A very quiet, clean facilities for those seeking relaxation, but rather tucked away in a residential area which was without car certainly the scope severely restricts. We have the peace and quiet really enjoyed and small complex with its good value for money recommend. read more

Although the hotel is not all the most modern and cleanest the world, but for a ' normaltourist' it is a good combination of price/performance ratio. read more

In the small cosy apartment complex in the village of esquinzo is a peaceful atomsphere apart from the hustle and bustle of the holiday centers. Although the complex is already older, nothing is missing. Whoever is looking for peace and quiet is right at home here! read more

    All apartments and studios are very inviting, nicely decorated, comfortable, functional and clean. She are equipped with safe, tv, telephone (free telephone calls from room to room), refrigerator, kitchenette with a hob, microwave and balcony. Even if it small faults like for instance cracked tiles in the bathroom, the in the next years be renovated, will be the most important like for instance the mattresses regularly renewed. Overall you feel in the rooms very comfortable and we miss nothing.

    The staff is very friendly and helpful. At the front desk you can without annoying waiting for the travel guide book excursions. The rooms are daily except wednesday and sunday cleaned and were always clean. Bed linen is changed once and towels are four times per week cleaned.

    The complex features a small pool for the cooling and plantschen, but because of the size is suitable for swimming. Round around it gives wind-protected beach chairs and umbrellas, in absolute peace and quiet for relaxing inviting. The whole complex including pool Areal is beautifully landscaped and at night atmospheric lit. The pool, the areas for sunbathing... Cleaned regularly.

    The hotel is located 30 metres above the 20-kilometer-long sandy beach, the in two minutes on foot reached. A favorable supermarket is part of the complex. The area is very quiet, by bus (sometimes tardy) or taxi (faster than bus, but nevertheless cheap) one comes however problem-free in the resort Jandia and in the fishing village Morro Jable.

This hotel is for couples, the peace and quiet need, ideal. The great sandy beach is a small hill to bottom, the bus in every direction a small hill top, ever 5-10 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no matter in which area. In 11 days there were fish, meat and vegetarian dishes with various side dishes to choose from, something for everyone. The selection is sufficient, unless you need more, as you can use!, No matter wether for breakfast or dinner. The service there was friendly and accommodating, we couldn't complain. The the complex already somewhat older ... is, one sees (armatures, shower, pool = signs of usage) but there are three stars with a reasonable price. Everything was clean and alright kept! read more

After 2010, we were once again in the Monte del Mar. The quiet and peace this simple facilitities are lovely. No animation, no action-if you need is completely wrong. Therefor nothing for families with children, there nothing offered, rather for couples. Very lots of regular guests, friendly dealing together, very pleasant. Steep way to the beach, eternal long-lovely! Only unfortunately the food was, it was before 2.5 years already somewhat simply decorated, so is the quality but declined breakfast okay, dinner however rather german, hardly spanish kitchen - clearly, you will find in 1 week every evening. Staff friendly ..., after the motto, as it was in the forest echoed, so it comes back! I believe, we are also regular guests! In the winter simply wonderful! read more

That already ageing apart -hotel, could do with a complete renovation. The choice at the breakfast buffet was well arranged. Most of the temperature of the also manageable dinner buffet disturbed. Hottest was the soup. All offered dishes were despite warming trays about 20 degrees warmer than a vanilla ice cream. Tasted sometimes good. The swimming pool has the food and service was also very cold. The rooms are for the price ok. There are 3 different types of apartments. The smallest is a kennel, the middle with extra bedroom is good, the 3. category goes over 2 floors with ... roof terrace. Not only they do, the direction bar (racket, row). Because of the 'dauerwindes', you should especially for the price the evening hours in the hotel's own, Very nice bar definitely to wear something hot. For the beach, recommends also a wind screen. Outside the towns, is the island very sparse and you get sometimes as the astronauts on the moon. As far as the eye can see, only volcanic landscape. Because of the number, is each 2. business in the shopping centers not occupied. For people who peace search and want to stroll, is the island great. The people, the a bit more inhabited environment search, would be Gran Canaria or Tenerife marriages recommendable. read more

The hotel with its apartments and facilities definitely recommendable. The gastronomy overall not acceptable. The food for one week ok. The dessert almost always the same tarts, very unimaginative-only a fruit in the daily Change-sometimes immature. Chairs and tables for a restaurant not acceptable. The guests were table assigned, The almost squalid were. There was but also some tables, on which you could can feel comfortable. These you could not use-who it wanted, was rude- Demanded, in the quantity of a spot. The have some guests not Offer-then there was trouble. - and not in the peak season. Every dining ... area after use cleaned-but how. The waiters had a washcloth in the pocket. With this on the table wiped, cloth, crumbs and other remnants were Then again in the pocket and during the next table repetition with the same cloth. Good appetite! read more

For a quiet and relaxing vacation really recommendable. A rental car is recommendable, as it in the area there are no stores. On the complex there is a supermarket and a bar with livemisik. Only point of criticism is the odor the towels. read more

Hotel and dining we loved, only drawback: there was especially at night a stechmückenproblem. As it no air conditioning there one must with an open window sleep, the screens are very vermisst. read more

We had booked a studio and this was about the sprinkler system. From 9 o'clock was peace and we had a balcony enjoy. Also during the day we could uS of the sun. We enjoyed the good beer in the bar. On the day of our departure started at, the outside area of the restaurant to renovate. For this appointment we were very grateful. So, everything ok and gladly again. The one younger type (not the intern) in the restaurant, on respect for the guests missing, you can overlooked. The disadvantage was the close in the interior area of the ... restaurant, it had then nevertheless rather cafeteria character. read more

We felt on the complex felt really good. Don't understand the sometimes poor and which criticisms, the one with mixed feelings are kindly leave. Can eventually this price no luxury hotel expect, but there were complainers always. Was disturbing merely the bad odor, the with unfavorable weather conditions in the complex blows, but not in the rooms attracts. All together pleasant vacation in quiet complex. read more

    The size of the room is completely sufficient, furnished nicely, with a fridge and stove. The bed is huge and we slept well. Everything clean and tidy, no bugs.

    Altogether we were satisfied with the food. The food would have sometimes a bit more warmly and aromatic can be. The dining room is attractive and clean, but a bit cramped. You can also on the freisitz food. The beverages should be paid separately, the kassierung auslieferung on the final day and therefore only once tip is paid.

    The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had no problems. Difficulties understanding there was no. The cleaning of the rooms was tidy. We have this hotel extra due to the evaluations dialed, that it definitely not suitable for children is ( no animation and playgrounds). Reason for complaints we had no.

    To it is about 300 meters to the beach. This is not as crowded, as at other bodies, basked is transverse patch. If you are on fkk mind must another body search. However has it more and more, that the people naked walk in the area. A small supermarket is right at the hotel, for shopping one must after morro Jable ( circa 8 kilometer ) go with the bus. Thank god there is no bingo or similar entertainments. A surf station, with jet skiing and kitesurfing is at the beach in about 1 kilometer away.

Ja reviews there is enough and I think if you the best and the worst omits is well advised. It is a hotel the regular guests at least I can the September say. And this guests are all very satisfied. Briefly a few news. Positive - new coffee machines and the coffee is good. 10 sorts of the machine. - in the apartment hotel Esquinzo were the paths newly paved. Negative - the salad buffet has something neglected. - the staff are easy overburdened. A service more would be desirable. Neutral - the guests are international has become. Who relaxation would, be at the beach rest and would like to bathe, is included in the rate apartment absolutely right. Who party, Kneipenbesuche and wanted to go for a stroll, this should avoid! I would gladly come again! read more

    Distance to the stood is really only 300 meters and is quickly and easy to reach. In the small supermarket you could get everything you need and the prices are not covered, exactly like the small tavern on the complex. There is a bus connection in every direction, however a rental car would be an advantage. Everyone as he likes it.

    Clean and tidy, large, i firmly in the wall built-in safe, doors and windows work all immaculate. After the large window in the bathroom gated was, i could without any problems the whole night for fresh air sure!

    The restaurant is small, tables and chairs close together. The furniture of the terrace are uncomfortable. The food was -in accordance with the current price - absolutely okay! And the service was great. Very friendly and fast-working staff made for a smooth!

    My plane landed already in the morning. In the hotel arrived (about 11 hours ) i could the room right move... And respect: about 5 minutes in the room a friendly maid and asked, if everything is okay. Perfect! The front desk was with 2 negative, german staff members occupied, the friendly and competent information gave. But unfortunately is the front desk not always manned.
