The rich breakfast buffet and the quiet and convenient location of the hotel are well placed for the forefront exploration of the city. Our room also not overly big, but sufficient. Tougher mattresses would be desirable, but this is certainly matter of taste. The value for money is optimal. We would the hotel again choose. read more

Recommendable Stathotel in a quiet location. Good connection to the metro( 5 minutes footpath). Enough big, good equipped rooms with free safe. Mini bar accordingly pricey. The desire for a quiet room was fulfilled. Competent front desk. Unfortunately, it was in the room very warm (at night about 25°). According to the front desk was the weather this Wochnenende in Madrid surprisingly warm. The air conditioning could not be enabled. Makeshift by open window, which only modest success had. Apart from that very clean. Enough big bathroom with bath tub. Attractively equipped with a double bed, 2 armchairs and table. ... PCAnschluss ( cable) in the room. Very nice hotel with style-we have an e-mail written in advance with the request for a quiet room was fulfilled-very competent staff! The room was really great with flat screen television and great very good bed, bathroom very clean-perfect. The location was very good, metro station just nearby-but you can also walk to the Gran via, great. Highly recommended is a city tour and, of course, a visit to the stadium bernabeu. A great weekend! the hotel lies for Madrid standards in a quiet side street, no through traffic. With the metro, to the station San Bernardo is only a few minutes, you can the center very good and cheap reach. From the airport you need with the metro about 30 minutes with one change. The room -we had a double room with two beds -was big enough, with two chairs and a table. Several rooms to the inner court. The furniture was flawless, the room clean. Only in the bathroom were the tile joints over the bath stained (probably mold). The breakfast is good ... for Spanish standards. The buffet was almost the same every day. The selection of sausage, ham and cheese is however good. Also there were freshly squeezed orange juice, Tortilla, scrambled and fried eggs. In the room the safe was for free. In the lobby there is free Wi-Fi. There is a computer with internet access (CA 10 minutes a day free of charge) available. read more

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes 'walk from the metro station San Bernardo away. From the Airport about 40 minutes away. For our city trip the hotel offered everything, which had the website promised we wildlife. Positive-central location, three minutes from the metro. Many, from tourists rather did not visit restaurants nearby and very good opportunities for shopping. Yet quiet location to a small park on a side street-the rooms were very large and well equipped, huge king size bed, flat screen, tv, wireless Internet, safe in the room, large well-stocked minibar, brochures and maps in the room.-room service is nothing to complain about, everything is very clean. Service at the front desk worked (reservation of a Flanco-show), check-in ... and check-out were uncomplicated. English knowledge is necessary.-breakfast is varied and tasty. The hotel bar is open until after midnight, but quite expensive. Negative: we noticed nothing happened or, which was to be criticized. However there are only German television channel four to receive, which did not disturb us however, since we were not for the FS came to Madrid. read more

We were positive surprised by the hotel. The room was relatively large, a flat screen TV, large closet, safe-everything what you need. Also the beds were good. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, plenty of choice and good quality. In addition to friendly service. Really recommended. The only, what we might have to criticize, was, that you could not adjust the beds. But I think, the is hard to find in hotels. read more

For a city journey very recommendable to hotel. Centrally located and yet very quiet. Before the hotel a beautiful Pakr with fountains, room at the back have views on a less nice but large us are very quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient, especially in the restaurant area. Breakfast is very rich and fresh, it has virtually nothing missing. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very plentiful and tasty. The hotel was completely enough, to a city break in Madrid to make a memorable one. The room are beautiful, the view is actually to be desired (the most room look on backyards). The bathroom is huge, with shower tub and bidet, a large washbasin and with including desk. The breakfast is excellent, great variety of food, including organic corner. read more

The hotel is a first class hotel with -relatively/moderate prices. The rooms are newly renovated and a flat screen TV with PC-function etc. modernly equipped. The rooms are very clean, only in the bathroom was in the shower slight mold in a splices were to see. The breakfast was great. Fresh juices, sausage, bacon, ham, cheese, cereals, milk, yoghurt, white bread, dark bread, rolls, everything was available. The guests were international.     Ca. 25m² large rooms (different) with about 10m² large bathroom with bidet. All rooms seem newly renovated. Mini-bar, safe (free of charge)air conditioning, flat-TV with PC feature is available. From the other guests was whether the good sound proofing almost nothing to be heard. The rooms were clean as a whistle, only in the bathroom was a bit of mildew in the hotels.

    For Madrid good. With the taxi in about 30 minutes from the airport (€27 ). Only 800 meters from the Plaza España located where the tour bus also stops. The hotel is located in a small square in a cul-de-sac. For Madrid Verhälntnisse very quiet. If you want to it's quiet should book a room at the back. Shopping possibilities are around the Plaza España and the Gran Via available. There are a number of local and tapas bars. Modern shopping centers in the Salamanca Quarter is also with the bus in about 20 minutes.

    Only breakfast, restaurant didn't visit. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range, also Bio fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, fish, cheese, sweet rolls etc. The bread/rolls are not very varied and only bright. After long nights you know the opening until noon 11:30 appreciated. The bar is open about 2:00 open at night but lacking in guests.

    The staff is very accomodating; however you found our reservation in advance not when we called for very late night when we arrived. After intervention by the travel agent large excuses. Both at the reception, breakfast and the bar was good English spoken.

    From Barajas airport by metro; takes about 35 minutes with 1 x change and costs 2.00 €. The metro including the Kartenautomaten is easy to understand. Nearby there is the Calle Manuela Reina Sofíwith lots of small restaurants from cheap to pricey, bars and tapas. For shopping you could stay by metro line 3 stops to the center. The Plaza Espania one could shop well in 10-15 minutes walk downhill.

    Nice furnished room. Only drawback ... The hotel is a little noisy. Unfortunately, we had a inconsiderate neighbors, the around 6 :30PM find out what doors on the loudest to the castle.

    I only had a breakfast. The selection was perfectly adequate. The buffet something for every taste. For breakfast there were freshly squeezed juices and fruit were placed out.

    The staff was very friendly, especially in the dining room. As we had been married a couple of days before and this trip was a gift, we were given champagne delivered to the room. The communication in done in English or Spanish. The rooms were very clean.

    The hotel is only a few minutes walk from underground station San Bernardo away. Therefore one needed a few minutes from the city center (Gran Via / Sol). Therefore absolutely perfect for your city break. The large dual carriageway you heard absolutely not, since the hotel set back on a small plazza. The view our room looked out onto the courtyard and was therefore not very presentable. For a city hotel you can just no "ocean view" expect.

    Very comfortably furnished and very clean. No they appreciative only in the bathroom, but was in order! Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Big plus the in-room safe and spacious closet!

    Already when checking in so friendly and accommodating! We were allocated a very nice room (facing the street). All ask whether our boarding passes can be printed out, absolutely no problem. Staff in the restaurant and the bar very, very friendly. Communication with all English!

    Central but still quiet to relax. Just outside a lot of green. Shopping on foot or by metro. We had the 3 day ticket for the public transport. If you understand the metro system has been absolutely no problem!

    The double room was large enough, with a nice bathroom and a tasteful decor. Except for a corner of the shower was the room was cleaned well. Unfortunately you could only see the condition of the room, after the heavy curtains (it was day) reared throughout their lives. The walls are unfortunately very clairaudient, conducive to the cleaning every morning from about 7 hours at work in the noises listening to. What a positive thing is, is the fresh Lavendelgeruch there in the hallway.

    Great breakfast buffet with Serrano ham, honeydew melon and other fruit, eggs, cheese, rolls, cake, certain Brotaufstrichen etc. drink there was coffee, tea, cocoa, milk, tomato juice and fresh squeezed orange juice. The staff was, as already written, very friendly and tried to clean.

    At check-in we were greeted by friendly and English. However, you have to say that the staff at the breakfast buffet had to offer much better English than the guy at the front desk. For this reason and because of the friendlyness I want to the staff at the buffet once again to praise. The room cleaning staff spoke only Spanish.

    The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Some supermarkets, as well as the city center (Gran Via) are walking or subway within easy reach. isn't directly exposed to the street noise, as the hotel is set on a quiet square. The transfer time from the Barajas Airport is 30 minutes by underground.
