The hotel has a morbid charm or in other words, it is the collapse threatened. Merely the friendly and helpful staff leaves something like mood arise. Breakfast was not very varied, however absolutely sufficient. But the choice was during dinner included 1 drinks with 3 options with appetizer, main dish and dessert top.
The beach was - in the comparison to other hotel beaches and public beaches - with the cleanest in the area.
The recreation on the tour operator or hotel staff Habib was extensive (Sahara tour, camel rides, Parachute, wine tasting, Tunis).
By missing animation and pool the hotel is rather for couples, as suitable for families, which very pleasant can be-)
The small village Hammam is located between the two major towns ... Playa de Sa Coma and Sousse (3A 4 kilometer). The connections with transport ( bus, taxi, shared taxi) is however very good and very cheap.
The value for money for this hotel is almost unbeatable. The hotel can't have to worry about be recommended. read more

About the hotel and its data is already before described everything.
It is and remains an older hotel, but that was really a very pleasant charm. It is clean and tidy and every employee is polite and helpful. And that is it also here.

Here the reasons for not recommendable.
Breakfast: 2 dry rolls, 1 Croissant, 25 g margarine, 25 g jams (3 sorts, same taste), 20 g cheese. And the 14 days without exception. 2 times yoghurt, hard and cold eggs every day.
Dinner: daily fish, ate there once, then never again. The two other menus were Sparmenus, rice and noodle plentiful, minced meat, beef and poultry was saved. The SCOOP: there was as a starter soup and salad and you wanted both food, the dessert deleted.
Bad: the coffee cups were under running, cold water without detergent washed and immediately re-use.
With ... the change of towels you never knew, if you were fresh or only the room changed (lip pin remainders).
The beach should urgently times be sifted. Otherwise is the area, beach and Stgraße, dirty. read more

El menchia has approximately 60 rooms, divided into 4 floors with lift. The hotel works because of the direct proximity to the beach and humidity slightly forward. It fits however everything and is not shabby or similar. We spontaneously a budget room and even had view of the sea and a nice view in the bay. Really great! The hotel is clean, the beach was cleaned every morning, since there is nothing to complain about. We have booked half board, was wonderful, lunch in the hotel restaurant or in the nearby located pizzeria eaten. Food was always delicious and as ... a couple it is difficult for more than 10 €to spend. The guests in the hotel were mostly German, a few tunisians and russians were also there. Pleasant atmosphere.-) read more

For 92% recommendation I would have expected more! The hotel's location is great, the employees gave themselves much trouble and are very friendly, all speak German. The rooms go unfortunately not at all, extremely small, everything was very worn. After every night we had a few bites and rashes on skin, whatever they were. The food has me unfortunately also nothing special tasty, but if you much value for cleanliness should here better not go back! read more

Very good view and great short walk to the beach. Very recommendable for a reasonably priced, however good journey. Cheap taxis take you to the nearby city with great african market. Lots of activities are at the beach offered, from jet ski and camel rides on Quatbike and in a reef diving, everything is there. read more

How can you-as many previous reviewer-for this hotel only 4, 5 or 6 star rating? It is a 21-year-old, in need of renovation and poorly sound-proofed concrete building with totally mildewed and filthy furnishings (half doorshelf durchgerostet, bath tub looked, as if they had never been cleaned would be, no cupboard door closes correctly, toilet seat not remain above and must sit with the back support, the wind whistled by the balcony door, night Swan strange brown bugs by the room). The closet was enough for a maximum of 1 person, you can get a older man hardly in the ... high and with seat bearing bath tub, the dining room for non-smokers must be on the ground floor by locals on and beer drinkers frequented bar wound, the food is monotonous. All employees of the hotel are friendly, helpful and tried to make your day. But the condition of this hotel weighs by far not on. read more

Very good value for money, direct beach area, clean, food is very good ( varied, except breakfast), very friendly staff, informal atmosphere, daily cleaning of the rooms, double room with a sea view - Sunrises fascinating, in front of the toilet directly the washbasin \u2639 and tub (somewhat inconvenient ), 36 degrees until noon, then very cold and windy...
