Actually a really nice complex but if you're looking for peace and quiet was at the wrong place Mixed clientele mostly russians well to 97% Beach is regularly cleaned and in the morning you could very nice go for a stroll. Staff at the reception unfriendly, bad breakfast, not even coffee, without requesting it serves. You have to your bag when you leave, so you don't handle! The outside area is neglected, the management nice but overworked. On the bed sheets were always stained. The bathroom from the tray smelly and badewannenvorhang had mold spores! We were in a bungalow with a pool access building. This area the hotel is very quiet and neat. Sure there are a lot of of the guests from Russia but that is in other holiday countries (Turkey and so on) also sunday You should be so not disturb. We are thankful with the staff at the beach and the manager for the great birthday party And for the organization of the elephants as a surprise. read more

A very nice and tidy hotel area, somewhat remote convenient, but quiet and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, there was hot and cold dishes. The hotel is directly at the jomtien beach, beautiful yellow sand. The water quality is not particulary good, rather cloudy and depending on the current is also trash was washed up, but from the staff gathered is. We enjoyed it again and again to the sea ripped off, it was pleasantly warm-almost bathwater temperature. The loungers are from wood and very hard. Who after 10 o'clock came usually no more abbekommen, but already at 14 ... o'clock lots of pool chairs were free again. A day trip, we have to Bangkok made (from the hotel booked). We have many temples and a boat excursion - it really pays off and is recommendable. Privately we then 2 nights on the island koh samed spent. There you will find lovely white sandy beaches and the sea there is also much cleaner. To Pattaya we are also risks and in the walking street the nightlife hand experience-is really something for the party-hungry, you just have to experience. General it was very good in Thailand loved it, the people are very friendly and welcoming, simple and nice. We will definitely and gladly again in this beautiful country. read more

Apart from the fact, that it for this hotel a nice hotel acts, the also an architectual success is, is so pretty everything else beyond description: - cleanliness: The outside area is mediocre to poor maintained, on closer inspection it is that everything is rather poorly cleaned. When i arrived was the bathroom dirty and dried soap the ' vorurlaubers' stuck still in the soap holder. The waschbeckenspiegel was covered with dried water- toothpaste and seifenspritzern. In the joint grout between the bathroom tiles bums black mold. Obviously the waschbeckenspiegel and other spaces in the bathroom as well as little ..., as the very dirty balcony. Hm i know almost not as we assess and write. Well thus i deutscheer for my opinion the hotel as such not recommend. That is not the staff, not the location and not the rooms. For me it is only alone because, the at the time, i was there 98% of the guests russig speaking tourist were. ( i do not need). Unfortunately. Furthermore in shops, menus and also at the front desk, then rather russian tourist response. Speak to of the lobby more people russian as english. Unfortunately. Really nothing against the fellow countrymen from this region, but if ... i this vacation am ( vodkar, are values kik women) then book i Sankt Petersburg and not jomtien. Dear hotel pinnacle. We stayed in a bungalow with a pool on the doorstep 'super ' sea water terrible dirty (brown) many, many dead fish at the beach washed ashore.! Had to for breakfast mitgenommene beach bag as we Russian enclave were! Had however never before something from the breakfast take away. read more

Were now for the 11. time at the pinnacle, but unfortunately the proportion russian guests always higher which for breakfast and at the beach very negative noticeable makes. Also outside of the hotel (in the 'loading and restaurantzeile') you in the meantime for like in Moskau. Very nice hotel, the newest building, a 7-storied block although it is very modern, but also unfortunately very badly soundproofed. The beach is beautiful, unfortunately makes the water always a right cloudy impression, from the nearby the 2 estuaries was stirring could. The breakfast is very good and extremely versatile. The staff are almost without exception very friendly. At the nebenrezeption is almost always even a German contact person. The poor access of the hotel rtg. pataya one came, if the first experiences with badtaxis made really good with this inexpensive make up for it. The much criticised russians were ... with us in the Hotel, but hardly negative, there is even nice among them. The restaurants nearby are very good, adequate and often cheap. The hotel consists of 345 rooms, which on 8. buildings are divided into. These are surrounded by a tropical garden with three pools, through which you directly to the hotel's own beach section This section will be, in comparison to surrounding creating cleaned regularly. Also the cleanliness, %blank% of the room, as well as the entire hotel, left nothing to be desired. The breakfast was hearty, lots of things were tasty but within limits. Very positive was the preservation of a code for free wi-fi, which you directly at check in receives. The majority of the guests were russian origin ..., but with one exception not a problem represented. Children were hardly present. read more

    We had a nice double room with a balcony and pool view in a relatively new tranquil building. The condition of the room was very good. The white colored furniture and the on the wall hanging flat screen left a fairly well-kept impression. The bathroom with shower was nothing special large, but clean and modern. The laundry was regularly changed. Safe, mini bar and a water kettle were available.

    At the friendliness of the staff we had nothing to complain about. Once we had a trail in the room, which after complaint immediately were gone. A little strange was, that you handbags and backpacks before entering the informed had to leave.     There is, as already mentioned above, three beautiful pools of different size, which was cleaned regularly. A tennis court (used once, balls always in the tree ☺ ) and a gym (not used ) to the hotel. The beach could have been nicer, is but okay. Depending on the current the water is sometimes more, sometimes less clean. For swimming better recommendable are the islands nearby, for example koh larn. Free beach chairs at pool and beach are sufficiently available. Towels receives one against the signature and the room number directly at the pool. Because of the somewhat annoying beachboys are the beautiful in the garden nearby are recommendable, as the directly at the beach standing.

    The hotel is directly at the beach. The suvarnabhumi airport in Bangkok is about 2,5 hours away bus ride location. In the immediate area there are a few small restaurants, in which one to evening eat can. Also possibilities to the thai massage, as well as a small shop for the most necessary purchases are in a small side-street. The first half of the shops are completely in russian language laid out, in the other half are the english-speaking shops. You go a piece of at the beach along and cross a shallow river, you will find small stalls right at the waterfront with delicious thai dishes. Otherwise there was nearby nothing. You want to a trip for snorkelling or on one of the surrounding islands, you have to to the main street to walk, a bus stop and to the really ugly Pattaya drive. Alternatively there is the more expensive shuttle buses from the hotel.

    Entertainment just 0, I would here as a weak point respectabilities, since outside locally the pub unfortunately at: o'clock closed. It would have outside at the beach the little bar beautiful place for the guests with music more allure. The bar and the music I would be happy to do so. Loungers in very large number of in good condition available. Beach we by staff cleaned since but as experienced in a storm and flood a bit trash washes, The thai massage in the hotel complex at the beach is very recommendable, it is well worth the money.

    It was missing a bridge on the river lively jomtien beach in order to go there you have to go by cab. That meant that we the peace and quiet the we wanted. To to Pattaya with the bus and once change for a Euro per person in 20 minutes.

I recall, that we are a very bad at the front desk in the reception and we only very bored note was taken. The restaurant was then a total catastrophe and very noisy and the, although there is no closed rooms were. Location of the hotel very inconvenient. Lots of russians! In april 2012 around the hotel a huge construction site, i think the should now be gone. In the hotel itself in the opposite building a kernsanierung carried out, which then significant noise led. At the hotel itself there was nothing to moan, especially since we in the new building and on the highest floor stayed, with a magnificent view. The area reminds however rather of a developing country, with sandy mogul fields as streets; Sidewalks were only not at all available. Shares the road so with moped and motorists. The altogether 4 restaurants in the village in front of the hotel are partly really nice, the choice of food is enough barely for 14 days stay. To on foot to the main street to come, you need about 20 minutes, from there, take ... a bus, depending on traffic, to to Pattaya about 30 minutes. The beach section in front of the hotel is also not ideal, to plush way. Khao Lak or Phuket pleased us as walks on the beach since much more. We saw, it looks us, but probably never again. read more

The hotel area is large consists of buildings of various kinds. Houses with up to 5 floors and bungalows. The whole is located in a garden area with various fish ponds, pools and lawns for sunbathing. The cleanliness the hotel is for thai standards good to very good. We had booked accommodation with breakfast. Daily but buffet for dinner set up. We didn't eat. But in passing sah the buffet good. Guests: circa 75% of the guests from eastern countries. The rest comes from european countries, mostly from Germany. The average age of the guests from the east is different. ... It were lots of guests with children for everyone. The guests from Germany were mostly older guests. Clearly must be said, despite the many guests from eastern countries no problems there was. It were guests as we and there was no reason to complaints. Often, it complained. Later some comments. In the whole complex was internet free of charge. At the front desk what a computer for guests with internet connection If i at the hotel the question recommendation ja write, then evenly, because the hotel itself is good and everyone must decide for himself, if he spend a vacation in this hotel want. read more

    The rooms were big and for ' thai standards ' very clean. There was also german transmitters on the television. To three days was the bed linen changed. The extra bed was very hard, on a plank of wood was a 5 centimeter thick mattress. Not everyone can sleep. The thing with the towels i have already described. We had a room with a sea view. Nice view, but it must not be. Unless you want to stay longer on the balcony sit. In the room were fridge, coffee maker and safe. The furniture was already something worn. In the room could normal electrical plug use.

Wanted one evenings a drink, there was only the possibility from the hotel to go. A small (very small) market there were in the hotel. Chilled drinks were very cheap. A box Cola or a 0.3 ltr bottle beer costs 15 Bath. So about 35 cents. It was usual, that the guests itself food and drinks in the small 'beach pubs' bought and brought back with them. It doesn't bother us.

    The staff are very friendly. The bell on arrival even spoke a understandable german. At the front desk but it happen, that the staff not understand english. At a small office next to the travel agency, could the guests the on-line check in for the return journey, and the on-board maps expressions. Here, a young lady working, the apparently german was. To the cleaning of the rooms i would say typically thai. But was exception so reasonable. The exception was, that the used towels on a leash on the bathtub hung up again and not wanted to change. This only happened, as we with reproduction weighted have.

    Sports and entertainment was not offered. The beach was very clean. This was three times cleaned daily. This is but only for the hotel area. At the beach left and right from the hotel it looked different. These parts were very with trash dirty. With the water we could us not make friends. It looked not only dirty, it swam, depending on the tide, also very much garbage in the water. The schaumteppiche the waves was washed ashore, looked not very inviting. Once we in the water were, we have abandoned. The loungers are an issue. In another review is written, that it enough sunbeds there was. That is true but only conditionally. In the garden area there were enough sunbeds. At the beach this was not the case. There were daily, at the time by 10:30 a. m. to about 13 hours, all loungers taken. Afterwards went the first guests again. But also in the garden area you had to loungers in the shade search. Without shade it was not longer than 15 minutes on a lounger bearable. There was a very good reservation system. Unfortunately knew itself the staff not from. Basically were once all chairs and sunscreens as reserved characterized. You asked for 'lifeguard' after, you got first once the answer, that everything is occupied. This was however not sunday We could on some days following drain watch. The guests went to the beach and put on a beach chair. Came now someone of this loungers had reserved, had to you get up and other loungers search. That guests nothing special were glad, is clear.     The hotel is directly at the beach. The way from the bungalows to the beach is a bit further. Otherwise the hotel's location is bad if not very bad. The streets to the hotel are very bad. Furthermore is around the hotel everywhere built. At the streets. To the main street, on a taxi or small train can get, you have to approximately 800 meters on a totally dirty and dusty street go. Driving by vehicles whirlings dust and you can tell then accordingly from. The hotel offers hourly a shuttle bus to Pattaya and back. Costs 80 Bath per person, circa 2 Euro. After 22:00 o'clock there was only a ' pub ' next to the hotel, in which you still a drink. The people there were very friendly. Mostly were only german there. If you however some time sat there, came the quadrupedal friends with the long truancy from their holes. And not individually, but whole families. For the return trip we are with a großtaxi (3 persons with suitcase) to the airport bkk dangers. Travel time in the evening 1 hour 45 minutes. Cost 1600 Bhat. This ride will from the hotel for 4000 Bath offered. We have in Pattaya simply a taxi driver and the transfer agreed. In the hotel there is a small travel agency. You should excursions there again and not with taxi drivers questions. Is a bit more expensive, but the taxi drivers drive a not always there, where you want to go. Was the fourth time in Thailand but there I'm sure never again back! The hotel room so dirty! On shower hose there were fungal attack. Mold also in the shower general. Mirror in the bathroom was with ant trails infested. The fan at closer inspection, absolutely dirty-since one gets otherwise which for diseases! Mold also the balcony. Have extra better room booked, because is confessed that they are renovated-absolutely not the case! Then tries a different room to get, that was so minimal better and noisier, because closer to the restaurant, in horror rooms. Beach is dirty, you need to ... be careful, not on glass (bottles thrown away) is rising. Hotel is so remote, gives absolutely nothing in the area. And the Russians - terrible, if I wanted that, I would be after Russia and not after Thailand-everything revolved only around the-any beach vendors can better Russian rather than English.
