Very good location between nature reserve, beach and promenade. Room very small however nice balcony with great lateral view of the sea. Room at check in unfortunately no that clean as it would like it to be, however therefor at the following days of vacation the best. Very good care by the front desk when all the wishes and questions. The food the gala evening perfect, at the other evenings often the taste was rather flavorless, but at breakfast and at dinner crazy much selection, had to go hungry here! in the dining room it was often very loud. We ... have the sumba last-minute to the super small price booked and everything was to our satisfaction, you can also in between times outward eat out. Therefore get the sumba of us recommendation! read more

The hotel is fine. Rooms are nice, facilities for handicap are very good. Clean and nice all over the hotel. All inclusive are varied, good food served. The average age of the guests are 60+ Most guest from Germany/Poland/Russia. read more

    Staff in reception, cleaning, and by the pool are very friendly and helpfull. Staff in restaurant are soo stressed and havent got any overwiev/Überblick - the funny thing is that instead of guest service them selves by the drink automats, the staff ask every guest what to drink and bring it. This is to very big irretation to the guests, because all sit and wait for a long time to get anything to drink. Most of the time you will wait more than half an hour. Soooo much easier to let the guests service themselves, and it would give the staff so much more time to focus on getting the tabels ready for new guests....

    This is funny. The staff here are invisible. The activities during the day at the hotels are missing!!! It seemed to me that the employees must have been very tired from a long sommer, as they had no drive what so ever to get the guests interested. What really is missing is entertainment outside during the nights. There is nothing to do in the city, but absolutely nothing at all to do around the hotel after dinner. Its very boring. A week in this hotel is too long. There was one show during our stay, and people left because it was so bad. Im sorry to say!

    To have the beach so close is wonderful. The center of the city is a bit far away from hotel. But again for people in wheelchair the beach promenade is great. Arround the city there is only "souvenier" shops - very few ordinary shops. Not a city to shop in. Its very clear that Cala Millor is suffering very hard from the "all inclusive" concepts on the hotels. Not much nightlife in the city.

We were the 2. x this year in sumba and we again enjoyed it. We are friendly treated and we were not missing anything. I don't know why most people somewhat at the hotel Sumba to moan have, we were treated friendly, because we were also friendly, as you in the forest crying so it comes back. I don't know in which hotel this people were, sumba staff( from the cleaning lady to the manager) is in any case friendly to us. The hotel has many rooms all sea view from the side is promised. The size of the rooms is more than sufficient, however the bath was too small and by the open shower always underwater. State of the rooms was okay, however the cleanliness much to be desired! Hair in the beds, dirty glasses and disgusting dirty toilet brush from the previous guest were at any of the 6 days away, cleaned, etc...     A large restaurant for the whole hotel, that every evening overwhelmed with the number of guests. The hotel bar was musty, the service completely overstrained, animation bad. Cleanliness in the restaurant is ok, but stay away from the salad buffet! The hope on the next day everything is better, we gave to the first 4 days on. The salad was not or very bad washed, sandy and partly full of earth. Peaches and various fruit was partly moldy, but it was on the next day constructed exactly. Atmosphere was very cool.

    Unfortunately in all respects a full of dive ☺ We were massenabgefertigt, as well as at the reception, as well as every day on the new in the dining room. Queue was during dinner in addition, since one never fixed seats had. We were often forgotten, even the beverages left partly 20 minutes or more to get. I would not recommend together a consulting from the buffet to get, we were the whole table cleared, despite half full cups and cutlery on the table... Foreign language skills were also disappointing! With some staff in the restaurant was absolutely no communication possible, there as surley even negative gestures. However big praise to the always friendly and cheerful cook, it has the dinner at least a bit of fun! :-)

    Beach location is great! Only across the street and one is already there. For a relaxing holiday just perfect. For young people is advisable a hotel further in the center to book, as you here already somewhat remote is, or bars and restaurants rather for the average age or older are laid out (german propose and so on.) Europcar is in the immediate vicinity!

    The size of the room was 2. More than adequate. Unfortunately is the room already getting old, the bathroom whereas is newly renovated. However by the shower not much thought. The shower's wall only goes on the half the shower so is after showering pretty much the whole bathroom flooded... Air conditioning worked well and the balcony nice and big. Safe is however too expensive;-( 27 € in the week. And is not even an electronic with code, but an old with key, where you then right to the keys have to be careful. What really bad was for us is, that the double rooms all with connecting doors are so that you to family rooms they can turn. The problem the you can hear everything that the neighbor power, from its toilet to the evening program. Are thank god very little in the room and we after a couple of days over this.

    There is a large dining room where we breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form for the all inclusive guests. In the afternoon there are at the pool bar café and cakes. Unfortunately tastes the cakes not good, would have been better some fruit to offer. Besides that the food was always fresh and a wide selection of salads, appetizers, main courses and desserts! Want the food now not praise or bad, about the taste one could argue, therefore everyone has costs and decide, if he would like the taste. In any case one was always full ;-) All meals were always refilled if something was empty. There was a very nice cook the great mood and always completely fresh before the grill cooked. We were always quickly and served in a friendly manner in the dining room.

    The staff at reception only a 'hello' or 'good morning' brought out, but were in the dining room all very friendly and nice. Almost all of the staff speaks German. Cleaning of the rooms took place every day. The cleaning was always reasonable and more than adequate.

    In the lobby is free wi-fi available. Password is at the front desk to ask. To the animation I can't say a lot, except that every evening a small show, singer and or other was... Were always outside on the way. There is a small pool, was however not used by us because the wonderful sea only a couple of steps away! Chairs are by the pool free of charge at the beach you have to pay for it. So 2 beach towels or take in the hotel against deposit borrow and on the sand ;-)

    To the airport in Palma one drives with the taxi exactly one hour. The wonderful sandy beach is right in front of the door, only a couple of steps on the promenade. The shopping in the area is reachable in circa 10 minutes on foot. There it does not lack shopping options:-) Also various bars and restaurants are all nearby and to reach on foot. For excursions are bus stops directly next to the hotel and a taxi place not far away.

This hotel is from the first impression really first nice, well-kept garden area, room was large enough for us, beds were ok., shower nice large with regenschauerduschkopf, balcony also large enough and beautiful lateral view of the sea. We had ' inclusive and gave much Variety and also plentiful, to our time there were all nationalities guests however too many German. Pool area also good, the only! Trouble' the loungers were from o'clock in the morning already occupied and until o'clock was not more to get and it was from the hotel simply tolerated since some loungers the whole day ... then but not used. read more

    We felt in our room (415) very comfortable, enough room for 2 persons, the luggages did good store, it was very quiet, we have our neighbors not received. It was always clean, on the balcony you could well swim gear drying, and the bathroom sufficient, with hair dryer and cosmetics mirror. Safe is available for a fee.

    The friendliness of the staff was very different: at the front desk one was always very friendly, the lady our room cleaned was a very friendly and cheerful woman. Only the girl which us too many in the restaurant service was often very annoyed and therefore sometimes not very friendly. We certainly have noticed how much this staff there must nevertheless we are in the services sector. Very praise would like we the cook to the morning and evenings always very good mood and each was friendly!

    The hotel lies only separated by the promenade right next to the sea and nevertheless it was quiet since it was already rather on the edge of town was. To the center with large and long pedestrian precinct it was around 10 minutes away on foot and also to the nature reserve was about minutes. Tables not cleared, lack of food, cutlery etc. Staff and made an effort. Didn't move a few male briskly on complaints. According to the season rather older guests. Until the day of departure from 11-09-2012 age steadily rising. The welcoming at the reception was very cold and unfriendly. In short: clear mass processing. The customer is not king, however rather cash cow the milked to. Have neither warm welcome good trip home ... belongs. Extra charges outrageous. Room-safe for 10 day= 48 Euro! A freichheit. zusatzbadge (key ) for the room 1 Euro per day. Waage for luggage 1 Euro per wäegeinheit. There was only, the lift also would have had to be paid for. read more

    The service was adequate. The balconies are only by vanes against the other separated. The view of the neighboring balconies and the neighboring room was possible without a problem!     The hotel complex seems to inviting at first glance. But the appearance deceives. The hotel terrace is way too small. The prices at bar and restaurant for not all inclusive guests opposite the local prices barbaric high. You feel as not all inclusive guest financially excluded, yes not at all welcome.     Location on the edge of Cala Millor, near the beautiful sandy beach and enough purchase- and entertainment possibilities. The staff at the countless restaurants and bars is mostly very friendly and accommodating. This in comparison to hotel staff, unfortunately.

For us there was, except some broken device in the fitness room, no faults at all. I was very, very positive about the cleanliness in the room and in the bathroom surprised, since there was no ' tracks' from the previous. The Spanish kitchen one must only a little to get used to, as all food very greasy, and after two, three days the selection repeated, but there is something for every taste. Absolute highlight is of course the beach. Therefore, that the hotel rather on the edge of town is located, you also had always super lots of space ... at the beach, not as in the center. Otherwise can one super by bike just head out and the area explore. Who however no friend of' German Klischees' is, should definitely not again, there were except for a handful of Russians and British German guests since, the ' couch with towel reserve'until' I lad me the plates full and eat it but not ' to all thought-) As the title says it all, you can wonderful a solid vacation without much schnick schnack spend-) read more

Already an ageing hotel. The baths are small however newly renovated. The beds for my taste very comfortable. The staff were very hard-working and friendly. Actually, we were quite satisfied with everything. However there is some still in the restaurant to improve! Us much again and again on, that the few staff often with the clearing of the tables and the relain- overburdened have been! In the hotel it seems a lack of table-ware and glasses to give, as it has been or could usually not full table set up. It was instead again and again of set tables the table-ware at other tables implemented. Here should urgently somewhat change. Nor should the waiter inside a little the waitresses under the arm and this not ... only bully. read more

After we in June once 10 days in sumba spent there and after this vacation three days later again for September booked, it was probably very good. The hotel has very lots of regular guests. Some of the regular guests were already more than ten times there. For us a clear recommendation. read more

The hotel makes on the first glance a good and clean impression. The interior furnishing is however have already gotten very old. The hotel was mostly by retirees and people with disabilities booked. There were almost all nationalities represented, but too many German guests. read more

    - the hotel room have standard size and standard. - furthermore has every room a small private balcony. On the balcony there is a plastic table and two matching chairs. Sun loungers does not exist on the balcony, since these for it way too small is. - in the room there is a fridge, this is however not filled. - our room was always clean. - the bathrooms in the hotel rooms are comfortable newly renovated and all have walk-in shower, what for older people certainly an advantage. A bath tub does not exist. The towels in the bathroom were changed daily. - in the wardrobe there is a safe. This costs however over 40 €(without the 10€ deposit). So much I had to so far in no vacation for a safe pay. Large disadvantage: The rooms are super super noisy. You heard every tone. Conversation in the neighboring room were to hear clearly, as well as the on and off the light, the showers, the snoring and the use of the toilet. Also the balcony door didn't really sound from the outside held. With events in the neighboring hotel it was impossible to sleep.

    Restaurant: The hotel has a restaurant. Unfortunately there is no theme restaurants, as in many other hotels. In the restaurant each evening the same dishes. This would good food been, would have given us the didn't mind, but there was every evening the same bad food. Dishes typical of the country were rather rare, there were always 2 sorts of meat and a sort of vegetables and mushy fries. If it potatoes, rice and noodles there, they were mostly still raw. Meal time was from to. In many hotels two meal times claim, what here also would have been useful. Almost all the guests are always the same time of day eat out, which led, that often no tables were more free. Because of this peak times the staff were completely overburdened. Tables were not covered, the guests were no drinks serves and the food in the containers was often empty. Also the cleanliness in the restaurant left nothing to the imagination. Plates and dishes were never properly cleaned, there were always leftovers to find. Bar: We had booked all inclusive. Unfortunately is worthwhile the in the hotel sumba not really. All inclusive there are in the hotel sumba only at certain times. Also within the all inclusive times you had to ensure that no extra charge for beverages was required. Drinks had to at the bar ordered and will pick you up (self -service). A waiter there was not respectively was a waiter with the number of the guests totally overwhelmed. In certain places were menschenschlagen of over 20 persons at the bar and waited on drinks. Cocktails in the hotel sumba are unfortunately not enjoyable, as they were not even be mixed (finished products).

    So unfriendly staff like in the hotel sumba, I have never experienced. Here example: We are equipped with the rental car arrived. Unfortunately was the road of the hotel the navigation system is not to find. So we called in the hotel at the. The information which we got was :' we now have no time the way to explain' and afterwards it was simply a joke. On the day of departure if card and safe keys are. After 5 minutes at the front desk ( at o'clock in the morning) we were finally attention. However no word changed, not even a good trip home. This indifference of the staff, especially at the front desk, we were the entire vacation to part. Pool towels ( again a deposit from 10 €) could in the morning only within 2 hours be replaced. You are 2 minutes after the time, were the pool towels already not more exchanged. In certain places could the towels not within this 2 hours be exchanged, since not enough pool towels were available.

    The pool is unfortunately very small and very old. For swimming is this not really. Also the loungers are a bit about, if the hotel is booked. The evening shows in the hotel were a joke. Instead of live music, dance performances or bingo evenings were in our hotel 'youtube' videos presented. The simple and convenient nature of the people in the evening to keep you occupied. A tv evening in the hotel room would be against have been a highlight. The neighboring hotel with 3 stars but several times in the week a live show for their guests offered.

    The hotel's location is great. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk away from the city center. It is therefore quiet, is however nevertheless almost centrally. The hotel is from the beach merely separated by the promenade. From the beach to the hotel you need just 1 to 2 minutes. The sandy beach and the sea are super nice. Two loungers with umbrella cost 12 Euro. Not cheap, but at the Ballermann are the loungers with 15 €more expensive.

For families is this hotel definitely not suitable, since the rooms too small and simple not enough possibilities there, the small rascal to keep you occupied. What really great is, that the beach directly at the hotel is. Well good, the restaurant a little affected with the 'food-along'. But around... Actually great and everyone tried very hard! read more

    Size of the room was enough for two people. For an extra bed but way too small. The bathroom is small, but had been renovated. The rooms were always clean.

    Dinner: you had to at the entrance wait, until a table was free. There was only one dinner time! Accordingly, all at the beginning. If one then finally a place you had to wait forever for drinks. As these successfully was, it was to the buffet. Selection of the food was almost standard for spanish hotels. With a huge difference! We have at the end already happy, if our food still was lukewarm. In most cases it was already cold! Breakfast was more or less fine, but wishes were not received. But when good tip : in the more immediate vicinity there is very many good restaurants.

    The front desk is the kingdom of the unfriendliness. No 'welcome', no description as you to the room reached, let alone help with luggage! It was only the room- and the expensive safe key (48 Euro per 10 days) on the counter and dumped further on own fist. Whilst checking out crack the staff the room and the safe key from the hand, slammed the 10 €deposit (!) On the counter, turned around and... Finished! No 'goodbye'... Nothing. Impossible! These experiences repeated in the evening in the restaurant. The staff/waiters were totally disorganized and overstrained. The waiters were very unfriendly and tilted with simple ask of the guests the eyes. This is not a service, the you in a star hotel would expect. The only exception was the cleaning staff, this was always friendly.

    Great location at the beach! Only a few meters to the beach, only through the beach promenade. Shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. To the shopping street Only about 5 minutes. Cala Millor is a very nice place for a beach vacation.

All five hotels, on the direct section in Cala Millor already experienced, the best. However Pool area only for frühaufsteher (reserved), we have however always directly at the beach chairs and an umbrella booked ( 12, -€ for 2 loungers with umbrella), in bathing suit and shirt direct short access to the hotel area, toilets, places to change and pool bar thus in the immediate area. Very quiet hotel, the everywhere mislaid carpet insulates the noise, air conditioning ran well, for 4 stars a quite recommendable hotel. read more
