The purest disaster! This hotel i would definitely not recommend. The worst for me were the sleepless nights because of the high level of noise from the adjacent street and übernäßig loud noise from the entertainment music and music the whole day went. The beach is just dreamlike and not to beat. But the food is really so bad, I have never in my life experienced. Tip: not to be too stingy and maybe it was (despite all inclusive) time to eat. But more than 1 week one in my opinion there this reason not enough.
Z. T. it smelled very strict, but later we have experienced, that problem from Varadero is (by sulphureous nearby Industry), not the hotel.

I wanted 2 weeks summer, sun, beach and sea. I haven't had that. There are better hotels, no choice Question... But such a big deal as partly described is, it was luckily not. The hotel was clean. Rooms were daily cleaned. The food could have been more varied may be. I think, you know, what you want... It is no choice 'families area'. For me as a lone traveler it was OK. read more

Theoretically it would be a ideal complex, near to the beach, good infrastructure, beautiful hotel garden. But a example but, as one good in Katastrofales could turn. Dirty, gooey staff, no consideration to the needs of of the guests ( mixed clientele, mostly German Tourists).
Food on sticky plates, drinks from sticky mugs, music on Gröhllautstärke from 9:00 to 23:15, so the pool, Cafes, bar was not in use (for all inclusive-Services). Rats in the rooms some guests, Read only with ear-protection possible, with the meal times has the staff before the best pieces from the buffet stolen. ... Only spanischsprachiges management, so the the guests no possibility had, qualified to complain. read more

So I was the first time in August 2011 and was really amazed, so that I decided, every year to come ☺ the next time from 02-08-2012 until 16-08-2012( today booked again). The short walk to the dreamlike beach, 2 minutes of the hotel room, is awesome. On the way there whistled you quickly 2 beer purely (one comes anyway pass). The rooms are okay and I was satisfied (of course, there is always some Nitpicker, to something to moan about and complain have, if for the food, or other, this people be everywhere something to complain have. The food ... was for me reasonable(I myself am a chef by trade and where will the Cuban chefs the cook learned? Is put in the effort and that was the main thing, in the resort there are now times no Lafer, Rach or Tim Mäzer, that forget the nitpicker stop here always) the hotel staff and the maid service is also reasonable, if you for 2 weeks 5 euros give, then take everything for you. A special highlight for me was, that oblique opposite the club tropical, on the other side of the street, a 2 hours bar. Yes, you'have read properly. I was every evening, live music, locals and of course great women ☺ Tin beer cost about 18 cents, Cocktail for example Mojito converted about 24 cents, but correct and not a crap like in Germany. If you want a small hotel right on the beach looks for, is here exactly correct. The room are old, but in a clean condition (with occasional entl. Tip).
The food was pretty good, but very monotonous. The cleanliness on the tables left to be desired, but when we complained the next day was improved; as it was with the cleanliness at the beach. That the waiters in the dining room only with bribery served, was us-we have the drinks yourself.
Trips can be booked directly in the hotel. Our were of good quality and varied.

Large family room with living room and view of the sea for a reasonable price. Each evening there is entertainment it, is the rather noisy, but us has it not bother us, but a lot of fun made. Nice beach, nice pool.
The food is unfortunately as with many all inclusive not particularly good, but you get used to it. Friendly staff, very child friendly.

The worst hotel I've ever had the. Every hostel in the I was, is better. The food was it lung and liver, not only not good, but really bad. I was there during the three weeks, I have seen the people cried and back to the airport have drive, where you have the hotel. Whether the people from Switzerland, Canada or Germany or ... austria arrived, nobody was happy. So what I have never experienced something like that. Neckermann has people the weights have moved to another hotel. its matter was it, which has it not time the cold water only interested you had.

A rather small, cozy hotel in absolute top location. It is in the middle of the downtown area and directly on a beautiful beach. The food is good, for breakfast it is even freshly squeezed orange juice. It is still another a pasta corner. The room is simple and clean. read more
