After 2010, we were once again in the Monte del Mar. The quiet and peace this simple facilitities are lovely. No animation, no action-if you need is completely wrong. Therefor nothing for families with children, there nothing offered, rather for couples. Very lots of regular guests, friendly dealing together, very pleasant.
Steep way to the beach, eternal long-lovely!
Only unfortunately the food was, it was before 2.5 years already somewhat simply decorated, so is the quality but declined breakfast okay, dinner however rather german, hardly spanish kitchen - clearly, you will find in 1 week every evening. Staff friendly ..., after the motto, as it was in the forest echoed, so it comes back!
I believe, we are also regular guests! In the winter simply wonderful! read more

That already ageing apart -hotel, could do with a complete renovation.
The choice at the breakfast buffet was well arranged.
Most of the temperature of the also manageable dinner buffet disturbed.
Hottest was the soup.
All offered dishes were despite warming trays about 20 degrees warmer than a vanilla ice cream.
Tasted sometimes good.
The swimming pool has the food and service was also very cold.
The rooms are for the price ok.
There are 3 different types of apartments.
The smallest is a kennel, the middle with extra bedroom is good, the 3. category goes over 2 floors with ... roof terrace.
Not only they do, the direction bar (racket, row).
Because of the 'dauerwindes', you should especially for the price the evening hours in the hotel's own,
Very nice bar definitely to wear something hot. For the beach, recommends also a wind screen.
Outside the towns, is the island very sparse and you get sometimes as the astronauts on the moon.
As far as the eye can see, only volcanic landscape.
Because of the number, is each 2. business in the shopping centers not occupied.
For people who peace search and want to stroll, is the island great.
The people, the a bit more inhabited environment search, would be Gran Canaria or Tenerife marriages recommendable. read more

For a quiet and relaxing vacation really recommendable. A rental car is recommendable, as it in the area there are no stores. On the complex there is a supermarket and a bar with livemisik. Only point of criticism is the odor the towels. read more

Hotel and dining we loved, only drawback: there was especially at night a stechmückenproblem.

We had booked a studio and this was about the sprinkler system. From 9 o'clock was peace and we had a balcony enjoy. Also during the day we could uS of the sun. We enjoyed the good beer in the bar. The reception was nicely decorated, it was always friendly care of us. But we had mold in the apartments' kitchen and the curtains. Partly took the treatment of drawbacks (like for instance a broken safe) very long and there was no offer, the key for excursions to deposit. The beach was disappointing, since lots of large/great stones and rocks at the beach and not the pure (as promised) sandy beach was available. Additionally disappointed the food very. Often the food was not ready and the diversity left nothing to the imagination.
The promised bus service has also because of the ... economic situation, why one after the long wait for taxi handle.
The leisure activities only by the urlaubsbegleitern designed, locally is not much.
My destination is this hotel not once again. read more

The hotel itself is clean and beautiful made. Complicated and much peace there are also. There are actually all very nice. The towels are 5 times the week changed. But you should in any case bring one, if you have a little picky. The bed is 1 times the week changed. We had room in the 1st floor and were completely contented. A beautiful big balcony, the wind is, what the August was necessary-O
There are almost only German couple been there. The average age was I think for 25 to 65 years.
Unfortunately there are about the food ... really nothing good to say! Unfortunately the food was ( half board) a catastrophe! For breakfast hard bread, the coffee was not enjoyable, and actually everything after nothing tasted and fruit from the can. There was also everyday the same. Evenings even worse. The food was luke warm to cold. Very greasy and spices knew the chef was not at all. The salad buffet was unfortunately not so good. Much from the mainland and carelessly everything in large piece dissipated. read more

My boyfriend and I are in room arrived and wanted air conditioning light, because it was so warm. Unfortunately we had to say, that it not any air conditioning was. We would have been prepared more pay, but unfortunately was in a the room an airco available. At 36 degrees it is really very, very warm. The room what we got was directly at the bar, where it evenings so loud was 2 days the week, that you really snap could! The staff were nothing special friendly and never said hello or smile.
In the restaurant there were in the ... morning not very much selection, but evenings it was even worse! Mostly always the same and if you sweet like this is totally wrong! Because cakes and co. There were unfortunately hardly any. Sometimes you had to also evenings wait for a table, as it was really busy.
The waiters were not especially friendly and one evening we got unfortunately also nothing at all to drink, because we very probably simply were forgotten.
One thing I have to say. One of the staff is really very positive! That was a young guy the dishes cleared and tables set has and so on Probably home Help?! He was the only fast, friendly, polite and efficient was. And it is this industrious Young itself every evening and morning the feet flat runs in the Touristenmasse in restaurant from the boss yelled at it should speed up, and treated like a slave! Although it the only was every morning and evening polite a welcome and bon appetit wishes. So well on the whole I must say. I can not understand that it at all good reviews returns, because the hotel missing in my opinion still some things to make it as good in the future! read more
