The hotel is in real need of renovation. It appears that since the 80. Years not much may happen to the construction. The building captivated the large halls (how many of these old tuscan villas and property) by a stylish ambience. But also here: a little much patina.
The guests are a cross-section of typical tuscany travelers: americans, belgian, british, German, many dutch. Quiet audience; average age was about 50. read more

This wonderful villa combines style with modern. One lived peacefully, in wonderful tuscan rooms, my room was a suite on 2 floors. The bedroom separately above stairs reachable. A really great room!
And not to forget, you have breakfast for Italian standards really very good. And the dinner is well worth it, for half board to decide!
Very close by car in less than 10 minutes reachable is the great designer outlet the mall and the Dolce & Gabbana outlet. Also Florence isn't far way. Also reachable, however south nearby Florence is the Prada outlet space. Really worth, to go. ... Great Prada Product, great price.
In short: A beautiful villa with great Ausflugspunkten. One time a year I am always there.

All in all disappointing; so much potential and a bad implementation! The dinner included in the half board is extremely bad; a 2-class service, the à la carte if you (a bit pricey) considered benefits! No recommendation from our side (in the past two weeks we have made many very positive experience; in a similar category). read more

Hotel in old palace and estate; much toskanischer flair. High and large room in part palace, residence and dining rooms with old ceilings, chandeliers and historic wall painting. Nice park, freshly maintained this year. Good base for Florence, but also Siena Chianti. Only about ten minutes drive to the railway station in Florence. Other room in the place of the area. Car should be available. View over the arnotal further in the direction of the Chianti/Florence. Rich breakfast, good food (half board) in the evening. read more

Nice country hotel in great view location. In five minutes is one at the station p. Ellero from where you can go by train in Florence or Arezzo 30 minute. four stars are definitely something stretch, we were in the Depandace , this has two star (auxiliary building in the park, about two minutes walk away) and then there was also the price-performance ratio very good. Early stucco was very expensive and was OK dinner also not particularly good. Very quiet location. read more

We are rarely disappointed by a hotel. The location was fantastic, but obviously totally carelessly and in the years come; no service on actually for example, fantastic terrace or by the pool, pool chairs broken, cushions scarce, the pool was simply a tragedy, in other words the dirty, but too much chlorine.
Room and bathrooms most urgent renovation 8 in italy is the 'layer', 'garbage' in), zero atmosphere or service, only ' pagare '.
In italy, apparently, still some believe, that nice landscape and the reputation of bygone times everything else compensate. Why such a hotel with also still dozens ... photos and description from a tour operator absolutely inaccurate as to the is, is unfortunately the summit. Maximum 3 stars and the is still good. It has to be the so-called hotelier still not needed at all to even for hardware/comment respond, guest had paid-sadly! read more

This hotel is always worth a trip! Typical toscani 's flair, selected food and very close, if you add it with 'outlet shopping' locked would like to bind. You can enjoy the peace and the tradition of Villa! read more
