As mentioned good hotel for short stay, and not pleased was hard bed, and that it per person only one small pillow was ( however we would have on demand certainly another get). In the week breakfast buffet only to 10, that was not so great
However the staff were very friendly and courteous, and for a two star hotel it was a big breakfast buffet. Otherwise we could our suitcase after the check out up to our departure deposit there.
In short: good hotel for Weekenders and business people. read more

The hotel captivates with its central location at the beginning of the prenzlauer mountain. In the Ibis-style, clean and convenient-everything functionally designed.
Despite information when booking, that I with my daughter first at 21:00 hours arrive, we were told at the check-in with, our reservation since 18:00 am ceased-(but you had graciously still a room to us). We had booking 2 single beds desired, these were however as well as a double bed together, had merely separate cover. Our room was towards the Alexanderplatz, here we have a cemetery directly in front of the window, so very quiet ..., and traffic noise everywhere in a big city. There was a Ibis-standard, which was very extensive and tasty, the coffee got oneself one from the machine, plentiful fruit made for a good conclusion of the breakfast.
There were mostly young people as travel group in the house, mostly German. read more

Great and friendly hotel, what very clean was and a convenient location has. I was very positively surprised and will the next Berlin visit definitely again this hotel book and can recommend it without hesitation. I was with small child (3) accommodated in a room, which works great. We were, as ordered in the quieter side of the building.
Great I found for breakfast the view to the TV tower.
Also my little man has it very much.

Ideal for short breaks this hotel is suitable. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet delicious and plentiful. Car in the adjoining garage be ( a night 10 euros. Hotel very central, many sights easy to reach on foot, TV tower around the corner( you can see from the breakfast room )
Staff offers at any time Help and advises the guests for questions without being pushy. Rooms are with bed, desk, chair, tv and telephone equipped. Cloakroom in vestibule available. Bathroom was for 2 people sufficiently equipped, shower relatively large (had already very much smaller showers), large mirror, hair ... dryer. There is also smoking room ( front desk ask during the check in after ) hotel bar is around the hour open, one can small snacks order, as well as Mixed drinks, soft drinks and more. I would this hotel anytime again book if I Berlin am! read more

Had there for 2 nights during a business trip stayed.
Everything was so far reasonable, the connection is very good, with the tram in 5 minutes / 3 stations at the Alexander platz, from there all directions were Berlin easy to reach.
The room inclusive was clean and spacious and the breakfast everything offered required. In this Respect anytime again, especially due to the central location. read more

We stayed at the Ibis hotel Berlin middle for 10 days, and on new year's Eve.
on new year's Eve we wanted a small sparkling wine or cocktail (24 hours open bar is everywhere!)
but we got nothing since the bar in the hotel was already closed. The front desk said we should still be in other bars. Very annoying!
check in/ Check-out
Simply just disappointing! And I am still upset as guests welcome.
no smile no warm welcome. Nothing! The check-out was only the room cards and 'OK then goodbye' said. Just very unfriendly staff.
room
very small bathroom ..., mold everywhere in the shower!
there is a hair dryer. And if you went out of the shower is just the blows cold by air from the fan above on the wall contrary to the one cold and rather quickly jumps where the water is warmer.
the fan in the bathroom you can't get away from it all!
Now for the bed, we were 10 days and our bed sheets once changed,
the main thing the was but the whole dust underneath bed and everywhere at the corners of the room. The dust had a small Wollknäuel formed and was really not overlooked!
My in short:
US the room 0% liked by the hotel either by the cleanliness.
the best only the location of the hotel and the breakfast.
this was our last time in this hotel. For people with allergies a horror vacation! read more

A very cozy hotel 2 streets from Alexander platz separated, there are 6 floors with each about 30 rooms per floor. You can choose smoke-non-smoking.
The rooms were very clean.
Breakfast was very adequate there is something for everyone and for a two star hotel more than good.
To the guest structure I can't all too much say, since I only for sleeping in the hotel stopped and for breakfast.

The hotel is really only to be recommended. The location of the hotel for a city break, which we did, was great. Alexander platz is on foot in about 5 to 10 minutes to reach. The rooms are very well-kept and clean, but not very spacious. For a short break all time reasonable. read more

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of Berlin. By Alex and the tv tower are only 15-20 minutes comfortable pace tram and buses are in two minutes away. The room was relatively small and with CA10-14 sqm with a double bed (we booked Einzerlzimmer) full, a closet for lock did not give it, only a art wardrobe. It was generally clean. Unfortunately, it was not for the air conditioning, this was very dusty, which (am one myself) who suffer not so appealing. As the hotel is very noisy (in my room was a wirtschaftsweg and every time someone ... with a dolly came I thought under me is a metro line) the bathroom is small, but functional, and clean. But the devil is in the detail: a mold in shower cubicle with silicone kilos to patch up the problem does not! I didn't try the restaurant, but there was no discernible menu (only snacks were offered according to the map) you should probably better eating out, but it's not a problem. The breakfast buffet was fabulous: only one Brötchenart (this was also apparent TK-product), small croissants, the usual three sorts of sausages, 2 sorts of cheese etc. aufjubeln me leave you in delight. However, the coffee was very good. read more
