The weather in the easter week was nothing special sunny. The temperature was very pleasant, so that one much erkundschaften could.
The hotel was not fully booked, so little operation and quiet. One was good and politely taken care of. The room was huge, so that the extra bed no obstacle (also sea view)
The food varied and good quality. There were also spanish dishes. The beautiful pool area we could the weather didn't use it (unfortunately!). read more

It was a top-hotel!
Before the trip we notified us about the area. Torremolinos is very busy touristy. These we wanted also, but we wanted to comfortable and quiet. This we had in the amaragua.
The hotel is very luxuriously appointed and good from the outside world. Therefore, we had during the day much program in the area, in the evening we could us however in the hotel relax. We were mostly alone in the indoor pool. Everything was nice clean and tidy. read more

It was a middle sized hotel area with a very pleasant atmosphere and, although this in a very lively neighborhood, has the hotel a degree of calm.
Everything was well kept. Constantly one saw cleaning ladies. The staff is friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffet left actually nothing to be desired. There was something there for everyone and very imaginative in the preparation. The occupancy of the hotel in march was very small, it was the buffet slightly reduced, but nevertheless you had plenty of choice for a uniform food to avoid!
The hotel, as well as the area is ... sure worth a trip, because there, there are some interesting destinations. read more

The hotel has rather an ambience of an upscale city from, instead of a tourist hotel on the promenade. It is remarkably quiet, not only the room, but the entrance area and the restaurant.
I was only for business in southern spain and during the day hardly in the hotel. In the evening i but felt good. The breakfast was very rich. Also several kinds of cereal were offered.
The 4-star definitely worth!

Have stayed several times at the amaragua checked in. Once even with disability (walkers). Help of the staff very efficient. Unfortunately last stay negative experience. Had do-room, was due to hochteitsfeier in the hotel no more freely, upgraded us to a suite. This, unfortunately not on the state and not clean, had 2 balconies with a magnificent view. Just a pity, that we no eye at night get have. The engines of the airconditioning were located directly above the suite and hummed, or röhrten loud and unstoppable! So no sleep. Of al we this at the front desk complained, us ... only said, we could have also only a double room. So i had to then without sleep on a quite drive. Thank you. read more

We were from 26-12-13 to 12-01-13 in the hotel, until new year's day it was still everything completely reasonable. The new year's eve party was very lavish and nice, with a 5-course menu veranstaltigt.
But then from neujahrmorgen, when we for breakfast arrived, we thought, we are in a nursing home landed. Nothing against old people, the have their longterm holidays deserves, but we as 60-year-old were still much too young for this nursing home about 70 years and more. Besides bedeutigte it also an intolerable unrest and noise. During dinner was it was still tolerable.
Overall the hotel is ... no more than worth 3 stars, the food in the morning and evenings was not very diverse and the choice was very moderate. Every day almost always the same.
What really bothered me, was the constant noise by the pool. It was during our 3 week vacation the whole day, mornings from 8 o'clock until evenings 17 hours renovation works, with ribbons, drilling and hammering, carried out.
Our tour operator from Neckermann this only with a smile replied. Apart from that you did 2 excursions canceled and if we about the country and people would like to know, we should take the book standing, as all standing. read more

Not too understand the criticism is, that it by the pool too loud was due to renovation, as the guest Klaus wrote. We were at the same time there, then just to the beach gone, only by a promenade from the hotel separated was, or on our balcony. There was one isolated! Question: when should because otherwise renovated? In the peak season? Since this guest probably not face, as it is also more expensive.
Old people- yes, there were also, can maybe only the winter deal afford. If you mind that should rather in the middle of summer flies lots ... of young people - but also more expensive.
All critics is recommended, time the value for money to see.
Five stars performance for two stars price, this time not.
Us it has super fallen, friendly employees. Helpful. Due to health reasons we had to a week extend. Caring they cared for us. And, what the unclean plates regards: this has my own dishwasher already caused. These critics but seen, that all cutlery to polished were, before you on the table arrived just such embarrassments to avoid? As' old ', guests not welcomed lady, i asked in my long life always feast: you criticized to be own mistakes entertainment. Stimmts?

It was a nice hotel with very nice beach section. However we found 9, -€ on the day for 2 loungers with umbrella really beautiful expensive. The hotel staff were nice, but we would have us more German language staff desired. Worth seeing is the port from Benamaldena in night. Tip: from the 14.-16,07. There was a feast in Torremolinos with a breathtaking conclusion-fireworks on the last night. read more

Very clean hotel in top -location. All of the staff are very friendly and are willing to help. Because it during the day no entertainment, so you can really relaxation and relax. Very friendly and competent staff, service very good.
The rooms were old and the wallpaper was falling off the wall.
The air conditioning didn't work. In the suite toilet no deduction.
The food was always coldly and always without any taste.

Is right on the beach and the promenade. Access through the garden. Hotel has a cafeteria, swimming pool, steam bath, garden, Sauna, fitness room, jacuzzi... And a restaurant with a view of the sea. the hotel is from the outside definitely not a beauty, but inside it was absolutely good. A perfect Combination of elegant (many fountains, shiny Marble) and an expert placed Anitiquitäten especially the antiques I really liked.
Since this hotel also very often for banquets and meetings is used( in the basement the meeting rooms) are often whole bunch of Spanish in the house, the only 1 or 2 nights remain.

guest structure: very mixed- lots of Spaniards, Dutch, English, French, German
Average age: rather somewhat older, but there were also some young people because, little families with ... children (but middle November not surprisingly, and extremely pleasant).
The prospect (except for the rooms with direct view of the sea) is not exhilarating, but if you after Torremolinos drives, white one stop, that a concrete blocks expect. We saw to the right on the hills, straight ahead on the concrete blocks, to the left on the sea. read more
