The child club consisted of an unpleasant area. The animation team does not speak a word German. Pool very coldly. Our Russian friends took in naturally as well as all beach and pool couches.

The transfer took about 50 minutes there it the last hotel was, which was started. Around the hotel there is nothing except the garbage collecting point of the hotels. Neither business nor seafront. The next business and supermarkets are distant for 4 km von Elenite and can be achieved with taxi or bus. The so-called supermarket in the hotel is very poor. Neither he leads magazines nor cigarettes. Also one finds far and broadly no cigarette automat. The souvenir shop in the hotel is the largest joke. Large shelves with very few decoration things, which already tremble, because they are located so alone and abandoned in the shelf. There is however an aquapark equal in the proximity. That would make also fun, if the water were not so extremely cold. Promptly our largest one had a cold on the next day. The breakfast: After one week stay we suffer 6 days later still from failure, overness and fever, so that we called the medical emergency service, which immediately syringes and antibiotic ordered. I, which was family father meanwhile so often on the toilet that I suddenly do not go through white whether I with 40 years again a growth thrust or it is because of the Hämorrhoiden, which I have because of many the failure and therefore in sitting am larger. From 3 Nescafeautomaten functioned mostly just to two and sometimes also only one. Fortunately I make myself combat haven and could therefore against the Russian holiday-makers interspersed. But if no cups were there, which came regularly forwards, had also I pitch for my family cocoa to get coffee or other one. Oh that I do not forget it, it gave a container with warm milk for to muesli or the cereals which by the way the largest joy of my Kids is, because they loved cereals for breakfast. If the container were empty, you had to refer the staff some times to it and this had the container then immediately after…. 15 minutes fills again. Which lukewarm noodles at the Frühstücksbuffet lost are me today still another mystery, particularly since also no sauce was present. I do not want to puzzle however longer further in order not to cause next nausea. The scrambled eggs should one not on the plate but into a dish spoons, otherwise they swim of it. The lunch/dinner: I would have the noodles of the breakfast at noon on the 7 days desired nevertheless looked for each other we those in vain. Beef, Schweinefleisch and chicken gave it each day, but on sauces one must do without. Secretly I thought, want us to vergräulen, because we are Germans. And if we are suffocated at the meat with dry rice, that takes care of itself automatically. But I do not live in stupid brook, I a tomato soup got myself and these as sauce used. Ok one, pig roast with tomato soup water is not the straight hit however at least is not suffocated we. Do not look for a bill of fare, because after the first day you know which it the remaining days will give. To the dessert one can select between cakes, ice and fruit. With the ice one must hurry when eating, because faster than one melts it spoons can. With the fruit one should not be to discriminating, except you has a problem with verschimmelten peaches, then you eat dear cake. The hotel guests existed to about 90 per cent from Russian compatriots and used all bags, them had around fruit and pastry also to the beach or on the room to take. There I would say personally nothing, because me sch. It is all the same but we carried once a peach forward and were addressed promt by the staff that that is not permitted. One had to refer the staff to it if cutlery, plate, cups, glasses, automat etc. empty was fundamental. From a star hotel I actually expect 5 that the service is in the restaurant like a self runner. One knows the water to the meal from the water gauges, as one knows it from American films out leaves. There there is a warm water and a cold water, at least became it as such angepriesen. I would drink gladly water to the meal if it would be cold, but if it is lukewarm and without carbonic acid, then do not bring I that down. One can directly from the puddle schlabbern as a dog. The rooms: We had a family room, thus two rooms with a Durchgangstüre. The rooms were calmly convenient because them from the pool were turned away. Where I was completely glad, because the standard music that uft pool bar from morning till night Techno music being uft uft uft. The beds were the worst, which I had ever experienced. I am not certainly a princess on the pea, but one wakes up, and all pain, which can do only pain, does to one. After a short cause analysis I became already fündig. The upholstery of the steel feathers/springs was thinner than thin. One felt everyone particulars therein was. My wife and I felt older around 20 years. There there no animation was and only kids disco, which was after 15 minutes to end and was only Bulgarian spoken, went we with the children on the room. The television program is limited to Second Channel of German Television and RTL2. For children the hotel is unsuitable to 100%. Edge of bathing: So that the lifeguards and thus the hotel are in case of an accident from Schneider, were fundamental the yellow and red flags go-eats. Was to be seen green the seven days never. If it goes to the flag rules, then thus only float may with yellow none with swimming assistance or air mattress in the water. At the red light none may purely. Thus when then should my children have made their bath vacation? But fortunately a free beach was beside the hotel-own beach, then we bathed evenly there. And completely besides, the wave course was minimal at 4 of 7 days. Result: I am strained, like for a long time my 3 children to suffer my wife and I still from the consequences of the Bulgaria vacation have. During the home flight we conversed with German holiday-makers from other hotels, and those said us that they met a Duzend persons, who had to suffer an extreme failure illness. For us it is called anyhow - vacation in Bulgaria, never again!

An advantage is the proximity of distance of the hotel to the beach (100m)

The rooms were largely, brightly and well equipped. There was an air conditioning system, foehn in the bathroom, to mini bar and TV. We had however only 2 German transmitters. Cleanliness and condition had been ok.

There were one restaurant and 2 bars once within the pool range and then still lobby bar. We had booked half-board. Generally there was a good selection of meals, but there was nearly each day the same to eat. The containers mostly were empty and were always slowly filled up. Some meals looked as made by the Vortag only warmly, others before fat or oil confessed. The fruit was partly on geschimmelt or discolored. There was free of charge water or juice other beverages had is paid (prices were however ok). Cleanliness left to be desired in some places. The meal was usually very sober or unappetizing. The courts were offered were German as well as nationaltypical. Thus which concerns the meal and/or the catering trade was we disappointed and became the hotel do not further-recommend, since also some humans as well as we ourselves carried stomach problems of it.

The staff was actually friendly however very slow. The tables were for a very long time not cleared, mostly had to ask one specially for it. One regained the same then also at the buffet, since the bowls were mostly empty and it lasted for a very long time to these was again filled up. The staff in the catering trade was hardly powerful the English language, which made some affairs more difficult. The ladies at the reception could have better English and itself also fast cared for desiring the guests. The room cleaning was ok in addition, not completely thoroughly. There was a physician and an also partial care of children, the laundry service could be likewise taken up.

The pool plant as well as de Strandbereich were clean and maintained. The water at the hotel beach was full algae and stones which one in the water not see could not. Animation gave it to each evening briefly for the children and from time to time also nationaltypical folklore dances. One must say that the volume of these meetings was extreme. It was like that according to which one with closed balcony door still everything monitored. There was a disco however these was never opened.

The hotel was beautifully, relatively new and maintained generally. The rooms were clean and tidy. Regarding the Verpfelgung there were extreme reductions to make. Regarding the other guests were there a great many Russian guests and aufällig many Familen with children.

The hotel Zornitza of sand is in the resort Elenite, whereby this is far away from the shot around it to say times in such a way. The hotel has its own beach, whereby that is not to be said the water there is very clean, many algae and stones, which bad one can see but rather ertasten must. There are no supermarket, no seafront or maintenance possibilities in the closer environment. These can be visited only with the bus into that about 15 min distant larger resorts. Fun activities such as jet ski or banana drive are only at the beaches of other hotels possible. Trip possibilities can be booked over the travel line. The roads are very bad there and if one passes to the bus stop then must one as a guest of the Zornitza of sand the garbage collecting point large resorts, which as one cannot to be presented particularly smells oneself.

We had a family room. Thus 2 identical rooms with a connecting door. Thus also 2 bathrooms, at 5 people optimally. From the size completely sufficiently. Only in the room of the children one did not come by the setting bed so well to the balcony. Was however not further bad. Particularly well pleased me the equipment rooms. First of all the lighting, cosy light and background lighting. Secondly: 2 curtains - once collusion, once Sichtschutz thirdly: Fly lattice with opened balcony. There was a filled mini refrigerator, which really did not cool however, we therefore did not use. The air conditioning system functioned perfectly and was sometimes at the temperatures a benediction. One could telephone among themselves from room to room, practically with appointments of the children. There was a safe in the Wandschrank (free) or at the reception (liable to pay the costs 6 leva/day). The cabinets did not have unfortunately much tray surface, had however sufficient handles around a part of the laundry at least to hang up. There were bags for dirt laundry, bag for the cleaning with price list, a Schuhanzieher and sewing kit in the cabinet. Between the cabinets was a lit tray surface for the suit-cases. The bathroom was not largely however perfectly sufficient. Bath tub with showering possibility, bath rug with specially towel. A foehn and a separately adjustable ventilation gave it also.

There were 2 restaurant, whereby one (fish restaurant Deja Vue) were closed the whole time. There was lobby bar and a Night club only after 22.00 of the o'clock worked. The selection participated large and actually for each taste which. Crepes with Schokocreme or jam, freshmade by noodles and beans for breakfast to. It distributed itself over 2 buffets, whereby there were there also still small differences. Coffee was this time a pleasant surprise. There were coffee automats with Nescafe in different sorts. Coffee with milk, cappuccino, espresso, Moccaccino and drinking chocolate. Unfortunately there was not only warm milk for breakfast and there liked our children the cereals. Briskly, was also necessarily with the quantities those was filled up the Russian guests on the plates packed itself. I did not want to believe it, but I had seen it and was it simply only amazingly like much on so a plate fit. If somewhat fell, all the same - simply do as if nothing would be. Unfortunate I found also the differences was made. Our children are not in the morning the large Esser and I wanted to 2. Day a few Croissants for the children carry forward. I pointed out with leave the restaurant that this is forbidden. Shortly thereafter another (not Germans) Touristin did not leave the restaurant with a fully bepackten plate, there anything was said. Of Al we they addressed, said the travel line on it to us it were better controlled, but it did not happen anything. And thus we saw packed tables being in the evening fully because of those to more than half remained and filled plates with auf´s room were taken. Dinner was also very varied and it gave also briefly roasted. In addition, I am not the Fleischesser, now became always full. The meal was rather lukewarm, but ok. Large selection of salads, 2 different sorts soup, desserts and cakes and 6 different sorts ice. For the children it gave evening a Kinderbüffet. There there were occupied bread or rolls, also times to Kartoffelpüree and a chocolate well with cookies or Löffelbiskuit. It was always made certain that everything is clean and each Krümmel became immediately swept away. The beverage prices in the hotel we found something covered (beer 500ml - 4.00 leva, Cola/Fanta - 2.50 leva), at the sun beach cost a beer 1.50 leva and in Nessebar even only to 0.80 leva. Place we found and it also fast again were actually always covered up. Beautiful it was to be sat outside and be looked during the breakfast or dinner on the sea.

At the reception one was very much endeavored, but not all understood German. Thus it became a Kauderwelsch from German, English and hands and feet. The room cleaning was ok, but was limited (despite tip) only to the most necessary. Our friends, on the other hotel side, had there more luck and saw there one from the pool the charwoman the balcony wiping and the glass areas to clean. One could see the fingers of our children on the departure day still. Well, main thing clean towels and sufficient toilet paper. The animation was for us the disappointment absolutely and also a reason why we this hotel will not any longer book. Despite objection during the travel line one spoke there only Russian or Bulgarian. Our youngest daughter was to be gone through very anxious in the kids disco, but since she did not understand anything, it was not so great. We are with several families at the same time with altogether 11 children arrived and there made ourselves the grind over this behavior broad. Particularly since other guests from the previous year were thereby from the animation were so inspired that they came back. New staff and from the dream. It did not take place anything of the indicated things. Only with paint from T-shirts (20 leva) or gypsum figures were responded our children to German.

As written already above, the animation was a joke. Fortunately the children understood themselves all well and made the best from it. Internet entrance did not give it in the entrance hall, to 4 PC´s. we this however did not use there, cannot I over prices information give. Being because of the pool and beach were including and also sufficient present. Correctly relaxing the battle was to be experienced times not in the morning around the best places to go but down and put at the pool. The beach was differently than at the sun beach roughly sandig and from stones and shells pulled through. At the beginning I thereby very heavily did, me however after a few days to it got accustomed. Algae there were also a great many, not further badly and at a beach section further right could one after 2-3 steps over shells and stones on sand. Different kinds of fish and cancers were an experience for the children. we saw Delfine in the morning to 2x. Between beach and pool there were two showers, so that one did not drag the whole sand into the pool. The child pool was the hit and we had difficulties our children from the water to get. The large pool was somewhat warmer and loaded to the Wasserball almost brings in.

We were of course repeatedly in Bulgaria, but for the first time in Elenite. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is visiblly, very maintained and responding furnished. From morning to night one deseamed, one sucked or one wiped. There was everything for the tourists, begun from the bathrobe and hotel slipper, to shampoo, toothbrush with tooth paste, shaving things (one-way), Wattestäbchen and Pads, bath salt and soap. If one which would have forgotten - optimally. The plants were very much maintained. Also the pool was thoroughly cleaned each day. Breakfast and dinners took place in form of a buffet and were very varied. 2 x the week topic evening. On Mondays - Bulgarian, Thursday - Italian. At our travel time the German guests were in the absolute minority (estimated about 50 persons), otherwise Russian, Ukrainer, Moldawier, Poland and Bulgaren or other nationalities. A great many families with children, but in the evening except for a few exceptions very calmly.

The travel from the airport to Elenite lasted rather for a long time, over one hour, since we started still some hotel at the sun beach and pc. Vlas. The hotel is directly because of the beach. In the hotel there was a small kiosk, where one could buy beverages, nibbling things or ice. There was a small Souvenirshop also. Otherwise was there nothing. For cigarettes one had into the neighbor hotels. Away Noks - right of the hotel had lain a supermarket, or at the beach along direction Royal park, there gave it also still another supermarket. Otherwise one had to drive with the shuttle or regular bus to pc. Vlas, sun beach or Nessebar. The stop was fortunately not far and the bus drove about every 40 minutes. Children until 7 years freely. Adult to pc. Vlas - 2 leva, sun beach 3 leva, Nessebar 4 leva. Every 2-3 days we made a trip, since it was nevertheless too calm us in the plant and we wanted to stroll somewhat.

The rooms were rather roomy and generous. The equipment was not the newest one however correct. The air conditioning system in our room functioned rather badly, the cooling performance was not considerable. We attached however not much importance on it and criticized it therefore not. TV was a shock for our son: -). The only ready to receive channels on German were Second Channel of German Television and Swiss RTL2. Balkon/Terasse was roomy and beautiful. Telephone gave it also. A small refrigerator was present, the prices was however rather German and not localtypical. Safe and coffee machine were missing. In the bath there was no drinking water. Thus consume please only water from bottles. One can buy it in the hotel-own shop inexpensive.

There were restaurants 2. The kitchen was nationaltypical, which for children from Germany a considerable conversion is. To all meals the offer is rich and varied at warm kitchen. Who likes however rather bread, sausage and jam to evening bread and breakfast, which must itself limit rather. Fruit always consisted of season fruits and was also sufficiently present. But please you do not expect buffet, which 5 stars becomes fair. The only point of criticism in this column reads: Organization. The staff clears you gladly times the plate under the nose and is then however slow at tables, which became to leave from your guests again, with clearing, cleaning and covering up. Thus unpleasant situations develop as, the table are still dirty and it are missing to cutlery for the guests. Annoying it was also that the guests from white Russia and Moldavia had the inclination that buffet up to the last Happen too plündern, with mountains on your plates to your tables stiefelten around afterwards only one tenth of it to verzehren. The remainder was then disposed by the hotel personnel. Harm therefore. It happened with the meals partly quite loud, since really a great many families with quite still very small children visited the meals. One should be child dear thus tolerant and, one can it there for the own children also expect.

The staff is friendly and anxious however usually disorganized. Most are season forces, young people, which start after the summer in the study. The trained restaurant or hotel specialists stands out from the mass. As already above mentioned the younger coworkers speak usually Bulgarian and English or German, the older for it rather Bulgarian and Russian. Communication was however at each time possible. The room cleaning is very thorough and also with love is accomplished. The towels for our child were folded always nice to the loop or to the swan. The mattresses have Schoner and the bath are really well cleaned. Even the balcony was wiped each day. The hotel offers additionally a cleaning or a laundry service inexpensive. A physician is regularly in a small office close of the reception present and it gives a child club in that the children to be cared for. Here there was also a young woman employee, who spoke German. Criticism, complaints or suggestions are well taken up and converted, as far as possible, also immediately. The Managerin was somewhat embarrassing that we still pointed out you with the departure that the German flag, which baumelte before the entrance at the Fahnenmast had wrongly been hung around on.

For sport and Wellness a SPA range with sauna, Turkish sauna, Fitnessraum and different Massageangeboten was available. The staff is very nice and umgänglich there. We did not experience animation during the day. In the evening there was always a small disco at that pool bar for children to the along-sung and along-danced. That pleased our son very much. On Fridays DejaVu was always Karaokeabend in the fish restaurant. About water and beach quality can be only said: Very cleanly, properly and pleasantly. Pool couches and screens were free and in sufficient number available in all ranges for inhabitants of the hotel. Between beach and pool there was a few showers, in order not to get the sand dirty abzuspüllen and the pool. The pool range was carefully cleaned each evening.

The hotel has 240 beds, the rooms is roomy, all with balcony and sea view. The rooms were held, small defects in the bath were again repaired very cleanly by the hotel personnel within 2 hours. We had booked and wanted half-board that noon in the environment to take. At present our stay were gesäht German families RSR. The predominant number of the guests came from white Russia, Ukraine, Moldavia and naturally also from Bulgaria. Some service forces spoke German or English. In addition, many spoke only Bulgarian or Russian. If one wanted to communicate however, then the staff got an appropriate person, who could speak with us.

We drove from the airport from approximately 40 min in the hotel. The beach begins directly behind the pool and is put on as private beach for the guests. Couches and screens were free and always in sufficient number available both at the pool, and at the beach. The beach has fine sand, in the water was on a side a great many stones, it gave however also a range, which is kept free by stones. We saw a highlight for our child there in nearly each evening Delfine, which played directly behind the buoys. In direct environment there are no shopping possibilities or restaurants. It drives to that to each full hour a regular bus, very inexpensive is free and for children until 7 years. Within 10 - the bus brings 15 min. you after Sveti Vlas, a small dreaming width unit town, overcrowded and inexpensive. Here one can meet both the native ones and their kitchen: -) Recommendable is an in any case trip after Nessebar/Mesambria. The town to the world cultural heritage of the Unesco and was belonged times an old settlement of the Thraker. A trip after sun beach is not bad also. One can explore there inexpensive golf carts or electrical scooters check-out counters and the whole seafront on wheels. The beach is beautiful there and invites in any case to bathing, however very much overflowed and with nightlife district tourist scattered.

The double rooms of the elevated equipment are very modern and responding furnished and have bath with bath tub, air conditioning system inclusive Steuerungseinheit, mini bar, foehn, bathrobes, mirror, telephone, TV, setting bed (extendable sofa), towels and balcony with panorama sliding door. The television program leaves to be desired however much, only RTL and VOX ran, occasionally still with bad receipt and constant misfires. But actually one is, in order to make vacation, television there can one also at home; ) Nevertheless the bad receipt can disturb much. The rooms to the inner court are very calmly convenient, it are the sea noise to be only heard. Cleanliness and furniture are super.

The meal is throughout good. There is a various international buffet with soups, salad bar, beautifully arranged cold plates, daily changing main courts and an extensive Dessertangebot. In the main season there is also still another fish restaurant. Prices and quality of meals and beverages in the restaurant and lobby bar are appropriate, same apply to cleanliness and hygiene. The table cloths could have been changed in the course of the evening partly repeatedly, this were not however not further dramatic.

Briefly and scarcely: The service in the hotel is good generally, the service in the restaurant is however so underground bad that it draws the otherwise good service extremely down. At the reception during our stay always friendly and competent service forces were, whose particularly good German knowledge was noticeable. With questions and Anregugnen they were particularly helpful and unlocked. Check in and check Out ran fast, unbureaucratically and smoothly. The room cleaning is daily and also qualitatively good. The Servicequalität in the restaurant were however grottenschlecht: The waiters were unmotivated except for an exception and have unsatisfactory Fremdsprachenkenntnisse: Neither German nor English could help with the order, usually had with hands and feet to be explained, what is desired. The staff was partly unfriendly and had to be often specially requested to take up a beverage order. Probably they were simply restrained due to the German knowledge lacking to address the guests. The service forces hung around desireless in the area and conversed partly loudly on Bulgarian. No beautiful window blind for the meal, although the restaurant with sea view is beautifully furnished. There is a physician room and a daily shuttle service after sun beach. In addition one can cover oneself up in the mini market with the most necessary. The Spa range is inviting much and the woman employees was very friendly and forestalling.

The pool is beautifully and largely, however ice cold. The sea was warmer and more pleasant around some degrees. Beach chairs, editions and sun screens are sufficiently and free of charge present at the pool. The pool range is also cleanly and beautifully furnished like the remaining hotel. Child pool with slide as well as pool bar are present. The beach is very stony, it is recommended to carry for bathing in the sea of bath shoes. Cleanliness was likewise correct. Internet entrance in the hotel is to be had for 2, 50 Leva. The Fitnessraum is well equipped (run volume, CROSS coach, etc.). The Night club was not opened. Furthermore there is to billard and kicker table.

The hotel has 4 floors and 2007 was reconditioned. The furnishing is very modern and sends, it gives lobby bar with beautiful and cosy leather couches, which invite to easing. The plant is maintained much, in the direct environment is places, at which regularly building debris and plastic garbage are unloaded. This impairs the living quality however not substantially, it looks only ugly. Is addressing architecture, regarded from above resembles the hotel form a “U”, whereby in the center the pool is and is convenient the rooms either to the pool side in the inner court or to the less beautiful adjoining house. All rooms have according to hotel data sea view, actually regarded are reduced this only the case, which is connected probably also with the stretch ability of the term sea view. With the inspection one of the rooms with simple equipment, which lay for the exterior of the “U”, one could see the sea only from the balcony. The view was however because of the close neighbor building as well as the remaining hotel complex limited to only few meters. At the pool and to the restaurant as well as at the main entrance there are ramps, which make the hotel with wheelchairs or buggies passable. During our stay German guests were present excluding. Guests were both young single travelers and pairs and/or families and older ones. The plant was actually always maintained and clean.

It depends on the kind of the vacation, which one would like: Who wants to sun itself at the pool and rather little from country and people would like to experience, comes in the Zornitza of sand fully at its expense. The hotel is appropriate for removed holidays place Elenite in the 12km of the sun beach, where there is nothing up to some hotels and the above mentioned Schutthalden. It drives however 2 times daily a shuttle bus from the hotel, which is free against descriptions of other evaluations on this portal. Only for the regular bus, which keeps few meters hourly at only the removed stop, a payment must be paid of 3 Leva (approx. 1, 50€) (to sun beach). One can thus favorably or free of charge drive to sun beach to buy etc. over there in the hotel gives it a small mini market, on the indicated opening times is however no relying. The prices are appropriate (beer costs 1, 40€). The transfer time to the airport amounts to about 1 hour, since the hotel is usually started last. Standard double rooms are modern furnished: TV, mini bar, air conditioning system, hire safe, telephone, balcony with direct sea view (best a room in the center of the hotel, 4. Floor book! ). Small bath with tub. Room was always clean, towels each day was changed.

Frühstücksbuffet well, large selection: Different types of bread, scrambled egg and fried eggs, hard cooked egg, ham, cheese, sausage, Crêpes, fruit, honey, jam and much more besides. Mittagsbuffet against it a joke! Tomatoes, cucumbers, a sort vegetable, a sort meat. Dear lot arranged, not peppered. Please only book HALF BOARDS! Dinner more delicious. Different supplements, meat and fish courts, salad bar, soups, fruit, sweet foods, Kinderbuffet. Cleanliness in the dining-hall unfortunately not sufficiently. Krümel and meal remainders on the soil, tablecloths often dirtily, cutlery were missing sometimes, because the tables were not in time again covered up. Table-ware, cutlery etc. always cleanly. Prices for beverages of ok: Water 90 cent, Coke 1, 20Euro, large beer about 1, 70 euro.

Staff generally a little reserves, but friendly. German spoke not all, but with English one always got ahead. Staff at the reception friendly and helpfully, good German knowledge. In the restaurant one had to wait unfortunately often for a long time, to one its order give could and also at that lobby bar up often did not feel not noticed one… The cleaning forces were ALWAYS very friendly against it.

Spa center, Fitnessraum, mini market (real mini! ), computer area with Internet entrance, child club, playground (two swings), mini gulf, Billard, table tennis, Volleyballnetz. Screens and being at the pool free of charge, because of the beach against fee. Missing, multicolored evenings etc. were announced to animation at our travel time, did not take place however not.

Hotel is in the holiday village Elenite, directly beside a very large hotel plant, from which one does not receive however much. To the sun beach about 20 minutes. Directly at the beach hotel with large pool, lain. U-shaped around pool landscape put on. about 250 rooms on 4 floors. Standard double room completely sufficiently, fantastic sea view. The hotel is very modern furnished in a maintained condition. Reception, bar, restaurant etc. corresponding the illustrations on the homepage of the hotel. Rooms were always thoroughly cleaned. Cleanliness in the restaurant left to be desired partly. Breakfast and dinner well, please only HALF BOARD book!

Beautiful, direct beach situation. Maintained beach section. Unfortunately many large stones in the water, therefore rather at about 100 meters the far left at the beach of the neighbor hotel in the water go. In Elenite there are hardly to purchase and maintenance possibilities. To the sun beach however 2x drives daily the hotel-own shuttle bus and once per hour the regular bus (back and forth 6 Leva., thus about euro costs 3), with which one can drive also until Nessebar. Naturally also the possibility with the taxi for the sun beach exists to drive negotiate (prices always before! ) costs, about 20 Leva. Over the tour operator one can from the hotel different trips book, e.g. After Nessebar, Sozopol or Varna. Also the daily trip after Istanbul is recommendable.

I had a completely normal room with direct sea view. This lay in the 3. Stick of the building. At the 3. I noticed day of my stay in my bath mould smell, this came from the bath tub. Around the bath tub at the tiles mould had formed. I asked the reception to give me a new room. After regarding the situation me without complications a new room of same type became in 4. Piece with lateral sea view made available. Equipment characteristics: TV (RTL, Vox, child channel, euro sport), balcony, mini bar, telephone, 2 beds, two armchair, a table, TV-bank. At the refrigerator a reference was in English attached, which is warned to eat the chocolate existing in that mini bar. … (that I did not experience ever!!! ). The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub with shower, in addition still another foehn comes. Cleanliness generally left to be desired, the cleaning personnel huschte only by the rooms and beds to make, my ladies, must be still learned! Since I left probably not sufficiently tip for the cleaning personnel, became in the 2. Week my bedlinen no longer changed. … Towel change was however each day. Current supply as in Germany. The condition of the carpet was catastrophic, full marks, partial Brandflecke of cigarettes.

The hotel had opened 1 restaurant at my travel time (there was to be still another fish restaurant, I do not have it found). Also night bar was present, but never opened. Cleanliness in the restaurant leaves to be desired, since the tables are not cleaned correctly after using. Krümmel remain lying on the table and the napkins from material are several times used (fat marks on it). If a table is cleared, this is not again covered up by the service staff. Point hygiene: There are two kinds of coffee automats, once an automat with Neskaffee and an automat with normal coffee. Both automats are to be complained of hygenically, since they are not cleaned during the enterprise. Also the coffee was in both automats times very thinly, then again very strongly. The coffee is rather not recommended. The cook of the hotel was the only one, who really gave itself trouble. The warm meals were gwürzt very good and looked also responding. It was put regularly after. However the monotonousness of the meals is to be criticized in the 14 days. It was tried to cook once Italian which unfortunately failed. 2x was a Bulgarian evening in the restaurant (with Bulgarian dancers and meals), which brought little alternation into the monotonous operational sequence in the hotel. The atmosphere in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner was not much inviting (see service staff). Since I had not drunk anything in the restaurant, also a tip did not become due by me.

Service - which is that? All coworkers in the hotel must really still learn that. I did not have to be welcome (and also different German guests, with whom I had spoken) the feeling! We had to be rather the feeling, an interference factor! The service staff in the restaurant was the hardness! No good day or good morning, bored faces, partial dirty clothes (over several days! ) with the service staff, clearing was a load. I think, the service staff for one season from its villages had come, in order to work times a little. … The service by the staff at that hotel bar was also no service. Also here one had to disturb repeatedly the feeling. The coworkers were not attentive, one had always directly to the bar to go, in order to get something. Also here I did not have the feeling, the staff must money make. Helpfulness and authority - wrongly at the place! German knowledge with the staff at the reception available, with the service staff in the restaurant not. Also with English they had so their difficulties. The check in was problem-free, I arrived only in the evening against 22:30 clock. Handling complaints: In my case fast one reacted and also apologized.

To the sport offer: Since animation had driven down in the hotel on nearly 0, the sport offer was corresponding. It could be played table tennis and Billard. That was it. Since at my travel time only 2 - 4 children in the hotel were, I cannot estimate care of children and children's playground. A tiny mini market and a change place were in the hotel available, here could one with water, cigarettes and Bulgarian money cover itself up. In the change place also the possibility exists of exchanging too much exchanged Bulgarian money again in euro. An area with Internet entrance (4 computers) is present. Use Internet: One hour of 5 Lev. Fashion shops were missing. There is a Wellnessbereich, which is prices here completely covered! Also a Minifitnessstudio is present, devices seems in order to be. There is far a large swimming pool and a small swimming pool (for children). The water in both pools was very cold. I have that in the 14 days of my stay was 1 time seen, the pools cleaned (in the evening, against 20:00 clock). The pool bar was made close without comment starting from 18. 09,2008, although we had still by sections beautiful weather. By the way those was not pool bar the cleanest one.

The hotel generally from the outside seen, actually makes a completely nice impression. The hotel was reconditioned allegedly 2006. I am the opinion, which should happen already again. In addition still more. My travel date was 11. 09. To 25. 09,2008, I had selected half-board. The hotel has 4 floors, sea and garden view. That external area of the hotel each morning cleaned with about 2 liters water per cleaning strength I think, which is obstruct-friendly furnished the hotel in the external area. One cannot maintain that from the elevators, her was very small and often defective! I used, from fear, put repeatedly the stairs to remain. Family-friendly I think there 2 pools and allegedly animation in the hotel in the main season. At my travel time 20. 09,2008 still about 25-30 guests were in the hotel, the nationalities about 80% German, remainder of Russians and Menschen from Scandinavian countries starting from that.

The hotel is directly because of the beach, so which one has there no long ways. However a beach run is nearly not possible, since some beach sections are to continuously of the respective hotel closed or the beach to end are. One knows the distance to the next place itself adventurously (constant traffic of vehicles, no possibility of a footpath! ) over the only road in about 2 hours erlaufen or with the so-called “shuttle bus” drive. This bus is mostly overcrowded (place for about 15 persons), the driver drives very fast. This bus operates 3 time on the day to the sun beach (travel time about 20 min), which clearly too little is, since this hotel is to the world because of the “A.…”. The normal regular bus (line 8) drives 4 Lev to everything at the neighbor hotel (aquapark) one hour to the sun beach, price about. Taxi price from the sun beach to the hotel for a person about 20 Lev. Purchase and maintenance possibilities in the proximity do not exist!!! Into the neighbor hotels is no clean-come - except one tries to come it over the beach into the hotel. Trip possibilities are offered naturally (much too expensively!!! ), these are worthwhile themselves however not, because one does not get to see here naturally also real Bulgaria.

The rooms were really great. Much decay furnished. The cleaning was also very thorough. Television was so a thing - there were 2 German programs, which changed depending upon day between Pro7, Vox, Kabel1, RTL and superRTL, often also with short interruptions. There were also MTV and still 2 other music transmitters. Then still CNN and the remainder on Bulgarian.

The selection of the breakfast and Abendessensbuffets was not particularly large - which however in principle not is bad. But it did not taste good really. Often very strongly again warmed up and simply not more delicious. Old bread was normal case. Also once mould width units had bread.

The reception was much forestalling and nice. Evenly so the Concierge (? ) and the charwomen. The operation (for beverages + clear old table-ware) was simply only miserable. Simply stink-putridly, although nothing was the matter. Partly one had to go its to dirty plate there on the neighbor table temporary storage facilities and even to the bar u beverages order, in order to get anything at all.

The pool and the couches were cleanly likewise the range therefore around. The lying close beach was very dirty and bathing in the sea was only one piece beside the hotel possible, since before the hotel large pieces of stone were direct in the sea, which made a bathing the gate route - however there were naturally also no references to go a piece further. The disco had never openly (probably too few guests for it there been)

At the beginning I must make attentive on the fact that we began at the end of of Septembers the vacation. Possibly that excuses or other unpleasant occurence. It was really very little the matter (at the whole sun beach along). Here it concerns a medium sized hotel with 4 floors. The lobby and the rooms are very modern/stylisch furnished. However the course large marks on the carpet and it had Buffet area was in principle covered and somewhat dirty by grease marks the tablecloths.

The hotel is direct at the beach. Unfortunately the beach is not very broad. Personally that disturbed me somewhat, because one had then directly the hotel in the neck. The hotel is appropriate for Elenite, which consists no infrastructure (supermarket etc.) really only of a few hotels and however really exhibits none - in the “place”. The tap water in the hotel as inedible designation which us to the water purchase arranged. One could use either the somewhat larger “supermarket” and/or aunt Emma loading of the neighbor hotel (Royal palace), whereby a person was allowed to enter the area only in each case… (?? ) or the internal supermarket, which only a few square meter had u really nearly nothing had. Besides it already closed one day before the announced date, without any warning. Likewise also the Exchance station in the hotel - without announcement - closed on the third last day of our vacation.
