The general condition of the hotel from our point of view was not perfect, but ok. Than Hilton regulars we got a upgrade on a large corner room get. The room itself was always clean, not top, but good. We were disappointed with the service, on request you could nothing regarding the opening hours of the à la carte restaurants say. The selection with the breakfast was small, but the food looked little appealing. The quality of the food was for a hotel of the Hilton-group not appropriate. Although the hotel is a bit on the mountain, but the beach ... is in about 5 minutes on foot to reach. read hotel review

We were now the 3 time in Bulgaria. The hotels we have had were super. However this hotel is really not recommendable. Everything in brochure was promised was unfortunately only hot air. It should also a private beach give, but unfortunately we could not give any advice, where this is. So we are on the normal beach and have nice our loungers paid. read hotel review

    Room was okay. We had a mini bar. Only if they could be controlled, there was a bag of chips in it, it was already expired. Fresh glasses one got only, if you can staff tip laid down. But it worked afterwards not more, the money was plugged, but the glasses remained nevertheless dirty.

    So what I have really never experienced something like that. Under all cannon. In 5 minutes one was with the food finished. Because it really just nothing gave, which tasted. It says yes probably already everything from, if all inclusive-guests after the dinner yet pizza buy and this with to the room took. The all inclusive you could also really can save, as the most drinks anyway pay had. I felt really messed around with.

    To the pool I cannot say anything, since we didn't use, because it just ugly was. There you could really not comfortable. Was promised a bar, the until o'clock open and a night club until o'clock should be open. The emphasis is on 'should'. Unfortunately was one at o'clock before closed doors. So it was called once again 126 steps down and 126 steps up again, at least in the town something to experience. And these steps were in the dark really a 'dream'. Evenings drove the train is no longer.

    Was promised in the middle of the pine forest, I really great presented, unfortunately met this not to. To the beach you had to 126 life-threatening steps. You could also with a train, the to the hotel belonged, but drove only once in the hour. Evenings were these steps not even lit.

The double tree makes on the first glance a very good impression, of it one should however don't be fooled. The friendliness of the staff is subject to depended. The shallow pool is extremely dangerous. The indoor pool by children feces contaminated, the water was not drained the children excrement was only away. Communication on German is absolutely not possible. A hotel what not recommendable is. read hotel review

In our opinion we found a renovated hotel with Fassadenrissen, broken tiles and windows, a Circa 4 centimeter cutting edge on glass table in the Kinderminidisco, old tattered furniture in the room, beds with urine extremely dirty and broken, with mold channel bathroom, toilet-air ventilation broken, balcony railing rusty, room dusty, closets dirty and broken and warping, before. The air conditioning worked not. The pool Borders were, after our observations and photos after, with black, sticky mold and the pool floor filthy and slippery, plastic cup in the water. All pools were, in our opinion, a health hazard and not ... usable. Our observations and photos after, was a circa 7 centimeter Unfallkante, through an extremely sunken steinplatte right on the shallow pool. In our opinion, was an extreme noise at the pools because of extremely loud music speaker sounds. In our opinion it was milky-white water in the pool with extreme chlorine smell. Instead of a mini train drove to the hotel beach only one, our opinion., overbooked, age and rusty small bus at the, in our opinion, far away lying hotel beach. Beachkarten were, in our opinion, to secure and the small bus was crowded, crowd and quarrel. The trolley drove to the hotel beach. In our opinion the food was bad, cutlery and clean tables we had to mostly yourself. In our opinion, no relaxation by the noise nuisance the nearby street and the day and night arriving buses right under our hotel balcony, the motors always running. The employees at the reception in our declared deficiencies. We had no relaxation in this hotel and were overjoyed, when we finally the hotel against an extra charge changed were allowed. We booked this allegedly five in the Hilton December 2010, because it was so great quote riesenburger, that it has been recently renovated in April is newly opened. From negative reviews April in the hotel reviews las, I made a letter to the manager by e-mail, which assured that the reviews would vote and so I will certainly feel on holiday in his hotel. Things turned out otherwise, however, the reviews, I stayed in the reviews were correct the truth. Not a five star, of the same standard as hotel Helios next door, the same food as Helios and the ... same furniture no trace of renovation. We were not the only visitors, the team at the reception and have criticised. There were many complaints every day. I can only say no more than 3, five star more, I would not leave comments. The hotel has four stars and the match. The rooms are fabulous. We had a huge balcony. The foreign language skills we have different experiences. German skills were available but some ladies at the front desk spoke only English. The breakfast was OK. You had a wide selection. The only thing, which I felt was satisfied, was the check-out... It's in my opinion too long. Otherwise, it is a good 4 star hotel. read hotel review

Beautiful, quiet hotel. Room well equipped, climate, fridge, safe, LCD tv and very good bed. Beautiful large bathroom with shower and small flaws ( a few broken tiles, poorly pasted over Holes on the Türinnenseite ) but altogether good. The hotel has a large clean outdoor swimming pool with enough sunbeds and an indoor pool, there is also a sauna and a small fitness room. Very good breakfast, large rich buffet and a cook making omelets to order. Juice and coffee were less good, but okay. The staff are very friendly and able. At the front desk one speaks English ..., Russian and a bit of German. On the way to the beach and center approximately 800 meters a hill down past lots of restaurants and shops. The beach itself is great, fine sand and clean water, if you wanted you could umbrella and couches rent. Altogether short but great vacation. read hotel review

5-star who in the usual Hilton quality expected, you will be disappointed. It is decent 4-star for Bulgaria. Surprisingly tasty meals varied, but not very varied buffet. Both offer fresh fruit (always: apples, pears, bananas, melons, kiwi; sometimes: cherries, pineapple, strawberries-the latter verzückte especially those in Britain, but we also have loved it shut). To complain about the cleanliness of the room and the indifference and lack of foresight of the staff. We arrived at night around two as a family at. Beds for the children were in bad cleaned and not ready enough family. Drinks were-when booking all inclusive-not ... offered. After a three quarter hour was a missgelaunten maid service presented and the angeschmutzte bathroom was clean. After a complaint was the next day to move to a much more pleasant room. read hotel review

With 'by Hilton' provides you something different. The hospitality at the front desk after complaining of the room fell rapidly. The first room was a low cost room over the kitchen, got what we hadn't booked and were put off three times, until we finally turn over a new leaf. The cleanliness in the bathrooms did not match the desired hygiene standards. The bar was very well arranged and monotonous. Every two days the same food served. The way to the hotel's own beach was very long. About 20-25 minutes duration information on the front desk were poor, it was ... not told, that we needed a card, or you could explain to us the way to the beach. Only on a map we had then. Shuttle to the beach was re-filled only once in the morning. Well, that was the beach towels, but you sometimes had to beg to get around. In addition there was at the hotel's own pool hardly editions for the couches. The all inclusive selection of drinks, especially the beach, was very monotonous. Where you can get a Coke at the top of the hotel, you could have to pay the beach. The beer was tasty. Otherwise, the selection of drinks in the hotel was less sample value. At the windowpanes of the 'by Hilton' stuck 'Helios' -stickers still. All in all this hotel was not the description. We found nowhere in our brochures note, that the hotel in transition. read hotel review

All in all - on our All Inclusive board, this was a great value for money! The staff was friendly, the spa was amazing, and the food was better than most we've seen. They also have this "CARE" button on the phones, which answers 24 hours. We can't wait to see this hotel again in the late summer - when it's full and the sun is shining every day! read hotel review
