The entertainers were total nice and committed. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. In particular, the bathroom was very dingy. The Hamam nber calibration. Unfortunately we had to move within the hotel, as our room was not ready. The alternative-right next to the laundry service-an impertinence. We not again. Sorry... read more

The bathroom was not just bathroom very, very small, one can hear the neighbor when you are on the town. Food took some getting used to the kids wanted to only chips. Always in line with the drinks we are not in question read more

    the rooms were cleaned every day with clean towels th eonly bad thing in the rooms was the air com as it did not work properly.

    the food was for the Germans and Russians, nothing for the children, and the services was very poor as you had to queue up for everything sometimes for 25mins or more at snack times so you where stood in the sun with no shade and as that was the only thing the child ate it was not fun.

    2 waiters where really helpful and friendly and reception was good we could not find anywhere to do any washing.

    the pool men worked very hard all day around the pool to keep it clean, but all the sports and entertainment the english were not asked to participate as they did not say the rules in english

    The distance between beach and other towns was pretty good (walking distance), public transport stopped outside the hotel we did not go on any trips as no-one spoke good english and we did not have a rep.

I did not turn in such good feedback, because I was not so happy with the hotel. The food was the same everyday, except that it was once alternated with a meat dish. I was there with my girlfriend, and I must say that we were often spoken to by the waiters or by other people, if we still want to venture with them after leisure time. I have to add to it, that the personel across from me and my girlfriend were obtrusive. read more

The hotel has a very nice large location. There were always small appartments. The condition of the hotel is in order. Ants were everywhere, for example the ants came from the bowls, shower etc. ! There were CENTIPEDES in the room, disgusting! The room was not either so clean. No minibar! And everything chargeable although it is ALL INCLUSIVE! read more

    Shortly said room is CATASTHROPHE! One could sleep better on the street than in the room. Nothing is so how it is described.

    You could tell nothing at all about the bar. A small bar with only one employee. Waiting time about 20 min. Atmosphere was not so good. Animation was boring, every the second day the same thing. The food was very bad. I almost had a contamination. Hygiene was not worth of mentioning in hotel!!!!

    Roomcleaning was bad. On the second day the cleaning ladies have taken the tips, but have not made the room cleaner. I have never seen children care. The personnel spoke almost no foreing languages.

    The beach is very nice. There is a danger of getting wounded at the swimming pool, as there is the protection system for the suction cleaning missing.

    The environment was actually nice. The city Alanya was about 10-15 min away. Very nice shopping possibilities in Alanya.
