The hotel consists of 191 rooms, the 3 houses divided and is really a bit outdated, but in well maintained condition.
We had all-inclusive.
There were all sorts of guests there from young to old. There was lots of German guests, but also bulgarians, Poland and few russians, french and Italian. read more

Even when the hotel a bit outdated now is, what a or other body is visible, all in all okay. Everything very clean and always friendly and accommodating staff. Mostly good communication in German ( or otherwise English) language possible. All inclusive ok. In the first week strong eastern european guest structure. Otherwise mostly German and some from Austria, Netherlands, great britain. Negative, that in the area the front desk and pubs merely a men- and two fantastic are available. read more

The hotel stands directly at the beach. Unfortunately it has no elevators (we stayed in the 4th floor) and there was no bell boys for the luggages.
The hotel is somewhat older though, has but otherwise everything you on vacation needs.
We have nearby the hotel bulgarian friends, and therefore had very nice contacts with the people.

The hotel is a catastrophe! It was our first time in Bulgaria and didn't expect much, except a clean rooms. That was unfortunately too much requested.
The first room stank, the bathroom completely moldy and the staff has our complaint not taken serious! After the second time weighted and photos have shown, we have another, acceptable room received - however land, which were partly (in the entrance, etc.) very noisy. The direction of the park is the land better.
The 4. Room direction sea was acceptable, but also here black Joints with mold. To repeated complaint over the tour ... operator then at least try the stay more tolerable to make, this meant:

The bathroom generally was very noisy, was in the adjacent room backed spoken it was unintentional every word understood. The shower was too small, we could just turn, a little fatter people have no chance.
The best in the room was the view of the sea, otherwise it was nothing special nice. In the entrance area and bathroom is gefliest, in the rest of the room is dirty and with stains covered carpet.
Our room was supposedly a family room, however we had no chance our suitcase clear out, because it in the closet only a only board and it was the safe screwed. Next to the safe, there were a few centimeter capacity for clothes, otherwise there were only a couple more Hangers and a open about 70 centimeter high dresser with two small drawers.
RESPECT - beds consist of a board as slatted frame and a worn springy -10 days back Pain!
To the hotel itself we can say, the complex itself great would be, if money and love being invested would! The seaside location is great, but since the building from the 80. Years comes (information tour operator) the hotel is just run-down and very in need of renovation.
The food was bad! Always the same food, the first week only one lukewarm food. Almost only broken plates.
We had to every day stomach pills and had pains and diarrhea to fight.
The bread rolls at breakfast were very hard and tasted rather modest.
Positive is the' Irish Pub' in memory. It was really really nice. For our taste said the bar staff a little too well in the cocktails. ( Rumcola almost 50/50)
Also the staff - apart from the reception very hard, but so well also the unfortunately from mist no gold make.
Respect for non-smoking - on the balcony during the meal smoking-in the morning, afternoons and evenings! Also in the outdoor area of the Irish Pub is everywhere smoker's area!
Disgusting if you already for breakfast from all sides eingequalmt is!
In short: the hotel has definitely not worth 4 stars, but less. How many do we not set, noisy tour operator the hotel has ja 'only' 3 Bulgarian stars. At the hotel entrance, the towels and otherwise everywhere but 4.
As long as the complex not to be completely renovated and is being refurbished, we can only advise against. Also the kitchen should start fresh and tasty food to serving. read more

Al we on the 7-9-12 against about 8:00 p. m. arrived, we were the room a312 assigned. The bathroom was totally moldy and have this immediately complained at the front desk. After about an hour and a half we got a new room assigned in a 138. also this room in the bathroom was also mildewed. The mattress fully with large urine stains the also afterwards smelled, shop the mattresses in all the rooms we had, assail 3 weeks in kreutz. The bathroom smelled additionally after fäkalien by the whole room moved.
My wife got astmaanfälle and we were ... forced into while having the windows open to sleep not gassed to be.
Also the building a smelled strongly of feces. To repeated complaint we were forced to another night in the room
A 138 to spend, because allegedly no rooms were free.
At the sunday the 9-9-12 against about 11:00 a. m. we could finally in the room b114 move in.
Also in this room had twice the shower with silicone sealed. We had to about 4 days the silicone stench endure and my wife got again astmaanfälle.
The tried to fix it remained from and the water was under the shower out.
Also in this room there were large urine stains on the mattress to be seen. The mattresses were on a board. On the floor were impurities on the carpet to see.
The food was tasteless partly cold to lukewarm.
The fried eggs the 'fresh' from of the kitchen came were in the fridge they were freezing. The bread was partial drying and by the vortag. Near complaints one placed for themselves stupidly and grinned only. Either was the kitchen not able or unwilling decent food, be given prominence. The food reached never the required 65 degrees.
We had both with diarrhea and gastrospasms.

Are 24 september 12 there were only limited not alcoholic beverages by the pool and in the dining room.
The sun screens and cushions were not clean and too many broken, when the wind you flew around, it was risk of injury.

The beach was polluted (dog excrement and waste) in the three weeks not cleaned once.
The whole hotel area was for several dogs accessible and appropriate behavior was watching.
Although the front desk at night as well was occupied they were not able at least in the building 'b' from 12:00 p. m. for sleep to ensure.
Even the telephone point which you announced to Germany reachable was wrong.
In the hotel were the hotelsterne of two to four on the complex distributed, each could apparently the appropriate choice.
The spa area was in the basement also in a ailing condition, it smelled.
To sum up the condition the hotel miserable and run down. A recommendation you can exclude.

We had a 4 star hotel good we had in our opinion a 2 star hotel.

The hotel is wonderful manageable, because not so huge. The complex is in a good state and everything made a clean impression.
We had all-inclusive and found in the hotel actually many modern for. Many languages were spoken and there were relatively many bulgarians since, which actually for the hotel speaks, if locals as well have a vacation. The average age difficult to estimate. There was many families also with babies, many teenagers and young couple, but also older guestid were represented. read more

The hotel was completely different than expected. Our room was very above. We had to every day annoying stairs, because there is no lift.
Then the room was not clean: there were stains on the carpet, the walls were different colorful (probably stood before a cabinet there ), the air conditioning was damaged and to end on a good note was the bathroom door a catastrophe! On the final day we have the door not more open, so that we at night staff had to call.
The shower was also quite close, i believe, that a stronger person there already ... your problems get could.
The beach the to the hotel belonged was dirty and the beach loungers were ready for the trash.
In the rules of the hotel, the in the room lay, was, that dogs are not allowed. But are at the beach definitely five dogs run around. Amongst others also lots of small cats, the then from time to time by the lobby ran.
The food there is anyway only all-inclusive.
We were from the food not good. There was almost everyday the same and the noodles were every day cold. No matter wether we 1 hour after the beginning of the meal came or 15 minutes afterwards. It was the purest disaster. I personally had the nose very schnelln fully the food and it could not see more.
Water with carbonic acid there was also not.
The breakfast we had always overslept. But we are then so around 11 to the late riser breakfast gone, us one or another pastries in/out privileges and to the beach.
The only good about the hotel was the hotel bar.
The cocktails are of course not as you know it, but what do you expect, if one for it does not have to pay anything?! read more

We had a very nice relaxing vacation. The staff were very nice, helpful and they had a good speak German. The hotel is somewhat outdated but by the location and the furnishings makes this everything again good. The tour operator was also very pleasant and what great was, that this daily, except for Wednesdays, one hour in the hotel was (1 2 fly). read more

We have three families 6 adults and 5 children aged 2a 8 have been there!
The room had mould marks (in the bedroom and bathroom)! The extra bed was a disaster, since the mattress so thin that the feathers from the grid felt! One us after complaining then a 2. mattress given (as my daughter not so difficult, we accepted that)! The pool = top corners, missing tiles,'kinderpool' was almost always delicious
The food= disaster! Every fries stand in Germany is better!
Drinks = taste not really! Beach bar left is recommendable!
Staff= was always friendly
Children's entertainment= a ... joke ( take care of it yourself!) The children are just went and still have not even looked where you go!
We all had diarrhea! From the food or and pool?
The hotel is absolutely not recommendable! Every Euro is too much!
Other guests were already often in Bulgaria and have such a bad hotel had!

The hotel has its best time behind, wellness: ( sauna fitness room) are in the basement smells and is totally uncomfortable I would never use. The rooms are not modern and tastefully decorated as the 1 2 fly catalog described. Our room smelled musty damp which by the cleaning staff with a fragrance Oil tried to eliminate, unfortunately without success. The food was for a four-star hotel unfortunately not very good and the selection left nothing to the imagination. Maybe we are spoiled since we the last vacation in Turkey spent where the food much better was. The lobby area ..., as well as the two bars were tasteless and never worth 4 stars. Evenings one had not times enough possibilities cash or lobby sit down. Beach bar would be really beautiful been. I would tour operator this hotel from the program or take the star lower. A great stay, is not the newest hotel, however they have everything that you need. The teppichboder is no ideal solution, but we have shoes had with :-) the food was however not diverse, but it tasted and saturated. Distance to the beach perfect. The hotel with about rooms is in 3 blocks divided (A, B, and c), beach chairs all close together. Have 4 floors but unfortunately no lift. You should so as I have at the top is, then it is the 14 days sport announced. =). The rooms are for a 4 star hotel unfortunately not what you would expect. In any case in block B is not. The shower quite small and not for large or corpulent people ( lack of space). The balcony is only for laundry to dry suitable. But that is not really bad, as you yes ... on vacation rather below at the bar or on the terrace sits. The fridge does not contain any drinks despite all inclusive. However one gets a bottle of water below at the front desk the you itself up can take. =).
With the all inclusive there are feast meal times, where you clothes can seem. And a coffee snack which for me a joke. If you were lucky was also times cakes for everyone.-). Unfortunately was also the kitchen not really good and imaginative. But starved none even if the selection was quite small. The people we met were different nationalities, and very mixed. I found the very pleasant. The entertainers were endeavors all nations language good to converse and were also very nice. Unfortunately these had only little space available. And evenings found the events by the pool instead of. So no chairs, but the loungers had as seats selections and a few stools served as table. So was the subject for many then was already finished. Because comfortable it was not, because the humidity mostly were wet.
The internet corner can one forget! Also the own computers needs here actually no to bring their own. Wifi is however available, however therefor one must also again into the wallet (money, money). It worked the internet only in the internet corner. As soon as this area left, is work and the connection way.
