Central but quiet hotel shopping area right next to it. There is a five-minute walk of Akureyri popular outdoor swimming pool. Below the hotel good Italian restaurant. Next to the hotel is a lovely church accessible over steps. The room was very nice, curtains close, it becomes pleasant dark in the room. Nice baby cot available. Ideal for a relaxing stopover in the capital of the North. read more
