Altogether a pleasant vacation. The double room a bit small. The room with a view of the sea are directly at the through road and so a certain noise. At the beautiful beach occasional noise disturbance by the entertainment the two hotels. By the location from font de sa Cala is a hired car recommendable. Staff friendly, the food excellent. Hotel and the room clean. Good facilities, amongst others Tennis, diving, cycling, gym. Unfortunately we were on the last day of vacation cash from the room stolen. The complaint at the front desk we found out, we not the only ... Affected were despite video cameras in the hallway and doors with card-keys. The desire for education seemed not very pronounced. read more

Single with a child trip: not recommendable and not at all to the end of the season.
Service bad, friendliness of the staff bad and the hotel there was only half available. Heated pool is despite catalog not! Given. Both pools freezing. Every year in the second week of October finds in the hotel an international tennistunier instead. Therefore crowded and no vacation feeling, but loudspeaker announcements will be present as a tournament usual and evenings drunk.

For the time of year we have really a very nice weather had. So it was not hard, the children talk to have. The three pools and the evening entertainment have enough action for children brought. Annoying for us as not -tennis games was however the tournament, that probably every fall take place. So forewarn you could us already. Complaints are not taken into consideration. Both the buzzing mcbs and the not functioning hall lights are at the time repaired. Also the bad picture quality, both at the German, as well as on the franzosischen and dutch channels was no ... picture of the satellite tv. That was in my opinion quite poor analogue tv. Front desk. And I can my previous reviewers only agree. As someone from the industry is to see, that not all of the surveillance cameras work, even if they cultivated are. I only hope that all faults until next year fixed are, because of the hotel and the peace it is really a beautiful hotel. Child-friendly complex, unfortunately are rooms by relatively loud street separated from the beach. Very loud entertainment program the neighboring hotels ( with sea view located toward the right) and the busy street let an unimpaired enjoyment of small balcony not too. The hotel is suitable for a family vacation - with lots of action. Our daughter (7) had a great time.
For the parents it was however too much action. Room a26 is opposite a hotel, where evenings always party (roc Carolina?). Left from the room is a bar - animation until late at night. The room was pretty run down-we had many ants in the bathroom.
We changed rooms - e258 was better - finally could our daughter also sleep-, although only with closed balcony doors.
Food was great, staff are very friendly. In the kids' club, we had 2 ... days caught, where the supervisors no speak German and our daughter wanted so not remain.
I am I glad at home and a little bit peace to have. read more

We had the' Beach Club' as a kids club with so-called ' all inclusive' booked.
Unfortunately is the entertainment for kids unmotivated and unmotivated in the hotel umhergegangen, seemed carelessly and not really on the entertainment the kids interested.
The small sandy beach is about 5-minute walk away opposite the main street.

If you like dirty hotel room like, in the little to not at all cleaned, itself bestehelen to leave the (T-shirt from hotel room out) and from the hotel management condescending like to be treated, be brave, then this is the place for you.

With a friendly couple, was the air conditioning so full with mold, the it could use, so much stank the. From a health point of view not at all to talk.
At the 3. day you could not even more their hotel room complete, also defect.
Actually we had for 11 days booked, are however after the 4. Night left.
Never again! I was surprised only, as they got the stars.?
Oh I forgot, everything you need to extra are charged, SEIS the fitness studio, the safe or even the remote control ( if you want a get it at the front desk for a fee from 20 €). read more

This hotel I would not again visit. A bar with 5 waiters for all of the guest in the evening.
Not only that it waiting times comes, you can in all-inclusive with a 4 -headed family only 2 drinks on order and after 10 minutes the next drinks.
Is also impractical the every time everything on the card needs to be booked, although it does not control. The food is okay. The animation is a joke, only French and spoke reluctantly German. If you're looking for a German speaking animation should this hotel avoid. Whereas I only from the time ... can speak as I suburb was. Please ask you before. Great hotel, very friendly staff, one of the manager Mr N. is very nice and always interested in how its guests and OP everything is okay, daily he asked. The dishes very diverse and delicious, always fresh fish and a lot many more. Dessert very tasty and as with all meal times a great choice. We were 3 weeks and the food was very diverse. By the pool there were always vacant chairs despite a fully booked hotel (3 Schwimmbaeder of which one for small children). Deposit for pool towels 20 €, which one could as desired change. We had ... all-inclusive and also furthermore nothing to complain about. To Cala Ratjada in a couple of minutes by taxi (7,70 Euro recommendable) or bimmelzug ( well!) 5,50 Euro pP there and back( from the hotel you can also rent a car, cheap and OK ) this hotel is recommendable. read more
