: the hotel is each of its stars worth!

Location: near the beach with clean hotel's own section. In the minutes pulse come 'men' with counterfeit goods and masseurs. Only schroffes presence stops after two days alienates.
Lots of shops, however mostly with uncertain quality the product. About 1 kilometers away the 'good' shops.
Tip: rent a bicycle-Mobile.
Staff: very different: part very friendly and helpful, partly cold. Partly excellent German/English, the other endeavored itself with hands and feet to communicate.
The wishes in the reservation (far above with a view of the sea) have been met.
Hotel: you see the hotel on arrival at the many towers on ... roof, what good Netzempfang provides.
The tiny elevator was on arrival except business, but for the clairaudient in use and worked from second day also smoothly.
Food: after the breakfast were all Leftovers loudly on the paper tablecloth tilting and with same thrown away, was sometimes not appetizing appeared. The corresponding 'complaint' at the front desk was with a shrug noted.
The coffee is not enjoyable.
The dinner was tasty reasonable, however carelessly displayed.
Room: the rooms were in the accessible, clean, but set no staubempfindliches on the box!
The bathroom is nicely renovated, but the flushing hung, what the housekeeper crumb should, or?
For the TV need a magnifying glass, however therefor the hotel lies yes at the beach!
Big plus: free mini -safe. Air conditioning we didn't need, is however allegedly extra charge liable.
And: free Wi-Fi in the very nice lobby!
In short: if you not that much expect this simple hotel a fair price liked it! read more

We stayed for a week with two six year old children in this hotel, and were very impressed. For this price you couldn't expect more, what staff, friendliness and so on is concerned. Small point of criticism is the dinner only from 7:20 P.M.. The pool was brilliant, very clean and well maintained. Desk top. Here you can't go wrong. read more

It was a beautiful holiday!
The staff was very friendly, there was a very pleasant atmosphere and the rooms were very much in order.
The pool was always clean, is big enough and has a cozy atmosphere.
We can also recommend this hotel for young people, because it is close to plenty of activities and things to do are available (discos, bars, water park...).
